We had a wonderful stay at this house in Westhampton. Overall, the house was very clean- however, I did have to give the oven and outdoor grill a good scrubbing as it did not appear to have been cleaned well. The absolute best part of this house is the outdoor space. The pool is enormous and super warm even without the heater. The bball court was greatly enjoyed by my two children. We also loved the separate hot tub. The pool and hot tub were perfectly clean and functioned well. It is a very quiet and private property and perfect for some good relaxation. Communication with the owner was great and never a problem.

This house itself was comfortable for our group of 7, and the large pool is nice (no floaties or rafts for the pool however). The beach listed as 7 min away requires a permit even to walk on, and the owners did not purchase. Day passes not available. That is true for all the beaches except Cupsogue, which is a 20 min drive. I rented bikes thinking our group could come and go since some had to work part-time; that would mean access to the closest beaches called Rogers, Lashleys or Pikes--all require permits and don't sell day passes. Cupsogue is too far to bike. There is also no beach equipment (bags, umbrellas, chairs), so it's a production to get everything you need if you want to go for the day, a shame to have to provide if you are only there for the week. We did find a cooler in the garage. You can ride bikes into town which we did. A nice quiet house but a suburban location.

It was close to everything, clean and spacious with all your needs. Great host and great times.

The pool was filled with phosphate when we arrived And took four treatments to clean. When you stepped in all the phosphate feathered and it made the pool unusable.
The house was not clean with issues with dirt and hair in the sink.
The freezer did not have ice and our frozen items melted. The outside refrigerator was very dirty.
The basketballs were uninflated for the court. The tennis racket grip disintegrated in my hand.
The area around the pool needed a power wash.
The hot tub jets were broken and wasn’t clean.
The TV situation was not great with very limited options.
The first impression when drive in Was a broken lamp, paint chipping , and the neighbor kind of shrugged his shoulders at the care of the house.
It would take some effort to get this house in a better situation as it was outdated except for the kitchen.
The master bath was nice, but the grout was dirty and needs to be power washed.
The grounds were very decent and the location was good. It was functional, but no way luxurious.

Our recent stay was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the living room (spacious w/ high ceilings and tons of natural light), the kitchen (had everything we needed), the beds (I slept like a log), and the sauna-style shower in the primary bedroom (LOVED IT!!).
Which brings us to the backyard: the pictures made the backyard look spacious, but it was even larger than we had imagined it would be. It felt like 3 backyards in one, and we (and our little Italian Greyhound) could not get enough of it. If we weren’t in the pool or lounging in one of the many comfy lounge chairs, we were playing a whole menagerie of lawn games. The pool itself was everything we hoped it would be and went pretty deep on one end.
Our stay simply wonderful and made for a memorable experience. We can’t wait to book my next stay!

House is beautiful but felt like a fixer upper. The floor plan ended up working for us because we were traveling with a 3 year old and an infant. The rooms are spacious and the water pressure in the showers were amazing! Communication w the property owner was great.
The flaws of this stay during our trip were...
1. there was a pan with food left in the oven
2. we booked a week stay, but were left with just the toilet paper roll that was there - no extras. also, all the toilet paper was 1-ply. I mean, even an airplane bathroom has 2-ply toilet paper.
3. anything extra was not provided, meaning no extra paper towels, washer detergent, wipes for counter tops, floor cleaners.. just a broom, no extra towels.
4. one of the curtains fell off and almost hit my 3 year old. the window blinds weren't screwed on correctly.

Beautiful bohemian-style vibe yet simultaneously modern on a quiet cul de sac in Westhampton. Close to town, beaches, wineries. My family had a wonderful time. Perfect for chill escape from the daily grind (a.k.a., “pressure machine” for Killers fans). Awesome pool. Basketball for kids. Would definitely stay again.

What a great property for a big family vacation! Spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone in our group, a super family room for movie and game nights, and an easy kitchen and dining area that accommodated everyone. We absolutely loved the backyard and the pool! Easy walk into Westhampton Beach and a quick ride to Cupsogue Beach made this a super location!!

We had a group of friends staying at this place for a long weekend. The common spaces were comfortable and spacious and the pool was a great perk. The water pressure in the showers was great. Very clean.

This house was fabulous! about 1/3 of the house is a master suite and we were able to put my niece and her grandma in there so the rest of the family did not disturb them in the evenings. The backyard is spectacular - we didn't want to leave the house! The pool is beautiful, basketball court provided great entertainment for guests and it's an easy, short drive to town. Communication was great and easy - would recommend to others!

Stayed here as a group of four couples, two of whom had infants. The house has a great setup with four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The appliances are all top notch, bathrooms are well equipped, and furniture is ample - both indoors and outdoors. The dining table easily accommodated our whole group and could have fit more people. There is plenty of cookware, flatware, and silverware. The pool is huge and there is a separate hot tub, both of which were used daily by my group. The whole backyard is a great place to be, and we were able to play lawn games that we brought and table tennis that is part of the house. We were also able to easily set up a large balloon arch to celebrate the completion of a PhD for one of our friends. The driveway is large and accommodates several cars. The public beach is a short drive away.
Y is a great host and is highly responsive. The house feels modern and new - which is not the case for every Hamptons rental.
We would definitely stay here again!

The best part of the house was the outdoor area - the huge pool, hot tub, basketball court and ping pong table. The setting is peaceful so we really felt like we were at our own mini resort. I think some more attention could be given to the lawn and landscaping, however this has been a dry summer in the northeast. The house was clean and open concept. We had no issues with the house, everything was in working order. To note, the closest beach (Rogers) is for town residents only, so you have to travel a bit farther to Cupsogue beach (15-20 min by car). Owner was proactive with communication and gave us a short list of house rules, which were easy to follow. Thank you! We had a great week!

The house is very unique and perfect for a multigeneration family vacation. The huge heated salt water pool is the highlight. This was our second time renting the same house and we had a wonderful time!

Nice stay and very pretty home. Some functions like the speakers were not working and there were some essential items like laundry detergent missing. But with that in mind, overall the place was very nice.

We stayed in the house for a week with three families. Six adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room for us all. The pool can’t be beat. We had two toddlers that needed to nap daily. The rest of us hung out at the pool every day which made it still feel like a vacation.

We as a family of 4 with 2 young kids found this lovely property last minute due to change in travel plans and were happy to have confirmed it on Vrbo. Upon checking with the host the week of arrival, there was unfortunately a mix-up outside Vrbo system so we could not arrive at our original booking date. Thankfully the host was responsive and apologized for the mix-up and we were promptly refunded of the nights that we had to miss given it was occupied by another family. Upon check-in we found the property as described and the photos were accurate. The house was super spacious and the split layout works very well for 2 families given separate entrances and access to the pool. The dining and kitchen areas were spacious. with top of the line appliances. However, the top rack in the freezer gets stuck so had to inform the host, as well as other minor issues like gas level for heating the pool and the steam room shower the knob controlling the top shower vs the side jets had issues working smoothly. Nonetheless, the steam room shower and steam room itself was amazing and so was the other master bedroom shower and are definitely one of the highlights of this place. We also love the natural light transcending into the house and have easy access to the pool. The pool is large but is not fenced so beware if you have small children. The hot tub was a nice addition as well. There is a functioning garage and you can park a small to medium sized car inside. The baseketball court is a nice spot for the kids to kick and throw the ball around. There are lots of room to park on the driveway. We did notice the grass in the backyard a little yellowed-out so not sure how often the landscapers come to maintain the backyard including the trees. But they offer a decent shade and the pool on a sunny day is nice and warm given the direct sunlight. Overall, we love the location in proxmity to Westhampton Beach main street and to nearby beaches, great amenities and spaciousness of the home. The host is very responsive to questions and issues raised. Would definitely consider returning and recommend this property to others.

We loved our stay here. The owner is incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The bedrooms are spacious. All the bathrooms are updated. The kitchen is loaded with high end appliances.
However, the best part of the property is the pool area. The pool itself is massive with a ton of space to lay out in the sun, grill, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We especially enjoyed the flow of the house - living and dining flowing into the pool area. The kitchen was also well laid out and stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet.
We’d like to come back next summer if we can!

Close to town, beautiful home, clean and spacious… our family had a wonderful week together. Place was very much as listed. Pool was large and fantastic. Bathrooms were luxurious. Only negatives were that the bedrooms had shades on the windows that blocked basically zero light (some none) and the freezer drawer was broken (which the owner was already aware of) which made using it a continual pain. Lastly, the WiFi really needs an updating as it was basically useless at the pool right outside the house or if you weren’t in the living room. Still, the owner / property manager were very responsive, courteous, and accommodating. We have no regrets in staying there and would recommend (aside from the couple items mentioned above).

We always look forward to some summer fun at the beach and this home was beautiful. We are outside almost every night and the pool was fantastic. Just a short drive to the beach and a shorter walk to the local farmers market with the best local produce and muffins. We will see you next year!!
