Maison de plan d'étage divisée 3/2/2 moderne et récemment décorée sur canal avec ascenseur à bateaux et garage pour deux voitures dans le quartier très recherché des îles de Punta Gorda.
La maison est décorée avec des meubles neufs et des détails uniques qui reflètent la vraie vie en Floride. Planchers de bois franc dans le salon et tapis berbère dans les chambres.
Le plan d'étage ouvert comprend un salon avec des canapés en cuir et une télévision à écran plat de 65 pouces. (TOUS LES TÉLÉVISEURS SONT DES TÉLÉVISEURS INTELLIGENTS) Il y a un salon séparé juste à côté du salon principal avec un canapé qui se transforme en un canapé-lit, un pouf et un fauteuil d'appoint.
La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et d'un bar pour deux.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in Punta Gorda. Owner is very accessible and helpful. We will be back! Biking distance to Fisherman’s Village. Having boat lift available a huge plus!

The property exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The property manager was responsive and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful spot to spend our Christmas with family! We look forward to coming back again.

We spent two weeks at this property. The location is very good and not very touristy compared to many areas we have stayed in previously which made it very laid back. We brought our boat and used the boat lift to make trips to the beach and fishing almost daily if the weather allowed. The house is well equipped and clean. About the only negative comment that we could make would be that we all agreed was that the outside patio furniture was new but was not very comfortable to sit in for very long periods. The property owner was very responsive with any needs. We would certainly recommend and may stay there again when going back to that area.

Relaxing Stay in Punta Gorda Isles
This home was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed and we liked being able to grill out whenever we wanted to. The weather was very warm and we were able to float in the pool and enjoy the nice lanai every day and evening. There are many great restaurants in the area also. The neighborhood is nice to enjoy a leisurely walk. We look forward to returning!

Awesome location
The property was beautiful, well maintained and comfortable.
It was great to have the dock and boat lift, this made easy access to the canals allowing us to go fishing.
The property owner was very helpful and often checked with us to see if we needed anything.

Great escape from winter weather!
Very nice house in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. The weather was perfect the entire month and we were able to enjoy the lanai/pool area every day. Would definitely book again.

Perfect stay for the beach lover in both of us!
This home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Every room reflected a vision of the Florida beach we expect to see when we visit the state. The owner had everything we needed to relax and make ourselves at home, including a welcome basket with goodies. Each day we explored the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda area. Then we could return to the pool and lanai to unwind and snooze in the sun! Can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven next year.

Great stay in Punta Gorda
Our trip came up at the last minute and everything worked out great. The house was great and we enjoyed the pool. Gregg the property manager was there to greet us and walked through the house. Highly recommend.

Property was perfect for a family with younger children.
Our daughter and her family came with us. The split floor plan and pocket doors allowed us to close off portions of the home, so could relax and see the kids from everywhere. The pool had a guard/fence that we put up. This also allowed us to keep the doors to the bar, grill and pool open adding security that the kids wouldn't end up in the pool unattended.
We used the boat lift as a way to lower ourselves into the water. It worked great!

Very nice, but-----
Upon arriving we were very impressed with the house. After staying the night and the next morning we realized the home was not very clean. We had to wash the Windows because they were all very smeared. The bathrooms and a lot of the corners were very dusty. All the pans in the oven drawer were all greasy and dirty. Had to scrub. There were no clocks in the bedrooms. I bought three clocks,a bath mat and many hangers. The kitchen cupboard door never closed. Fixed it with Velcro. After we cleaned all, we enjoyed the home.

This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our FL get-away.
The master suite is totally separate from the other 2 bedrooms and bath, so the layout was perfect for our stay since we were vacationing with our son's young family. We loved our time spent here.

Yes, what you see on the VRBO website for this property is exactly what you get--an attractive, roomy, comfortable house with a beautiful lanai-pool combination off the living room. Nearly brand new everything (furniture, carpet, wood flooring), all systems in excellent condition. Most appealing to us and our family: the property is exceptionally clean and well maintained.
