Cette maison est à distance de marche du Sommet historique du centre-ville Lee, toujours voté l'un des centres-villes top petites villes dans le pays, il a beaucoup de jolies boutiques, des bars, des restaurants et des parcs. La maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle, et salle de séjour, arbres matures, plafonds de 10 pieds, et une ambiance relaxante. Vous allez adorer le quartier, la grande cuisine, et le confort. Vous avez accès à tout dans la maison, et d'autres équipements et articles de ménage sont disponibles sur demande. Les équipements incluent WiFi gratuit, TV avec Netflix et DVD, et plus encore.
Il y a trois chambres (deux avec lits queen et une avec un jumeau) et 1 salle de bains.

The house was very homey and fully equipped. Except I couldn’t find a toaster. The beds are comfortable and it was a nice surprise to find a third queen size bed instead of a twin as the ad showed. The location is great and close to restaurants and in a safe and nice neighborhood. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We were 5 minutes from our son’s house. It was great. We definitely will stay there again.

Fantastic place for a family of 5 to stay! Close enough to all the KC highlights and walkable to downtown Lee's Summit. The house was very clean, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Highlight recommend.

My husband and I loved this home. It’s was extremely clean and had everything you would need. Beds were also very comfortable. Only suggestion is that the address be more prominent as we arrived late at night and couldn’t find the house number. We would DEFINITELY stay here again the next time we visit L.S.. Thank you again to the home owners for a wonderful stay.

Nice stay just a short walk from downtown Lee's Summit. House was spacious and comfortable, kitchen and bath updated, but charming details of the home's historic architecture still there. Will definitely stay there again sometime!

Property was conveniently located near downtown Lee’s Summit and had plenty of room. Only suggestion would be to add mirrors to the 3 bedrooms -women sharing one bathroom could use extra mirrors.

Well thought out, comfortable, cute. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. We stayed in the bedroom closest to the bathroom, because we were the only ones there, this stay. The sheets you have selected were amazing, the bed was comfy. There was no place in the bathroom to lay your stuff while getting ready. The only real issue I had was the vent in the bathroom ceiling, was shockingly dirty!! I realize it was probably just over-looked but, Yikes! I also would have liked pleated shades n the bedroom also, besides the curtains. Felt a bit exposed, but it was a lovely place. Easy to get in & out, just really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

A clean, quiet, comfortable spot within walking distance to all the downtown Lee’s Summit offerings. Fully stocked kitchen with all items needed to enjoy eating at the large island. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful newly remodeled house in great location. Great property with many nice amenities. I would recommend a little more attention to small items that would be greatly appreciated….. coffee mugs , plastic or non breakable glasses to use outside on back porch. We didn’t happen to cook as we usually do but the counter tops were wood and we were cautioned not to set anything hot or wet on countertops. I hope there is a sealer or some protection on them as I think it would be difficult to cook and follow those parameters. Would want to rent again if only the two of us, 1 small bathroom was uncomfortable to share.

The location of this home is nicely placed in Lee's Summit. It's a quiet yet convenient location for shopping, restaurants, and night life. My wife and I stayed for 5 days and got ample rest and sleep. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will no doubt stay here again.

The tall ceilings give a sense of expansiveness. The tree-lined street is 4 very walkable blocks to the surprisingly vibrant night time scene in old-town Lee's Summit.
The hosts have created a warm, upscale, fun home away from home.
We will definitely be going back to this great rental.

The bathroom had no counter or cabinet. The outdoor space needs a LOT of work! Would recommend highly with challenges in mind!
