The beds were comfortable. The lady that checked us in seemed friendly. Location was great.

The room had cobwebs, the toilet was almost completely broken it sat sideways in the bathroom and you had to be careful how you sat down on it and would barely flush correctly. There was dust all over the tv cabinet. Walls were cracked in the bathroom and there was hair in the bathtub. Breakfast selection wasn't that well. Overall the cost of the room was not great for the condition it was in.

It was okay, but not a lot to choose from.

The room was not clean enough, floors, dust on furniture. I received multiple bed bug bites on my right arm, one on my leg, back, and two on my neck.

The night staff, Johnathon? Was very helpful, going above and beyond to accomidate us. We drove over 14 hours without sleep since the day before, hit a deer, ended up lost, and eventually at the wrong hotel. He called them for us and got the reservation switched over.

Everything was perfect. The room was exceptional!

I really love the hospitality, the clean rooms and the whole facility. The location is great, it's easy to the highway, and stores and restaurants. It's like a second home to our family.

The only thing that I don't care for is the breakfast. Being a picky eater sometimes can be hard to accomadate.

this hotel was a nice distance away form the place where we were playing Basketball games

upon me looking for a room and booking the room a week before I requested a roll in shower because my son is in a wheelchair. Two hours before checking in I got a phone call saying that I could get a suit for $20 more and that this would get me more room. I said that it would be OK thinking that it would also get more space in the bathroom. When we arrived I checked into the suite we went into the room and found that the bathroom was not acquit for a person in a wheelchair. The bathroom was set up with the sink on one side and the tub on the other side of the bathroom the stool was in the middle and the door swung past the stool and covered the bathtub. For my son to use the restroom he had to get out his chair and drag him around under the sink to close the door and then get into the bathtub.

Was sent to the wrong room upon checkin. Had to go back to front desk to get the right room number. Breakfast was okay but missing fruit or any baked goods. Reservation was made with our dog and request for ground floor room. No record of this with hotel
