Nothing it was not clean an I had to clean when we arrived which I was not happy about an it looked as though it was falling to bits they where quite a few things what needed attention

Things where broke like a window I contacted the own about it which they knew about veranda was full of cobwebs an no brush are mop bucket to clean it

Position was good, it was clean but very basic for the price. Hot tub was good and warm.

Very basic for the price. Bedding was poor standard.No plugs in basins. No dishwasher tablets although there was a dishwasher? Instructions for shower needed as water boiling hot and not easy to use controls. No bedside lights. No oven gloves or t towels.

The caravan was clean , nice and cosy .

No any information was sent before . Need call and ask where exactly the caravan is, what's the cod for key . We arrived after long travel, and we had to deal with that about 40 min waiting and trying to get in touch with the owner.

Good location, easy to find, close to a river if you want a stroll. Hot tub ready to use when we arrived.

This is the second time we had stayed at Kestrel Close and both times it has been noisy with the grass being cut daily, loud lawn mower and petrol grass strimmer's, The grass did not look like it needed cutting. So forget having a lay in or relaxing on the morning. Shop is too expensive compared to local shops near Coningsby. The Fridge in the caravan could have been bigger, only big enough for food for two people and that was a tight squeeze.

Lovely and homely. Very comfortable, nice to stay at a caravan with a hot tub and decking! Will definitely be back.

Could of been a little cleaner and had to clean before I could do anything but didn’t affect us. Also some more cooking utensils, example serving spoon and a wooden spoon to stir food.

We stayed the week RAF Coningsby were practising night flying, was amazing to see but impossible to watch TV or hold a conversation. Didn't realise they practiced at night.

Nothing for the dogs Todo the Tattersall lake is only bothered about putting caravans on the place that can't cater for the amount off people there no pathway for people to walk

For the money we paid the caravan could have been cleaner had to clean & polish everything when we arrived no welcome pack I.E few slices of bread t bags small milk bottle o water we usually get these when booking a cottage, the decking area was absolutely sodden on arrival even doormat so had to use one of our towels so water wouldn’t tread into caravan,so was it worth the 330 pounds for a short weekend? Absolutely not…

Screws sticking up slightly from floors in various places throughout the caravan which feet caught numerous times. Dirty crockery on arrival. Caravan freezing cold on arrival. It did heat up fairly quickly but would have thought that it would have been tolerable in arrival

Nothing I didn't like

The caravan was adequate for our short stay.

We didn’t realise that passes were needed to access ALL amenities apart from the shop on site. There was no toilet paper at all when we arrived and there was quite a lot of dust. None of the taps had been cleaned properly and the vacuum was full.

The owner when I called was lovely it's not his fault booking.com says the facilities are included they need to re word it or include the price of passes into it so it's not disappointing. The hot tub is maintained very well. Both days we were there someone came to check the levels etc and he is the only who actually explained how to use it without stopping it heating.

When we arrived it wasn't very clean. They must of bleached the cups and wasn't cleaned off them properly we had to re wash them and cutlery. Beds wasn't made and after a very long journey and been awake since 1am it wasn't the greatest to then have to make the beds too. I've never had to do that in any caravan I've stayed in before. There was no welcome pack regarding the use of hot tub or details on the facilities. It wasn't until I called the number to then be sent a email with things to around Tattershall. Also booking.com says the facilities available is everything on site including swimming pool to then be told when i called the owner that you have to purchase the passes at a extra charge of £90 when we got there. There was no information on the hot tub and we accidentally put it in programme mode. If you press the lights button while you have the temperature flashing it turns it into programme mode. When we got out we turned temperature to go up and switched lights off and in the morning it dropped to 30 degrees so we had to call the owner for help as to why it was Cold. This ment we had no hot tub all the next day while it had to heat up. I was told its so easily done but there is no sign warning you to not touch any other button while the temp is flashing, which I think is definitely needed so it won't happen to anyone else. On entering the caravan it's appearance was great but then when your getting unpacked etc you soon realise it needs some tlc and a deep clean. The side outside panel is hanging off, there are dvds but no dvd player, broken play station. Broken TV on shelf but one working on wall (just take the broken one way) windows mouldy . Decking has seen better days. Fridge tray broken and the door to the cupboard you open to the fridge opens the freezer as well as the door isn't in line with the fridge. So everytime I got the milk out for a cuppa it opened the freezer door too which was annoying.
