The hottub was lovely and the heating (except for one room) worked well. As my husband and son loves planes/aircraft, I'll put this as a positive - there are Typhoons flying over the park almost constantly and this is quite loud. My husband and son loved it though. But if you're looking for peace and quiet, this park is not for you. Prior to our stay, the owner was happy to assist me as I didn't quite understand the guest pass process. For a private booking, you have to buy guest passes (£80 per caravan) in order to be able to enter the main/entertainment centre where all the restaurants and activities are. Then you have to go on the Away resorts website and book and pay for any activities you wish to do.

The caravan is a bit old, with laminated wood peeling in places, it can do with an update. The cooker/oven worked, but it was quite slow, but once we got used to it, we could make it work for us. On arrival, I wanted to make myself a cup of coffee, took a cup out the cupboard and found it was dirty. I subsequently found that almost half the cups in the cupboard were dirty so we had to rewash all the dishes and utensils as we didn't trust that they were properly cleaned. There was also no chopping board which made cooking a bit difficult. On the Monday we could only check in at 4pm and had to check out on Friday by 10am, which meant that in effect we only had 3 days at Tattershall, especially since the resort asks that you do not book any activities on the day of arrival or when booking out.

Van is a little tired in area's. Example kitchen cupboard doors damaged. Veneer above fire peeling.

Hot tub was great and serviced regularly. There was some cycles available to use. (Although a couple were missing parts therefore unfit to use). TVs in all rooms.

It was spacious and laid out well, was easy to find and the facilities were clean, Nigel was lovely when we ran into a minor issue with our passes, we will be returning for future stays!!!

The spot was lovely. Caravan was cleaned to good standard. Bedding fresh & comfortable Great as a baseline for exploring the park and the area. Hot tub was great inspected regular and it was getting cleaned and topped up as we left. Bikes were a bonus as we are quite far from facilities. My boys had plenty fun with them. Hosts were on hand for if you needed them

The caravan is a bit dated. It has most things you need but we couldn't get the grill to work. Had an issue with the hot water but was quickly resolved. The van is dated with some wear and tear. No wine glasses WiFi would be a bonus

Nice location. Good space for 6 adults and 4 children.

Bedrooms extremely small. Oven didn’t work very well at all and only had 1 shelf making it difficult to cook meals, it was also very smoky. Hot tub jets didn’t work so it didn’t bubble.

It was lovely caravan everything you could possibly want . Apart from a mop .

A mop would be ideal with the hot tub to mop up drips on floor . That was the only issue .

Property was big and spacious and even had a hot tube 8 of us went and we didn’t feel like we was on top of each other even had a some bikes at the property that the kids can use

Nothing about the property but if your going with Young children I would take some Ear defenders as a plane to fly really low over the property

Great caravan for the family great site to and I imagine be even greater when covid does one! Facilities a shop are are a good walk away but it is a lovely walk! Would 100% book again to stay
