The penthouse was perfect for our group of 4 couples and located close to our favorite beach, Mullet Bay. Jonathan and Stacy were very responsive to our questions and attentive in getting a few minor things fixed timely. We enjoyed the outdoor patio tremendously where we started and ended our days to enjoy our time together and the view, got to see planes coming in and even fireworks one evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Penthouse with spectacular views. The property was as listed with no surprises. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Sint Martin to stay here. The location was a five minute drive from the airport with free parking for rentals. You could also walk half a mile into town to grab a bite to eat and or shop.

Stayed here as a group of five women to celebrate our graduation from nursing school. The location was perfect and it was situated within walking distance of Maho Village. Check-in process was easy and simple. The property manager was unable to be there to check us in but sent me very detailed videos of how to get there and how to enter the condo. Upon entering the space, everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was great having a bathroom for each person, especially as a group of women all getting at the same time. The size of one of the showers is on the smaller side so choose wisely with who gets that bathroom because for one of us it was hard to turn around in there. The drains in the showers also went down very slow which was annoying and we just assumed it was an issue we had to deal with. When mentioning it to the property manager at checkout he said we should have told him because he would have taken care of it so hopefully that's no longer an issue. The decor of the space is very modern. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. We even hired a private chef and he was able to make an amazing five course dinner for us there with no problem. The bedrooms were also very nice and the mattresses were very comfortable. Everyone in my group always said they got great sleep. Overall the condo was amazing but there was one thing that made it difficult at times. Because it is the penthouse, it's obviously situated on the top floor which is five stories up. The elevator kept breaking at random times which left us having to walk up to our apartment alot. We notified the property manager who then notified the proper channels and each time it was fixed but sometimes it took a while especially being that it was a weekend. Coming up five flights of stairs with tons of groceries, or after a night of drinking with heels on wasn't fun at all. It was actually very rough for us. The property manager came over on the last day to help us with our luggage because the elevator broke again that day which was so sweet of him and when he got there it started working again. He explained to us that, the elevator doesn't usually just break like that so I guess it was just our bad luck that weekend. Besides that issue, it was a great weekend at the penthouse and all of us would definitely stay there again as a group and even with our families (hopefully this time with an elevator that works).

This penthouse was perfect for our family of eight adults. Gorgeous waterfront views and easy access to Mullet beach. Comfortable king beds, well-equipped kitchen, everything we needed and more. All the condo is air conditioned. Very happy with these accommodations! Thanks John

This is a wonderful Penthouse located in a very nice complex. It is clean and well stocked. Huge place. 8 Adults and plenty of room. All the bedroom have a balcony. We loved the private pool and also the shared pool. All appliances worked well. The location closed to Maho was great. Common grounds were clean.Plenty of parking. We had 2 rental cars. This rental is an extraordinary value.

We had 5 adults staying here for a birthday vacation and couldn't have been happier with condo. It was beautiful the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful home in St Maarten close to many attractions yet quiet and not overcrowded.

Great property which allowed my group of 5 to relax, eat meals together, and quickly get to the beaches and night life. The villa is perfectly situated and is modern, clean and private. The owners are very responsive to questions and they helped us plan an adventurous catamaran tour during our stay, as well as providing food and a rental car for us. I highly recommend this location if you're visiting St. Maarten.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great walking distance to Maho and we were met at the condo by Ophelie. She showed us around and gave all the details needed. It was quiet and close to Mullet beach. The nightlife was also walking distance. It has a great community pool and work out facility. I would recommend this place!

This is an exceptional property in a very nice condo community. The finishes are top notch and the variety of spaces to lounge is unequaled. I especially love the balcony off of the Master Bathroom, which looks directly over the activity at the airport. (Which ends around dark) Having a private plunge pool is a very luxurious amenity and everything, including the pool is spotless. My only suggestions, as was noted in another review (and is common in these condos), would be to have some kind of shelf in the showers as it's awkward to keep everything on the floor and have to bend down for them. (I recently purchased a nice corner shelf for one of my properties that doesn't require drilling) Also, some more of the blinds like the one in the TV area would really help keep the unit comfortable during the afternoon sun periods (and would probably save you lots in electrical costs.)

We have visited the island numerous times, this was indeed a great find! It offers all the enimities that one would look for, it is secluded yet close enough to the action.

Just returned from 4 nights in this penthouse. We were travelling as part of a family group of 2 adults and 4 teens. The apartment was very clean and well located in Maho, walking distance to restaurants, clubs and bars. The central location was great for exploring the island and the price was really reasonable compare to the others rentals in the same area. The private pool on the balcony was great and we loved that each bedroom had a balcony and a TV.

Great condo, so beautiful! It's super modern. If you or your friends want awesome place to stay pick this place. Manager John was reachable every time and full of tips and advice. We'll always cherish the wonderful time we had.

Stayed here with three kids and four other adults and loved every minute of it. It was located close to Sunset beach, a pharmacy, and several little shops and restaurant. The close proximity to the airport was perfect for the kids to watch planes take off and land and the view from the back of the condo was breathtaking morning and evening. The kitchen had all of the cuterly, plates, and cups we needed...and the fridge was semi-stocked when we arrived with sodas waters and beers. I also really appreciated the fact that every room had a tv and access to cable and it's American channels. My only minor complaint is that there were no shelves in any of the showers for soap, shampoo, etc which made showering a tad challenging...but that's definitely not a reason to miss out on staying at this great condo. But that's if I'm being incredibly picky because we are accustomed to 5 star hotels and this condo exceeded our expectations. When we return we'll definitely stay here again.

The experience we had at the penthouse was amazing. It comes with a breath-taking ocean and lagoon view and wonderful hosts who accommodated to all our needs. They are very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone who is looking for an amazing gateway from the cold city. There are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people!! We look forward to our next trip here!

Our big family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days stay in this penthouse. First time to the island and not knowing too much about it, we felt we were really lucky it was all so like we imagined The location we felt is the best on the island with beautiful Mullet Beach so close by and the amazing view from all the rooms. Yet, it was away from the crowds, noise and tourist areas but we could easily walk to restaurants, boutiques in Maho. The private pool was our 4 kids dream come true! The condo was spotless, so beautifully furnished, modern, spacious and very well stocked . We loved the large balcony area and that all the bedroom had their own bathroom. If you are trying to decide which to book - look no further this one is fabulous!

We enjoyed the penthouse so much. It has a great private pool and patio area with a great ocean, lagoon and golf view. The condo is new and very modern. Kitchen is fully equipped and convenient. Wifi is fast and reliable, AC works great, TV in each room is a plus. We do recommend the place!

This penthouse was just perfect, location, fully air conditioned, modern decor, comfort of beds, added bonus was the private pool on the balcony, would definitely stay there again, loved it!! John was very helpful and wonderful to deal with.

The apartment is as beautiful as the photos. The view is amazing and for us the location could not be better as we love to have dinners in Maho and play Casino. The beach was also very close from the condo.

Great property and a great location! Just a couple miles from the airport. Walking distance to several restaurants in Maho and a nice casino. We went to Mullet beach everyday, just have to walk 3 min, and also easy to drive to the French side. Spacious bedrooms with balcony. We loved the private pool. Will stay there again in the future
