Great location literally directly over the road from chair lift.

Hotel smelt damp and smelt odd from walking in and rooms also smelt damp/ mouldy. Rooms were tidy but weren’t cleaned before us. Hair, dirt and stains and mould in bathroom obvious. No where to hang winter jackets and gear near air con to dry. Small drying rack provided insufficient and when did leave gear on to dry during day staff would come into room and turn off air con. We would come back and gear still wet. No proper drying room facilities especially for boots. Just a basement room with air con. Boots wouldn’t dry. Staff also kept turning air con off in this room. Beds were never made would just change towels. Stayed in room to rest one day and staff just came in unannounced, without knocking to change towels. Hot water system was also terrible. Would take 5 mins to get water temp right and even then it was just pulsing hot water.

Located next to one of the Hakuba Goryu chairlift, if you want to be the first one to enjoy fresh powder every morning, that’s the one.

Dinner provided was hotpot and it was great. Location is great as its right beside Ilmori slope. The staff upgraded our room for free after seeing that we had our 1 year old child with us.

Very close to the Hakuba Iimori lifts and Iimori bus stop for fairly easy access to other areas like Hakuba Escal Plaza (end stop) and Hakuba 47 and Happo-one. Breakfast and dinner was on the simple side with very little variation but still good value for the price. Store your gear either in your room or the activity room/dryer room. Staff is very friendly and accomodating and provide free pickup/dropoff via car if requested.

Wishes for more breakfast and dinner options/variation and personal lockers for gear. There are no other facilities closeby, though you could walk to Hakuba Goryu where there are bath facitilites and a few restaurants at the base building, it:s a 20+ minute walk uphill.

I went here last christmas and decided to go back for my birthday. i love that the staff were friendly and accommodating!

Poor insulation building, cold bathroom, freezing dining room, distant parking, hair in bathroom...

- Location is great - across the road from ski slope connected to a large ski park - free parking nearby - hot-pot dinner (at extra charge) - light breakfast available on site (at extra charge) - foreigner friendly - nice looking hotel exterior - our room had a renovated toilet & bathroom

- The heater is loud and inefficient (room temp was dropping to 15 degrees in the morning) - We missed more breakfast options (even at an extra cost) - Needs some general renovation & upgrades

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful in all aspects, particularly in arranging taxis and buying lift tickets. Breakfast was served quickly and was filling enough. The hot pot dinner is available every night and very delicious. The hotel is right outside one of the Goryu Resort chairlifts, and only a few minutes walk to the Goryu Iimori shuttle bus stop. Will definitely be staying here again!

A bit far from most restaurants, so a taxi will be needed to get to them.

Lovely breakfast for great value!

Our third time staying here, as always it was wonderful.

Location was good and close to slopes. Chinese hotpot was good for dinner.

Food was not upto the mark for the price paid specially breakfast. Dinner hotpot was okay but quantity was so limited and breakfast was limited too.

It’s just beside the ski area.

A little outdated.

Hotel is very well located, 50 m from the cable car. Buying the ticket is cheaper. You can also have a beautiful mountain view. Spacious room for one person in the Japanese standard. I was welcomed by a foreign staff who was efficient and helpful. . There is a game room, and a small but well-organized restaurant.
