Value for money

The property is located in a very quiet and nice area, very close to our main destination.

The level of cleanliness and maintenance leaves much to be desired. When we arrived late at night, the room looked as if someone else just slept in and left the room in a hurry. There was no one available on the premises. We had to contact the property on WhatsApp to have someone come and clean our room. The shower head is full of mold/bacteria.

The facility and location

The room was too warm

Location with parking. Easy check in. Large room with shower/ toilet. Warm room Comfortable bed

Shower head needs replacing Shower door seal leaks onto floor. Sink plug hole rusted. Strong smell in toilet when arrived, But was very clean.

Nothing

Wifi is very weak and not stable. Shower pressure was low and annoying. There were kids crying at 6:00 am and yelling all morning. One kid opened my room when I was asleep. Room temperature is not calibrated it was hot. kitchen appliances are old and you have to pay to use the appliances. check in was slow and late. I don’t want to mention more, enough, I don’t want to remember this experience.

the room is very clean, and the furniture are sturdy well maintained. The hotel is close to the train and bus station (5-7mins)

Near to town centre and legoland. Beds were clean and comfy..

No staff on site. Had to check in over phone and hunt the keys outside Never stayed in such a noisy hotel Banging doors shouting laughing until well into the early hours on both nights No toiletries as states just 3 empty bottles in the bathroom. No bath mat just a towel on the floor so was very slippery No spoon or stirrer and very limited tea and coffee Very strange vibe don't know if some of the rooms are long time let Feels like you are intruding in someone's home No care given to the little things that make a hotel stay comfortable

It was clean and the bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable

There was no storage space. Room wasn't soundproofed as advertised, which I could literally hear everything in the room next door and in the building. Check in for the room was unusual to say the least!!

Its location is near of the train station and is really quite and good

The room is less space too much than the pictures, it is not the ones in the pictures at all

Its clean, good shower.

No staff, just a house that's been divided up in to rooms - my key was left on the floor by the doorstep. All hard surfaces so the sounds of other guests travels well. My room was on the ground floor and the window was broken, handle had snapped completely off so wouldn't lock, I text the contract number to request a different room but was ignored.

Absolutely nothing

. .I didnt stay at the spinney in Bracknell simply because I could not get into the lodgings there was no one at the premises to let me in or to sort out my accommodation. I rang the two phone numbers supplied by email numerous times to no avail .in the end I had to ring all over the place to get a last minute hotel booking whitch I got eventually in reading at £100 per night. Then to my horror I find that the spinney has taken two payments of £278.40 from my bank account plus a third payment pending. I have contacted my bank fraud department who are dealing with this at the moment. I would sincerely hope that you will also take action against the spinney for this crime as you can see from your records that I am a regular user of booking.com .I would hope to hear from you in the very near future regarding this complaint Yours sincerely Sean lynch

everything . photographs are lies . you can’t even turn around in the bathroom. had a torn bath towel put for a bath mat. a used 1/6th bottle of shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom that’s all !! the room I got had no window no natural light all !!! it was like a prison celll . DONT FALL FOR the PHOTOGRAPHS on website !!!

Room was OK

Paper thin walls. Extremely thin walls. Very very noisy

The room size was good, other than that wasn’t impressed.

The tv didn’t work correctly and nether did the Wi-Fi, we messaged the owner about this and we got no response and also needed new towels and didn’t get any response for this ether, shared kitchen wasn’t very clean, other people staying were shouting at 2am, was told they would supply a travel cot by email then they didn’t have one.

Cleanliness of the room and ensuite. Was able to park near the door of the room.

Towels supplied were terrible, likely never use softener in the wash and they smelt. used my own. Single duvet on the bed only kept falling off. Bed not the most comfortable. TV remote would not turn the TV on or off.
