Very nice and well designed apartment. Everything is brand new. It was warm and cosy inside. Lots of space available. Modern well equipped kitchen. Separate and clean toilet and bathroom. I would come back again.

Parking is difficult. There are 6 parking spaces for 6 apartments, 2 of which are blocking another 2 spots. That means you might find your car blocked or your space unusable because of another car using more space than it was meant to. To this add heavy snowfall and you will see the disaster. Nobody was cleaning the parking from snow - it was up to us. Folding sofas are really uncomfortable for sleeping. They are 110 cm wide with a gap in the middle. There was one good king size bed and one bad folding sofa in the bedroom and another bad folding sofa in the lounge.

The beds were so comfy and the shower is amazing.

If you are going to ski, you might need some more space for stuff. We did not need that because we did not ski.

Old building, but renovated in style, very good location, easy checkin with code sent to mobile. Floor heating in shower with good and strong warm water. Nice kitchen table. Good water cooker. Customer service approachable and responsive by phone.

Tips to improve customer experience: No cloak-hangers in the room while could be easily installed at the door or side of the cupboard or at wall. Result ski jackets on floor. The window shades are in two parts and the middle one block the outer ones meaning you cant close them properly. No bedside table although there is place enough. No shampoo holder in the shower meaning must put things on the ground. Mattress was high and way to soft like a ship sinking in. Parking system, at the side of the house are 2x2 places but the first one is blocked by the second one, so in the morning had to go knocking the doors and grumpy people angry why i wake them up if its their car. We understand the challenge of place but its just not easy at all if you are one of those. Isolation in the house is quite bad. Below us heard child crying like it was in our room, and next to us were Germans having some beer and talk and literally we were part of the discussion as if no walls.
