Nice restaurant downstairs

Kovarna does not offer any breakfasts - although breakfast was mentioned ar booking.com. Unpleasant surprise to us

Well located, nice Apartment, well equiped. Big terrace.

It's a clean, spacious and functional appartment with all the accessories you need during holidays. Next to the parking spot you have a ski room. The location of the residence is great - you have a 2-3 minute walk down the road to the bus stop that will take you to the ski resort (both day and night when there is night skiing on Pec) and around 15 minute walk to the valley station of the Śnieżka cableway.

Keep in mind that you get only minimum of soap and dishwasher tablets and there is no salt or sugar.

Great location for trails hunting as well as going to restaurants. Apartament was huge, layout well thought. Place was clean. You can see and hear local river. Food was fresh and tasty.

Hotels restaurant open hours was unclear.

The flat itself was spacious and equipped well. The two bedrooms are at the opposite side of the apartment with the living room and the open kitchen in the middle. Very nice for parents with kids or two couples. The garage was a really nice feature for us. We do have an older car and it snowed the whole week. All the cars outside were covered in snow and ice but ours was well protected and dry in the garage. Parking in Pec can be quite challenging, so this is a big plus! We also liked that we had our private ski-room right next to our car in the garage. The internet was reliable whilst we were there. There is a bakery close by and the ski bus to Javor leaving every 10-20 min. There is also a good restaurant in the building and when it was busy I just asked for drinks to take to our room, which was fine. So we have been in Pec a few times and this was the best accommodation so far.

There is nothing we didnt really like. Here are just some suggestions for improvements: The key had to be collected about 600-800m away from the Happy Hill Snow Rental shop. It would make everything so much easier for the guests to collect the keys in the on-site restaurant. This is also true for dropping the keys. Maybe you could install a dropbox at the appartment house itself? We would have also preferred to get a second set of keys because it happened quite often that we went out in two different groups. We had a power cut during the first night of our stay which was kind of scary because it lasted quite some time. We don't know if this was a one-off or if there is a frequent problem with power in the building though... However, it was gone the next morning - so no harm done. Also the small chapel rings at 8 o'clock every morning, which is right in front of the building.

Beautiful appartment, bonus is the huge terrace overlooking playground for kids. Perfect location with the lake across the road, chairlift 10min walk away, shops/restaurants all around. Quiet and calm, very relaxing place. Clean, modern, everything was great. Stayed there for th 2nd time. Perfect hosts and helpful if needed. We will definitely come back again!
