Didn't know anything about the areas in Nashville. Great location, walking distance to Broadway for the music scene. Condo was great as listed. Owner communicated when we requested information. Great stay!

Really enjoyed Nashville. So much to do and see.

We stayed for a long weekend for a girls birthday weekend and had a great time! The condo was decorated with Nashville decor and the beds were super comfy. The pool and balcony were nice additions to the place. The owner was easy to contact and answered questions promptly. Easy access to downtown and all that Nashville has to offer.

Location of property is excellent. Less than a mile from Broadway, easy 15-20 minute walk. Plenty of parking if you drive. Perfect size for 2 couples. 2 king sized beds and 2 bathrooms.The best feature is easy communication with the owner, from verifying you have received the check in instructions to responding quickly to any question we had. Just an outstanding experience!

We enjoyed our stay here! Condo was very clean, comfortable for our family of four, and was stocked with all necessities. I liked having covered parking which felt safe in the city. We took a quick Uber to and from downtown to enjoy Broadway. Quiet and safe place to stay. Kim was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Quick trip to Nashville for a birthday celebration. Location of this property is very convenient and walkable to the heart of the city. We found it to be very comfortable with all you need available. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville.

Party of 6 stayed here after running the Rock and Roll marathon. Host was very accommodating. The place was clean and within walking distance to bars, restaurants. Also able to get Uber when needed very quickly.

Very clean and well stocked with convenient items. The unit overlooked the river which was peacfull to watch.

The condo was just as described. Kim was very accomodating with early check in. The condo is stocked with coffee, hairdryers, curling irons, Bluetooth speaker, soap, shampoo....everything you need! Good location to get out of the craziness of Broadway. Thank you Kim!

Apartment had everything you could possibly need. Owner left nice suggestions and detailed notebook. App 1 mile from Broadway but neighborhood offered many alternative bars and restaurants for when you are done with Broadway 😄

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the river at this well situated condo. We loved having 2 bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and 2 separate bathrooms. The Keurig was great for both the tea and coffee drinkers and plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. The view of the barges on the river was great and we felt safe walking around everywhere! This was absolutely the best spot for a New Year's Eve celebration! Only a 5 minute walk to the Bicentennial Mall State Park and we could even see the fireworks from the building. We walked to the Ryman for a great concert in a fabulous venue. We walked to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. We walked to Jonathan's Grill for great food, drinks and service. Very easy location to access lots of places and plenty of covered parking if you bring a car or use Uber. Our hostess, Kim couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Just a great VRBO experience and we hope to return next year! Thank you Kim!

As a hotel property ower myself I was appalled by the condition of this property upon walking into 1st look, the 1st bathroom has absolutely NO drawers or cabinet doors they're gone. When I took a shower in the small shower right inside the front door the shower pan is the only thing thats keeping you from falling through the floor to the condo below, its rotten and squishy. There is left over things in the refrigerator from past guests opened and used food and drinks, the "spice cabinet" is disgusting and filthy. There was NO wifi and no informative to connect to it while we were there i contacted the host and all she replied was " I'm so sorry"?! I asked her if it she was going to send that information and she NEVER replied. She has notes all over the condo about the upstairs neighbors being loud to run fans she has in every room that it really drowns out the noise, nope it doesn't and if it gets to bad to contact her well she never responded about the wifi so we figured that would be the same for any other issues. Every drawer I mean EVERY drawer is FULL of "stuff" other people's stuff that has been left behind, its not sanitary and quite nasty to put my things in with other strangers food, drinks and personal items. My husband tried to soak his sore back in the bathtub, well it doesn't hold water and at 4pm he had exactly 5-10 min tops of hot water. I had to throw out my hotspot on my phone to watch tv, the windows for the "river view" the seal was broken and it was foggy

Ny 2 girlfriends and I stayed and LOVED it! Kim was awesome and we all became fast friends! She made sure everything was perfect and was available for every call or question!! When we come again I DEFINITELY will stay here! We enjoyed watching the barges going up and down the river . If you are looking for a place close to downtown, but quiet and comfortable this is the place for you!!

This property was the perfect location for a getaway. It's only a mile from Broadway and we walked there every day. Uber was easy to take back in the evenings when it was dark. This condo has everything you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. The livingroom was perfect for hanging out in the mornings and having coffee. The view of the Cumberland River is right outside the patio and we had some gorgeous sunrises while we were there. I would totally stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. Added bonus: Kim is excellent communicator and was fast to reply to any and all questions we had.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The binder you had with all the information in was very helpful. Was a little worried about noise, but that was no issue at all. Some of the pamphlets in the foyer were out dated but overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to friends and family.

From the time we walked in it felt so warm and cozy! Plenty of room for 3 girls to relax. Kim has provided everything that you need. The place was very clean. It is a little walk to Broadway (about a mile) but we walked every time. So much to do and we would highly recommend the Hop On Hop Off Trolley. We will come back and stay with Kim again on our next visit. It would be perfect for 2 couples too!

This condo is so pretty and clean and the host has things stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen. This location is great for the price. Broadway is walking distance but beware that there constrution goong on at 1st ave so go up another block and walk on 2nd. If the walk is tough theres ubers and lyfts at your disposal 24/7. You really have all the comforts of home. The host will get back right away and addresses any needs you have. We were a party of six for a girls weekend. Thanks Kim for all your help.

Adorable condo. Very clean. Great for two couples as each had privacy. Shared spaces were comfortable and nicely decorated. Easy ample covered parking and a wonderful location. Restaurants and even Broadway walkable.

The accommodations were nice. She had all the amenities needed. The balcony overlooking the river was nice for our morning coffee. Location was close to Broadway so a short Uber away from most everything. Thanks Kim for a great stay.
