Owning rental properties ourselves this property is better in person than from the pictures. Thoughtfully decorated and excellently supplied. Every toy for the beach and kitchen. Few minor problems and the response immediate and efficiently and effectively resolved. The management team is among the best we’ve seen.

Euniz was top notch and very attentive. The villa was perfect for our needs. Loved that it was steps to the pool and beach. Evenings on the balcony were perfect. Thank you for a great stay!

The property and room were excellent. Everything we could possibly need and more. The only thing I would advise anyone with is to be careful with the beach. The water can be pretty rough and while I was there people had to be saved and almost drowned. So please be careful. Other than that the location is great and safe and beautiful

The villa has everything you will need to have a spectacular experience. Loved the decorations, everything felt in place. Lots of space for lounging. Lots of towels! All Smart TV's (3) It is the best rental property we have experienced in the area! We have stayed at 5 different villas in Rio Mar and this is simply the best. We will be back! 5 stars!

We spent 4 days and had a great time. This beach villa complex is very quiet and perfect for relaxing. Next door and within walking distance to the Wyndham hotel, you can grab a bite if not in the mood for cooking, although the units kitchen is fully equipped even with a Nexpresso machine which we really enjoyed. Ultra clean and with nice amnenties.

We had a wonderful time - the proximity to the pools, beach and the resort made it easy to have quiet or access to bars/restaurants when we wanted a cocktail and easy bite to eat. Plus it was so close to the rainforest and luquillo beach! A great stay in a beautiful apartment!

This is a beautiful condo with a perfect setting directly on the ocean. It is well cared for with lovely furnishings and everything you might need during your stay. The manager, Enuiz, is wonderful and quick to help you with anything you might need. The resort landscaping , the beach, and the pools provide the perfect winter escape and we hope to return again in the future.

Just lovely with balconies overlooking the pool and ocean. Comfortable beds, great tvs, good A/C, great kitchen with everything you’d need, and lots of beach towels! Euniz has thought of everything you need for a beach vacation!

Everything here is top notch. Clean, updated and all amenities you could need for a beach holiday. Beach is wonderful for boogie boarding and for long walks. Pools never too crowded. We would definitely return to the ocean villas.

This property is perfect for families. The view is breath taking and the sound of the ocean at any time is so relaxing. The unit is equipped with everything including beach toys for the kiddos. We will definitely be back.

This VRBO 2 bed/2 ba unit (8594-95) was by far the best we’ve been in. The unit was in a prime spot on the beach, with two balconies that offered full ocean and beach view. A pretty view of El Yunque is seen from parking lot. The unit had every supply you could need, including kitchen supplies, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, and beach toys. The air conditioning kept the whole unit cool, and the beds were comfy. Extra touches made the place feel homey. The water in this area is a bit rough, but the beach is very nice. Less than a 5 min walk to the Wyndham restaurants next door. We had a parking spot in lot right across from property. There is an elevator, and the whole resort area is gated, so very safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the area again. In fact, I would search out Euniz’s properties!

Great location close to the water with a great view

It is tough to beat 2 bedrooms, 3 swimming pools and 100 steps to the ocean. Euniz gave us easy directions to get in and had a fruit basket waiting for us.

Pictures of the views do not do this rental justice. Balcony views of beach with gorgeous sunrise. Open the front door to the View Of Rainforest. Comfortable king size bed in master with private bathroom & balcony. Second bedroom had 2 beds & 1 rollaway. Laundry in unit, cable tv in both bedrooms and livingroom. Short drive to luquillo, El Yunque, and Walgreens up the road. Plenty of beach chairs available , & short walk to hotel . Hotels food can be pricey, lots nearby options. We enjoyed a Delicious Steak dinner at Desperado. Owner was extremely responsive with questions and suggestions for area. There is a luggage cart & shopping carts to carry bags. Highly recommend if driving from San Juan to take the old highway, route 187 for a true Puerto Rican experience!

What a wonderful vacation villa! From the moment you enter Euniz's villa you immediately feel welcome. We were greeted with a basket of fruit and other welcome gifts and a view of the ocean that is nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed happy hour sitting on the deck over looking the ocean on more than one occasion. Our family of 5 has been fortunate enough to travel often. I would place this villa, the location, views, pools etc. at the top of the list. Having rented through VRBO and similar more than 20 times, I would also say that Euniz is the best host host we have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Activities for our family, which includes two teenagers and an 11 year old, included golf, surfing lessons, an ATV tour in the rain forest, a catamaran tour and more. Our family likes to stay busy on vacation but a week spent at the pools and beach would be just as enjoyable as the setting here is fantastic. On top of all of this the people of Puerto Rico are wonderful! We were thanked for visiting Puerto Rico more often then i can tell you. Great host, villa, setting, views and more!! Thank you for everything Euniz and most of all for helping us create life long family memories!!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this ocean villa. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and great access to pool and beach for the kids (3, 5 and 8). Everything in the unit from two seaside balconies, smart TV’s, beach toys and an easy to use kitchen made this a very convenient stay. There was no need for the pools down at the hotel as the Ocean Villas has several lovely pools that weren’t crowded! Euniz was incredibly helpful and responsive with tips and answers to my questions. She also seamlessly supplied a pack ‘n play for our use. The resort property is a great location on the island with easy access to El Yunque, Fajardo (Seven Seas beach and the Bio Bay), and Luquillo. If renting a car it’s also an easy 40 minute drive to Old San Juan. Generally a great place and we would absolutely return someday. Enjoy!

Great for a family. Lots of room. Beautiful Pool area. Beautiful beach!

We loved our stay in this villa. There was plenty of room for us and two teenagers - our daughter and a friend. They had the room with two full beds and we took the master bedroom with a private balcony. Another balcony off the living room area separating the bedrooms was larger and open on two sides. Furnishings are as shown in pictures. Plenty of linens and towels, both bath and beach. As other reviewers have said, the buildings are a little dated, but our unit was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, including washer and dryer. It is situated within the gated 500-acre Wyndham property; we could keep an eye on our teenagers from our unit but didn't feel like we needed to. We grabbed breakfast and lunch items at Amigo in Luquillo and had dinners out. We walked up the beach to the Wyndham Rio resort for supper the first night, took a ten-minute drive to the kiosks in Luquillo the second and up the hill to Richie's with a huge view our last night. Richie's runs a free shuttle from the resort and villas, if you don't have a designated driver. There is a surf truck in Luquillo if you want to rent a board or take a lesson - just go to Luquillo and head to the beach; you can't miss it. Surfshop owners April and Brian are great to talk to and full of information about surfing and every thing else. Hiking in Le Yunque is only ten minutes away as well. And it is so easy to hop on the highway for a day trip to Old San Juan as we did. If rest and relaxation is your idea of vacation, just staying on the nicely maintained property was lovely: crashing surf, shallow water for quite a ways out, provided beach loungers, hot hot tub, refreshing pools. Property was quiet, never crowded. Euniz was very responsive before we arrived, showed us around the unit when we got there, but we honestly didn't need a thing while we were there. We will come back.

This villa is on the top floor and has amazing views of the ocean. It was well equipped with everything you would need including hair dryer and shampoo and conditioner, as well as snacks, water and even some beer. The owner was easy to communicate with and the complex is great. Very clean and well kept. The beach was quiet even during school vacation week. You can take a short walk to the Wyndham for tiki drinks and nightlife. This is one of our favorite spots. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa on the ocean with sandy beach and several nice pools. Very private as part of a gated resort. Good security patrols and helpful staff make for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

The oceanfront villa was beautiful and clean! The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, private pool, and a short walk to the hotel restaurants. We would definitely stay again when we take our next trip to Puerto Rico!

The villa is located on a beautiful beach in a quiet location. It's nicely decorated, clean and stocked with necessary utensils to cook at home and a short walk to the restaurants located in the resort. El Yunque is nearby and El Fajardo is a short drive for snorkeling trips! Euniz responded quickly to assist when needed. This is a great location for a relaxing, quiet beach vacation with a phenomenal view. Thank you!

We had the most fantastic time in Puerto Rico staying at this great condo with the most gorgeous view. You open your front door to the rain forest and you wake up to the ocean. I was not familiar with PR but knew I wanted to be out of the big city but close enough to it. This was the perfect location and the property was gorgeous and easily accessible. Close to Luquillo for the ferry to beautiful Culebra. The rain forest presents many opportunities for hiking and zip lining. Eunize was a wonderful host and always accessible with whatever we needed. We will rent her place again next year without hesitation.
