Belle 3/2 Maison avec garage, RV Garage w / AC, RV parking, piscine / spa, Lake View Que pourriez-vous demander .. Cette nouvelle maison est située dans une grande place, facile dans et hors de l'accès de la ville .. seulement 5 minutes de la rampe de lancement à windsor et près des Restaurants et Bars.

Ceci est une grande propriété / divers pour ceux qui cherchent à rester dans la région du lac Havasu, soit pour la semaine / week-end ou pendant des mois ..

This property exceeded my expectations in every way. They thought of everything. From seasonings to Kitchen equipment, you need it, they have it! The backyard is an oasis. Extra bathroom in the garage was brilliant. No going in the house with wet suits while swimming, wow! Hard to leave this beautiful home!

Better than a 5 Star Resort
This was the cleanest property we’ve ever experienced. We were looking for somewhere warm, with a pool and hot tub to stay for the month and this checked all the boxes. The house was well stocked with essentials, including coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were very comfy and the linen was nice. We used the Sonos Speaker system to stream our favorite music in the house and by the pool. The best feature of the property was the back pool area, with a water feature that masked the traffic noise from the main side street. There was a table and chairs under the outdoor covering with a TV mounted on the wall. We spent most of our time out there, it was a very private space. The home’s HVAC system worked great and kept us very comfortable. We played lots of golf at a nearby course and even took a hot air balloon ride over the city. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Havasu.

Beautiful and comfortable
This was our first time going to one location for a month. We weren't sure how it would feel living in someone else's home. Turns out, we loved it. Daniel's home is very open, comfortable, and easy to settle into. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the backyard was great. Everything was well stocked (paper products, extra towels, bedding, etc). Location provides easy access to pretty much everything.
Daniel was very responsive to any questions. There was a problem with the a/c, and he sent a repairman out the very same evening.
The only two downsides were the road noise in the backyard (the side of the house is up against a main road), and having to leave!

Beautiful House
Cannot begin how easy and stress free it was to get here and enjoy this beautiful house. It was left so clean and they had all everything you would need from cleaning products to extra towels and blankets and even a a keurig. The house overall felt very home and welcoming. Owner was very responsive and nice :) I will definitely be coming back and staying here. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect for the summer for families with kids
This is a beautiful, clean, wonderfully supplied residence. However, it sits on a very busy corner and the traffic noise is quite noticeable; there are no individual chairs to sit in; there are stools at the bar, benches at the table and a huge (uncomfortable) sectional couch, but not a single chair to relax in with adequate lighting to read and when one stays three months in the winter you can't be entertained outside all the time, sometimes you just want to sit and read. Finally, it is common for this year's renters to be given the first chance to return the following year. The residence was already rented out for next year when we arrived this year. Also we had to ask that the taxes be refunded because taxes are not collected in AZ for stays over 30 days. The taxes were refunded but only because we caught the error and asked for the refund.

Love the house
the location worked for us, close to state park, rode our bikes to st. park or London Bridge often, Takes 7 minutes to drive car to Island to walk or ride the trail. The House and yard is awesome, it's a corner lot, neighbors are very nice.

Great property.
This place has everything anyone would want or need in a vacation home. You would be pressed to find a more comfortable, vacation spot in this price range. These folks paid a lot of attention to detail when your talking about being well equipped for relaxation and luxury. We loved being able to use our own devices throughout the interior & exterior speakers via a simple app. Excellent televisions in every room, including the garage and patio near the pool.
Pamper yourself and try this place. It's as advertised, and much more.

I’m hesitant to write this review for fear the home will be forever occupied, but write I must. This place is a piece of paradise with it’s convenient location, luxurious amenities, relaxing pool/spa, and an RV garage to die for. Everything about this home will exceed your highest expectations.

Simply Amazing!
This home is everything you could wish for plus a little bit more. It is very well decorated, great layout and nicely maintained. Huge garage for both vehicles including the boat without unhooking. Close to main throughway with shopping and groceries. Very convenient location for the launch as well. Kitchen was stocked and wonderful linens on the beds. Havasu is one of the best cities we have visited. Lots to do and amazing scenery. Highly recommend this beautiful home in Havasu. You won’t want to leave!!

Fantastic place!
This is a wonderful home! It is obvious that this place is the Castillini's vacation home, and we appreciated feeling like their personal guests. The setup is amazing and the house is beautiful. It has everything you need and then some. The pool even has style with colored lights at night, fountains, swim-up table with umbrella, and cool pool music. It was nice to be able to unload and pack up the boat and jet skis in an air conditioned garage! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We absolutely love this place! The owner was great with communication and the property is top notch! The pool is perfect! The amenities are above and beyond! This place is better than any time share I have stayed in, including the one we have in Hawaii!

Best vacation home near the Lake 💙
This house has everything plus a ton of extras! The house is very spacious with an open concept.Outdoor area is equipped with Pool, Floaties, Spa, Outdoor Shower & Bathroom , Flat screen TV & Patio for shade and several umbrellas, wireless speakers thru the house, garage & pool area. All rooms have flat screen TV's, ceiling fans & a great AC. The house is a 5 star PLUS !!! The owners did not spare anything💙

NEW, GORGEOUS home has everything you need!
This house is new, perfectly decorated, with all new pots, pans, utensils, etc. everything matches, there is no hodgepodge of old stuff!! Beds are super comfy, with soft white sheets. The garage has AC!! It was perfect for leaving the lake and wiping down the boat INSIDE!! The location is super close to the Windsor launch ramp. The pool and spa are beautifully kept. We had such a great family vacation and can't wait to go back!!
