We had great weather and a wonderful week. The area was hit by a huge Hurricane last year so there was some construction around the property. However we did not hear anything and the Condo was great. Very good location in Fort Meyers area.

Facing the beautiful bay and amazing sunsets, this condo exceeded expectations. Host was exceptionally helpful, kitchen is very well stocked, rooms are large and comfortable. The beach below is well maintained and never crowded. We enjoyed hours working virtually from the lanai overlooking the water. The pool was still closed due to hurricane damage but the owner communicated that to us upon booking.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The balcony was wonderful. We spent mornings reading and having coffee on the balcony and evenings enjoying the sunset. The views were amazing. The condo provided easy access to Sanibel Island, restaurants and nearby shopping. I look forward to staying there in the future. The host provided all relevant information concerning parking, access etc well in advance of our arrival and followed up to ensure the accommodations were satisfactory. It's a five star!

Lovely condo with an amazing view and great location!
We had an excellent stay in this lovely condo! Beautiful, bright and airy space, nicely appointed with ample linens and lots of useful kitchen equipment. The condo was spotless and the view is exceptional! It is in a unique location that is quiet yet near a Marriot hotel which comes in handy for dinner or drinks out. It is hidden away from traffic, crowds and noise, yet just minutes from all the shopping, beaches and restaurants that the area offers. We have already recommended this condo to others and intend to rent there again when back in the area.

Wonderful place with complete views. Easy access to all the beaches around. The pool was disappointing due to the fact you can’t enjoy it past dusk. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything needed.

Wonderful ... Relaxing Stay!!
This is absolutely exactly as shown. The property is Beautiful. The pool is quiet and private. Access to the beach is a few steps from the door. My friend and I took multiple walks around the property and enjoyed a delicious happy hour at the hotel. I highly recommend this and hopefully will bring my family back for another stay.

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the view and the condo. It is as wonderful as the pictures show. Very clean, quiet and Lori was a wonderful hostess. The property management were also very responsive to questions and were very helpful. We hope to be able to return again soon.

Lovely peaceful condo with a spectacular view!
Everything was clean, well maintained and you can’t beat the view! We saw dolphins, manatees and a stingray from the balcony! The area was quiet but with plenty of restaurants and things to do a short drive away. The little beach was perfect for our 5 year old as we could let him run free with no worries and no crowds to battle. This was the perfect location for the relaxation we were looking for!

Great location, Beautiful view
Our flight got cancelled, so arrived much later than expected, but all the details provided to us prior to our arrival got us into our unit with no problems at all. The view from the screened in balcony was gorgeous, and the grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. Lots of traffic in the area, however we found it easy to get to our excursions like kayaking, fishing, and a sunset cruise with dolphins! We would stay here again!

Fall Get-a-way
We traveled to Fort Myers for the wedding of a friend’s son and decided to go down several days early for a fall get-a-way. This property is only a short drive into Fort Meyers. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we might need during our stay. The condo is very tastefully decorated and the view overlooking the bay toward Sanibel is fabulous. We will certainly plan to stay here again on our next trip to the Fort Meyers area.

The location was excellent for us. Went to a few restaurants. The lighthouse restaurant around the corner was awesome! Pool and room were great. The beds were a bit firm for us but overall great stay. The view from room was spectacular! We would definitely return!

Perfect for us!
This unit was clean and very nice for someone needing two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. In our case it was two adults on a golf trip. Awesome view and easy access to dining next door at the Marriot.

Baseball Tournament/Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The sunsets were breath taking and the property was conveniently located to everything. The only thing that could have made our stay any better was less rain, but that is all part of FL. Would definitely stay here again.

Getaway with friends
The confo was actually better than advertised. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed and more. We even left some things like beach chairs, umbrella and more. It is really more like two master suites as the 2nd bedroom closes off to give great privacy. The lanai was large and the views were incredible. We saw tons of wildlife like dolphins, manatees, and even a shark. We were also entertained by the pelicans. If you like off the beaten path with a quiet setting, this is the place for you. We drove to Captiva one day and Ft Myers beach another and both were easy to get to. I would have like a little more within walking distance but have no complaints about the grounds at all. This was a very nice condo that was very large and better than advertised. I would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent Condo with Great View
We loved everything about this place and its location. Bay views from the 10th-floor balcony were amazing and breathtaking. It was my go-to place to sit, meditate, and drink my coffee in the morning and my wine in the evening. The condo was well equipped with supplies and super clean. The following are some improvements that may help future visitors. 1. Write in your description that to enjoy Sanibel it costs $6 every time you want to visit. This was a bit of a surprise to us although we knew there would be a bridge; we just didn't know ahead of time the cost. SO if you want to BE in Sanibel frequently (which we did), be ready to pay the toll each time you go back into the island. 2. Unfortunately the beds and the sofa bed are not comfortable if you're like me who likes a firmer feel when sleeping. Mattresses could really use an upgrade. Overall, we made the best of the trip and loved every minute of it. Thank you, Lori and Property Management.

A Walk Down Memory Lane
My daughter and I had a wonderful trip staying in the Bay Tower on the tenth floor. The view was gorgeous and our stay was nice and relaxing. My grandmother owned one of the condos on the eighth floor right when they were built. I have so many great memories of staying with her and it was fun to introduce my daughter to some of the favorite restaurants we’d go to when I was visiting way back when!

Beautiful scene from balcony with a "cruise" type feeling!
Everything was just as it was advertised! It was clean, quiet, and roomy! The property surrounding the condo was lush and reminded us of being on a tropical island. We used the pool every day because it was so peaceful listening to the water wash up against the shore that was only 20 feet away from where we lay. It was a very restful vacation, just what the doctor ordered, lol! We will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. =D

Very nice condo with great views over-looking Sanibel Harbour. Condo was updated, well-equipped, and spotless when we arrived. There is a private beach and attractive pool with jacuzzi on-site. Condo building is located adjacent to Marriott Hotel so easy access to the hotel's restaurants and other facilities. Very relaxing area away from hustle and bustle.

A great spot... clean, looks exactly as it did on line. Keep an eye on the last minute and discount pricing. We booked and then found pricing on-line for 1/2 of what we paid.
