Had a few issues, management did good job resolving. 2 nd floor left corner on right side blocked by trees. The rest of the view was great. Recommend third floor or above. Would have preferred a separate table vs an extended counter seating. Found the dining chairs uncomfortable. No venting in second bathroom. Chairs in bedrooms would are recommended. Beds are high and using the to sit on to get dressed was awkward. Still all and all a good stay.

Loved the layout of the condo

Some things that should be pointed out. Ice maker did not dispense. No hot water in shower. Master sink does not drain. Very cheap bed sheets and very cheap pillows. Other than that nice location. Also possible bugs from somewhere we stayed in just the condo and had bites all over arms and legs.

Beautiful quiet and relaxing. Spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the boats go by and the on shore breezes. Perfect place to retreat from life for a few nights.

We really enjoyed our stay and the luxury unit. Great view, pool and very quiet. Would add some BBQ tools for outdoor grill. Thanks

The condo was perfectly located between Fort Myers and Sanibel which gave us a lot of options for beaches, walks, golf, dinners etc. The pool and beach areas were lovely and well maintained. We met our hosts and they were very nice and accommodating. They even gave us a thoughtful welcome gift. Thank you! We’ll definitely be back again.

We enjoyed our stay. Well stocked kitchen although a little unusual design. Manager and resort management were both easy to work with. Close to Sanibel, Cape Coral and Ft. Myers.

Interestingly decorated. Loved the screened porch. Dishwasher had issues, we had to unplug it or flip the breaker to make it start. Kitchen was well equipped but storage was not how I would have done it.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo, right on the water. It was at the foot of the bridge that crosses to Sanabel, so great location also.

This 2 bed 2 bath ocean front end unit condo was a perfect fit for our family of 3. Great location, right before the Sanibel Island bridge, convenient to the beautiful shelling beaches of Sanibel. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and quiet, has a large screened in lanai with beautiful sunset views. Check in was easy, were contacted by both the unit owner and rental agency before our stay to ensure everything was ready for our arrival.

Property was great. It was pretty windy.

We stayed at the condo for a long weekend. There were 4 adults and we all had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great! We loved the unique kitchen island and had plenty of seating to watch movies at night. The best part however, was the view. Loved the corner deck with the great view of the water and sunsets. We spent a couple days on beach chairs at the beach as well. Very happy with our stay.

Great space for family of 4. Kitchen well outfitted for cooking. The Bosch washer and dryer were super quiet and useful.

Next for a family , or more the 4 people . Only the 4 bar stools - can’t play cards or even have breakfast together . Livjorm. Furniture 6 can’t set in room together. Dryer not with using . Loud and has to run all day . ( but if you want clean towels you have too . ) . Beach not really a beach . And pool closed at dusk ( maybe could use till 7 ) so forget about going in hot tub , never go to this location !

We were so excited for this vacation. Check in process was easy, view was definitely great and the apartment on first look seemed like it would be great. Unfortunately, for our family it wasn't a fit and we won't be back. One of the things we were really looking forward to was using the hot tub in the evenings and mornings (we tend to spend the days at the beach or adventuring) it was closed during those times! There were tiny bugs all over the condo so we had to be vigilant about keeping even a cracker on a plate put away if you weren't actively eating.. There were no and I mean NO condiments etc available which for us was new. We have used many VRBO properties and always had some assortment of things that were available for use. It was even to the point there was only ONE trash bag. Don't try to dry things it's an all day process and the dishwasher does not clean. Master Bedroom was hot to sleep in and we thought no problem there are two fans in the closet, neither work! As far as management communication, they did respond but they were snotty and not kind. Kind of threw a fit about me talking to them about the bugs and asking for trashbags. She sent someone to leave some who lied and said there were already bags there. Nope, there weren't and you arguing with me instead of just offering bags kindly made quite the difference with our feeling of being at home there. In all, I would say yes the view is great, the beach is very short so don't plan on walking the beach and don't plan on using the hotel next door for exercise we tried that multiple days and they were never available. If you don't want to cook a lot and don't want access to hot tub in the mornings and evenings it was fine.

The view is stunning. Perfect weather made it possible for us to open the windows and listen to the waves all day. We had a short but memorable visit. We all agreed we would choose it again.

We enjoyed our few days at Punta Rassa. The kitchen was perfectly stocked to enjoy some meals in the condo. We enjoyed the balcony and watching all of the watercraft move through the area. Nicely decorated and great place to relax.

We loved the views and the condo and would have liked to stay even longer.

Nice property, needs a little work. Sliding doors have gaps to the no-see-um world and en suite bathroom doors leave a lot to be desired. Beautiful location.

Beautiful unit, very nicely decorated with upscale items. The view from the wrap-around deck was incredible. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.

The renting process was very easy as was the check in. This is a beautiful condo. It was clean, quiet, very well stocked and we loved the location. It's location is perfect for Sanibel and Captiva access as well as the convenience of Fort Meyers. We will definitely visit again!

My husband and I, with another couple, enjoyed our vacation stay here! We wanted to visit Sanibel, and the location is perfect to jump on the bridge and you are there! The city of Fort Myers was easy to navigate and we were very glad to have a rental car to enjoy several beaches. The condo is so pretty, clean and has great amenities. We loved going to the pool after the beach. We also appreciated the screened in patio with awesome views of the water and enjoyed watching the boats! The condo hosts had great recommendations for dining and fishing trips. Would stay again for sure!

Rental process and accommodations were awesome. Ample space for the three of us - can easily house more. The balcony was our selling point on this condo and it did not disappoint. Perfect for both some work and vacation reading!

The Gulf views from the wraparound balcony are gorgeous, and the condo itself is creatively decorated with beachy items. Very clean and well-kept. Kitchen convenient and well stocked, but bring your own small amenities (coffee, sugar, etc.) Easy access to Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva. Small, clean beach area, walking trail, and pool on the premises. Outdoor landscape attractive and well-maintained.

The condo and amenities exceeded our expectations. Perfect place for two couples to have their own space and hang together. The secluded beach, surrounding area, and pool made it that much better, not to mention super easy access to Sanibel Island. We decided night one this will be an annual trip. Thank you, Lori!

My fiancé, sister and nephew enjoyed five days in this lovely condo, which provides very easy access to Sanibel Island. It is just across the bridge. The condo is in a building that is part of the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort complex, although we did not have access to the hotel amenities. The view from the screened in porch across the bay is lovely, and it was a joy to sit there in the mornings and evenings with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset. It was Memorial Day weekend, so there was a lot of boating activity. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The large kitchen counter provided a great spot to play cards! Beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. They also provided beach towels, which was a nice added touch. The condo has its own pool, also clean but rather crowded with other guests. There are only one or two tiki umbrellas at the pool, so finding shade was impossible. The condo had beach chairs (the very low-slung kind - hard to get in and out of), but we also rented a 10x10 canopy from a company on Sanibel Island to take to the beach. Parking is limited at the public beaches on Sanibel and Captiva, so we got up very early one morning to head up to Captiva where we knew there were only about 20 parking spots. A great decision, since we had a shaded spot on the beach and the lot filled up by 11 am. All in all, a great location for exploring the area and the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. And an easy drive down to Naples, which we did one day to enjoy lunch at the Ritz Carlton - excellent!

The condo is beautifully decorated with the most amazing views. Even though you are in a building, it gives the feeling of complete privacy.
