Cette maison, située sur Easton's Point, est à quelques minutes à pied de Second Beach (avec surf), à 1,6 km de First / Easton's Beach et à 1,5 km de Sachuest National Wildlife Refuge, Norman Bird Sanctuary et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. À quelques minutes en voiture de restaurants raffinés et de boutiques dans le centre-ville historique de Newport, cette maison est un endroit idéal pour profiter du rivage tout en offrant un endroit isolé et vaste pour se reposer et jouer. Des rénovations récentes ont été effectuées dans la chambre principale et la salle de bain principale, la salle de bain à l'étage et la douche extérieure. Il y a des unités de climatisation dans chaque chambre (mais pas dans les parties communes). De plus, il y a des ventilateurs de plafond au deuxième étage et des ventilateurs de fenêtre au premier étage.

A perfect home base for our family in the Newport area! We loved the proximity second beach, and the huge yard was perfect for our toddler to run around.

Beautiful home and amazing location close to Second Beach and downtown Newport! We had an extended family of 10 including parents, grandparents, teens and toddlers and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of beach gear including towels, chairs,and even kayaks! Huge and very private backyard with lots of space for kids to play and beautiful deck for adults to relax! Pamela was a great host and very responsive to all questions. Would highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was so perfect for our two young kids (baby and toddler) with an awesome yard to play in, plus so close to Second Beach. Had fun doing beach mornings, and spending the afternoons watching the boats in Newport. 5 Star accommodations and memories!

My wife and some family stayed at this property over the course of a five day trip to Newport for our sons wedding. The grounds and the property itself were perfect for what we needed. The home blended character and charm with a peaceful quiet setting and privacy. Pam was extremely communicative and easy to work with. Family get together for a local wedding in Newport. On arrival, the home was welcoming and spacious. This house is in a great location. We walked to the beach every day! Local take outs and stores made it just perfect.

The house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The property was beautiful and tranquil. Perfect for our first family vacay with our 6 month old daughter.

This is the third time we have stayed and we would definitely be back again. The property itself remains outstanding and we can see the care, updates and upgrades (new TV, solar panels, etc.) made to the home over the years we have been coming. However, what makes this property truly exceptional is Pamela, whose welcoming demeanor has made each visit feel like we are coming back home. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Middletown/Newport RI! The weather was beautiful for the last week in October. We were there for my son’s wedding and this property was perfect for our family and dogs. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive to my many questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We even had visits from 2 turkeys! Second beach was so peaceful and found tons of unique shells. Purgatory Chasm was so cool to see! Would definitely rent again!

The house and the property were beautiful. The host was phenomenal. She is a great communicator and very accommodating. We had a beautiful wedding celebration and this house played a huge role in the celebration.

We were in town for a family wedding in Newport and this was the perfect spot for those of us who traveled from out of state and locals who wanted to be closer to the venue. House is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, beautiful outdoor space, quiet location. There are some good eating spots nearby if you don’t want to go into the main area of Newport. Property manager was friendly, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This is our fourth (or fifth?) stay at this lovely home with a great yard and easy access to the beach and to Newport and all it has to offer. You can fill the bedrooms with lots of visiting family and eat every meal out on the deck. We recommend bringing your bicycle to explore Aquidneck Island.

Booking was very easy. The host provided all details very early in the process. Cleaning was the done the day before check in so the host allowed us the option of checking in any time which felt like a gracious touch. The bedrooms were comfortable and had all the necessary accessories- towels, extra sheets, etc. The home was very comfortable and homey and yet also elegant. My family and my enjoyed our stay quite a bit and plan to return to this property.

We had a great little vacation in Newport and this house was a big reason. Lots of space accommodating my adult children and up to my mother in law. Great layout and property. Fun night with the fire pit one night, games out on the deck, and some good meals along the way. Very clean. Had everything you’d need. We enjoyed our first stay so much we brought our family back again to stay again! As before, a wonderful family home. Fully stocked with amenities and entertainment so all you have to do is unpack! Pamela was proactive in communications leading up to our visit to ensure everything went smoothly.
Having visited previously in the spring, this visit was for December. We thoroughly enjoyed Newport in the winter. Less crowded. Mansions decorated for the holidays and quiet walks on the beach and nearby wildlife sanctuary.
On top of this, the home was great for a family celebration. We prepared and hosted holiday dinner, games and movies in the evening, all with a central location to 2nd beach, and downtown Newport!

We stayed for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect for our family. Pamela was very responsive and helpful and made sure we would have a nice weekend. We were close to both downtown Newport as well as the beaches. Our kids loved watching the surfers at the beach and we were close to the start of the Cliff Walk. The house was very clean and spacious and the kids loved playing in the yard. We are looking to book another stay for next summer!

This is the ideal spot from which to stage a Newport visit. Easton’s Point had everything covered for our family of four, from spacious bedrooms to a well-appointed kitchen to a wonderful yard, outdoor shower and patio space for indoor and outdoor relaxation. Perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood in Middletown, you’ll be a three-minute drive or ten-minute walk to Second Beach, a ten-minute drive to anywhere in Newport, and only 15-20 minutes to the furthest reaches of Brenton Point and Castle Hill Inn. Pam is the consummate host, attend and responsive to any and all needs. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend the property highly enough!

We had never vacationed in this area before. Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time at the house, touring Newport and the surroundings. The house was immaculate and well furnished, offering a fantastic deck, outdoor dining table, large and generous back yard, and fire pit. We all had fun playing croquet and baseball during the day and gathering for dinner there later. The nearby beach was beautiful and beach towels and chairs were provided. We hope to return to this ocean paradise soon!

Another wonderful stay with lots of room for family visiting. We especially appreciate the yard which had a hammock and lots of space for games. With the heat this year, we also ate outside on the deck every evening which was delightful. Our days were spent at Sachuest Beach nearby and also walking at Sachuest Point and the Norman Bird Sanctuary. We will be back next year!

This was our 3rd year renting this home and once again it was a great vacation with all the comforts of home! The house is close to two beaches and 10 minutes to downtown Newport. Would love to come back again next summer if a cancellation opens up.

Wonderful Stay
This was our second visit to Easton’s Point and we plan to return again in the future. The property is located in a lovely/quiet neighborhood where we would take walks in the morning before heading to the beach. We particularly loved the expansive, nicely manicured outdoor areas (including a very large yard, multiple decks, hammock, tree swing, fire pit and grill areas) where our children spent hours playing while the adults relaxed on the deck. Indoors, the home had plenty of space for our family and the property was very clean and well maintained. Smooth check-in/check-out experience as well. All in all this is was wonderful vacation experience.
