The house and rooms were very charming. We enjoyed the period decor. The location was great, and breakfast was good!

We were in the top of the house in rooms 11 & 12. A luggage rack or two that could store in the closet would be helpful. We got used to the uneven flooring, but would choose a different room in the future.

Pics on web show th Belview mansion we went in the door and a notice told us check in down the street in a store. Booked in and to our dismay it was not the Belview house the room was in a separate building and the room was up 3 flights of stairs of which we had to carry our bags up. People beware make sure before you book that you will be in the real Belview house

Great location. Plenty of parking.

The bed was crooked and smelled moldy, housecleaning only did a couple of things. For example one day the bed wasn’t made, other day the towels were not folded back, shampoo and shower gel were watered down.

Improve housekeeping, update the bed.

Breakfast was pretty good. The staff member making breakfast was very pleasant and friendly. The shower looked newer and was a good size. We appreciated the bottles of water that were in the room, that was a nice gesture. The bed comfort was decent. We liked that there was a fridge in the room. The room had a working window A/C. Free parking on-site that was close to the Inn/House.

The Inn is older which we knew but the cleanliness could be a bit improved. There was a used napkin in-between the nightstand/side table near bed and the heater baseboard. The baseboards didn't look like they were wiped down or dusted in a while. The floor could have been swept a little better between walls and beds. When booking, we didn't see any mention that the room was a pet friendly room. We would not have selected a pet friendly room. Only noticed that it was a pet friendly room when I called and requested a copy of the receipt be emailed to me.

The front desk hostess were wonderful; Patricia and Kim.

My room was located on the main street, was very noisy, made it hard to sleep. I'm glad I had earplugs with me.

Great location, and the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All time coffee and tea were available, the breakfast had a good variety.

The bed was really worn out, needs to be replaced . The Caribbean breakfast lady was extremely rude and mean. Food was not ready and was lukewarm.

Breakfast was awesome!! Backyard patio was private. We stayed first level Bellevue inn— disappointed that each time entered or exited room — we were first level— air conditioning unit from second level window was dripping water on us—. Room was clean— but very small— only stayed one night so we made the best of the room space. Shower spray was strong— and bathroom was updated. The properties have lots of character— and easy walk to downtown 😀

This is a hotel, not a B&B. You do not get the specific human contact of a B&B: you get a room key, you go to the breakfast room in the morning, this is it. Therefore it works like a the hotel it is part of, not like a B&B. The carpet and chairs had many stains. Carpet should be replaced. Wifi was difficult to connect in many locations. When customers leave dirty plates, staff leave them for a whole day.

the toilet kept running , i had to fix it many times myself !! the tub wouldn't drain and i had to fix the tub myself to !!!!

The deli attached look great, we didn't eat there though. The location is fantastic, a quick walk to the center of town.

The rooms were small, which makes sense for an older building, but the beds were con-caved, the pillows were flat. It seemed like the bare minimum for quality. Newport attracts the clientele, not this hotel.

The room was better than I expected. Plenty of room. It was very cute and the decor was what I expected for a bed & breakfast. There’s also free parking. The breakfast was also good. The location was perfect.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no shower gel in the shower.

This place exceeded my expectations. Rooms were rustic so if fancy sleek rooms are you thing this may not be for you but the old rustic, colonial vibe with modern finishes really made for a beautiful room. Staff were amazing. Never experienced such friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and was very good with lots of options. It also has a very nice coffee shop out front with has great coffees and food options. I would highly recommend as it also only a 5 minute walk to Thames

Slightly more maintenance on the rooms. Loved the colonial style so really no complaints from me.

Bellevue House was clean, comfortable and convenient to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

We have stayed with the Inns on Bellevue many times over the past several years. The staff, the quaint decor, charm, location, and breakfast keep us coming back.

My only critique was the lack of hot water. Yes, the shower was warm, but the temperature could have been much hotter for my preference. My husband did not mind at all.
