It was nice and clean and exactly as described in add,very roomy, excellent location ,the host was amazing ,it was very easy to communicate ,answered any time,right a way ,day and night. Everything we asked was done . Highly recommend

Thank you Rita!! Our stay here for labor day weekend was great. The apartment is very modern, clean and spacious. The view is beautiful, overlooking the city as well as the beach. Rita is very hospitable and provided good service as well as communication. We recommend it 100%.

Beautiful resort 2 bedroom, with beach and bay views, clean, comfortable, 2nd room very private, kitchen, washer, dryer. 20 minutes from Miami, however no need to rent a vehicle. Publix, CVS, Navarro grocery stores within walking distance. Rita was an excellent host. Would go back and recommend. On the beach. Dr. Lilly

The property had a perfect beach front property and wrap around balcony’s, with valet parking!

My husband and I stayed at Marenas with our 2 and 6 year olds in February. Ritta was always responsive to our questions and accommodating to us when we arrived 2 hours early to check in and the room was ready. We really appreciated that with two children in tow. The room was clean. The kitchen had all we needed to cook when we wanted. Everything worked ok with exception of the hot water. My husband assumes they have an in-line water heater as the water goes from cold to warm and never gets and stays hot. If you appreciate hot showers, you may not like this. We were surprised with our view when we got to our room. It was not oceanfront and more of a side view of a building site and front street view with loud traffic. Our bad for not clarifying before booking. We assumed it was oceanfront because the listing states “oceanfront building”. Just be aware of your view before you book. We would have happily paid more to have an oceanfront view, those units looked amazing. Resort Pros: the food at the on-site restaurant is good and high quality with fast room service. The staff is all very friendly. Our 2bed/3 bath room had a nice setup for a family, kitchen is nice to have if you enjoy cooking. Towel service is nice. The ocean is beautiful and clear. Resort Cons: the pool is WAY too small for this size of resort and after 1:00 pm the sun is totally blocked from the beach/pool area due to the hotel towers. If you want to enjoy the warmth of the sun in the afternoon, you have to move to the beach area next door where the construction site is and no tall building yet.

Just want to share my wonderful opinion I’m about this condo in Sunny Islas. Perfect spot, on the beach, clean, close to shopping, ocean view !!! All in ONE! Strongly recommend it!

Well located property.

We were so pleased the entire stay ! We are a big family and including little children, the manager of the property welcomed us like no other . The location is just perfect , the view and accessibility as well . Just thank you Mrs Rita !

The condo is very nice and spacious. It was clean and well appointed. The city and ocean views were lovely. We enjoyed our time at the condo. Ritta was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Our family had a fantastic say at this resort. The room was clean the furniture was comfortable and all of our expectations were met. Access to the beach is instantaneous. And the staff, bartenders, and chefs were excellent. There is easy grocery shopping nearby. And even though Sunny Isles is off the beaten path from the main part of Miami access was very easy and quick.

I absolutely loved the condo it was big and spacious. Both of the balconies were extra big also with great views! I would definitely book here again.

This property is just as advertised. We found it to be perfectly priced for the ammenties. Not too much negative to say. We really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely recommend to any family and friends

The host responds quickly, and is nice. The unit was not clean to my standards, and there are some damages there that are small that should be fixed. There are additional fees associated with the stay that we were hit with at check in that we were not made aware of during booking. We paid $1700+ to book and then we’re hit with $142 in added fees when we arrived. Also there is construction on the property that is loud, and we should have been made aware of that as well. Overall the place was just average and was not worth the money we spent.
