Lovely townhome: Ski to Lift, Walk to Town, Private Hot tub, Sleeps 8!
Nous sommes ravis de partager notre Townhome à River Run! Niché sur Wood River Drive à côté de la piste cyclable, c'est l'un des endroits les plus exceptionnels à Ketchum. En trois minutes en descendant un sentier isolé, vous pouvez pêcher à la mouche. Encore quelques minutes et vous êtes au pont en face du Lodge River Run ... où vous pouvez skier, faire de la randonnée sur le sentier Bald Mountain, écouter un groupe ou prendre un verre. Quand il y a de la neige, c'est aussi proche des pistes de ski que possible!
Cette townhome a trois niveaux: le rez-de-chaussée a une pièce de couchette qui dort quatre, une salle de bains complète, et un garage; le premier étage a un salon (avec un confortable canapé-lit), une salle à manger, une cuisine bien équipée; et le deuxième étage a deux chambres à coucher king et deux salles de bains principales. Les meubles de salon flambant neufs ornent un salon ensoleillé, et vous pouvez vous détendre sur le pont avec une tasse de café ou un microbrew. Belle, vue sur les montagnes face à vous font de cet endroit merveilleux, et vous pouvez voir la télécabine de la chambre à coucher ouest. Si vous avez des enfants, il y a deux poubelles de jouets, des livres pour enfants, un sac à dos et un vélo. La Xbox 360 est également disponible sur un grand téléviseur à écran plat.
Si vous voulez dîner dehors, il suffit de marcher 10 minutes environ sur la piste cyclable et vous êtes dans certains des meilleurs restaurants de l'Idaho. The weather was great and the location is great. Walk to ski and to town. Plenty of room and it was neat and clean.

We loved this property and would absolutely stay here again. Best of both worlds - easy walk to town and the mountain. The house had everything we want for a ski vacation.

Very comfortable accommodation for our group of six. Quick communication with the hosts, and simple check in/out. Well-stocked kitchen. Spacious dining area for six+ adults.
A couple very minor quibbles: 1) unless you pole quite a bit, it’s not really ski in/out. 2) the toilet paper holder in the second upstairs bathroom is so awkwardly located it’s essentially unusable.
Again, very minor. If we are in the area again, we will look for this property!

Amazing location (walked to base in our ski boots), great layout, super clean. Excellent communication regarding check-in and checkout. Hot tub on site was perfect after long day on the slopes. Could have walked into Ketchum if legs weren’t so tired from skiing. 10/10!

Wonderful stay. Great location with close proximity to the mountain and town. Great layout, well equipped. Property manger was totally responsive to a couple of questions.

This is a perfect location to stay if you plan on skiing, it’s a five minute walk from the chair lift. Perfect for when you get cold or need to take a break. The home was very clean and well organized. Loved that it had two master bedrooms upstairs and the kids got to enjoy the downstairs. The private hot tub was a favorite for when we got back from skiing.
We hope to be able to come back again when there is more snow.

We really enjoyed this condo during our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We could easily walk to River Run and get on the walking trail. There was plenty of room for our party of six. The kids loved the bunk room. The property was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I’d highly recommend this condo. Thanks again

Nice place to stay, waking distance to town. Kitchen was adequate. The roof was being fixed the whole time we were there so we couldn’t really use the deck or sleep past 7am. Workers were very nice and respectful but really would have appreciated knowing this was going to be happening. Otherwise a great vacation stay

Property as advertised. Plenty of room for our family providing space for all. Close to town and bike path which we enjoyed. Great location for further activities such as day trips to Stanley for hiking and Craters of the Moon National Monument. Hot tub came in handy after several long hike, a 40 minute soak saved my body!

Very clean. Well supplied and stocked. Heated garage. This was a great home for our group of 7. The owners were easy to contact when I had several questions and just wanted us to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. I would definitely stay here again. If you are visiting in prime season definitely make restaurant reservations!

Good condo with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub.
The location is perfect, very short walk to the lifts. The free bus stops right out front, but we really enjoyed the beautiful walk along the river. It is only a few blocks to downtown too.

This is one of those reviews that I hate to write… Only because then people will find out about this great place. The set up of the house was ideal for two families. It was quiet and private yet when we wanted to be together, it had a great living area. You could walk ski to River run lodge, which was amazing… The area around the Jacuzzi was a bit slippery, and the Jacuzzi needed to be cleaned while we were there, but the hosts took good care of us. Hope to be back

This is really nice property in an ideal location for River Run access to Bald Mountain. House is perfect for two couples and some kids ages 6 - 10. If you like to cook, not so great as the kitchen is poorly supplied with cooking equipment (old and broken). But if you order in and go out, shouldn't be an issue.

Great Location
The property is very well equipped and well maintained. It’s located in walking distance of River Run lodge and a few minutes away from downtown. You can walk to everything. Host team is great!

GREAT location close to River Run. We loved the clean house, easy check-in process, proximity to town and River Run lodge, and easy (free) shuttle stop right across the street. The hot tub was perfect after hitting the slopes. Would definitely stay here again.

Ketchum Fishing
My husband and brother-in-law were fishing a few rivers in the area. This means lots of equipment. This house easily accommodated their equipment as well as our travel stuff. The kitchen was well equipped and we made breakfast and a couple of dinners. This house is very close to town and Bald Mountain gondolas. It was great!!

Great Location
We had a fabulous time. Walking distance to the grocery store and restraunts. It was nice being so close to the bike path that takes you all over the valley also. The house worked great for 2 families and the kids loved the bunk room!

One thing to note, this condo has a lot of stairs. This is clear from the description, but became clearer to us after long days of hiking and mountain biking. The main living level is up one flight of stairs, and the master bedrooms are up another, and there are bathrooms only on the 1st and 3rd floors. Also the wifi connectivity was terrible. If you're hoping to work remotely from this location you'll have trouble.

This is a wonderful property. It was very clean and had lots of extras that we enjoyed (bikes, a garage to store our fishing stuff in, shaded patio, grill, Xbox, etc.)
We also enjoyed the short 5 minute walk to River Run lodge area. The property team was also very helpful. Highly recommend.
