We had a great stay - 4 adults and 2 kids (6&4yo). Close to town, clean place, great backyard. The community pool was "meh", but otherwise we loved our stay! Also, it would be nice to have larger house numbers on the front of the rentals - it's an entire street of matching houses, so it was hard to remember which driveway was ours.

Been staying on Williams Way for years. This property was perfect for our all adult group. Great location for mountain bike adventures with easy walking access to town. Great communication from management. No-fuss checkout procedures. Well equipped and maintained.

The property is a nice duplex with an open floor plan, located in the heart of downtown Moab. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It is a great place to hang out between adventures. The garage was big enough to fit two Jeep's with 4.5" lifts on 40s! We would absolutely stay here again.

The title is a quote from my mother. There were 7 of us total and we all wish we could have stayed longer in Moab, and would book this home again and again. Everything was in great condition, clean and accessible. I was most pleasantly surprised by the amount of "starter" items available when we arrived. From shampoo, conditioner, soaps, laundry and dish detergents, we didn't need to purchase everything for our 2 day stay. Close to town and Arches. It was too hot to be outside, so we didn't use the fire pit, but it was very inviting as well. I would highly recommend this home.

We loved this place! It was spacious enough for our family of 6 to enjoying spending time together. Its location was great! It wasnt in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Moab but close enough to get to all the shops and places to eat on Main Street within a few minutes.

The property is in a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shops. It was big enough for my wife, son and inlaws and we all had plenty of space. It is an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands which was the purpose of our trip. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Came down for the half marathon and 5 mile race. Big family and kids. We absolutely loved everything about this property. Well stocked, clean, cute outdoor fire pit, and close to downtown and a great river walk and pathway. I am a VRBO host myself and am particular about the places we stay. This property is tops, and will request again.

We had a great time staying at this property. There were plenty of supplies for our week stay, except the TP part!
We had to extend our stay by 1 night due to weather issues, luckily it was available.

Everything started out great. Then little by little things deteriorated. I requested to change our dates by one day for both the arrival and departure. I was given the green light and told that it would work. At which point I relaxed and didn’t worry about it because all problems were solved. Then things got weird. I never received an updated check in email or notification that anything had changed either way. I did receive my original email for the original check in dates and I assumed because it was close to a holiday that the property manager was overwhelmed and forgot to update my stay dates. But I never got a phone call or an email that the property manager had made a mistake and in fact they couldn’t accommodate my change requests. So I continued to assume things were fine. Then we got a visit from housekeeping on the day of our original checkout date and I told housekeeping I have communication that we’ve been approved to stay. She smiled and said no problem and left. Then 3 hours later as we were entering Arches National Park I started getting frustrated phone calls from the property manager wondering why I was still in the unit. Keep in mind it was a holiday weekend with a lot of family, dogs, and 100’s of dollars of food in the fridge. They told me they were going to have housekeeping go in and start moving all of our stuff to the garage and that we needed to stop our vacation and send someone to let housekeeping in within 30 minutes. Which was not possible as we were too far away. So I specifically said I did not consent housekeeping to start moving our day after thanksgiving mess, dogs, and 100’s of dollars of food into the garage. After over half of our party forfeited the hike to high tail it back to the condo and move our things out they were verbally attacked by the housekeeping staff who entered the unit without consent. Long story short I’m supposed to be grateful they uprooted us, split our party into two different units (which caused all other kinds of problems) and gave us a place to stay that ruined the rest of our vacation. I will not be booking with them again. I’m extremely disappointed that we were treated so rudely and there was no accountability from the property manager regarding the initial issues of the date change and lack of communication or the rudeness of the housekeeping staff.

This rental was perfect for us 4 adults and two dogs, especially with the enclosed yard. The location is close to town, parks and hiking and very quiet. We had a great week!

You know how sometimes you see a living room photo that looks great but when you arrive it's actually tiny? This place has tons of room. It was super clean even though it allows dogs, and is an easy walk to the food truck park and several great restaurants. We would stay here again if we came back to Moab.

We have stayed on this street before and love the location. Walking to everything downtown, fenced in backyard for our pups. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The duplex is located right across the street from the hospital. Checkin and out was easy and the ability to park in a garage was nice. The place itself was fine. The master bed was not clean- did not smell clean and had quite a bit of hair in the sheets. There were spare sheets in the closet and those seemed clean. The backyard fire pit area was something we were looking forward to and we enjoyed a nice evening with the fire. There were quite a few spider nests in the chairs, but we were able to remove them. After the bed and the spiders, I then began to notice the dust in the fans and vents. The master bedroom was very dusty. All nit-picky at this point but kind of grossed me out. Overall, it was fine but I am not sure I would choose this place to stay at again.

Perfect location
We stayed at this property for a gathering of friends who hadn't been on a trip together for 15 years. The location was perfect for walking to the shops, bars, ice cream, donuts. Close to the grocery store for a quick run for food or supplies. Yard area was smaller than expected and the fence around the house blocked a beautiful view. We didn't spend much time at the house overall because we were out hiking or driving to see sites. Drivable distance to all national parks. Bring a white noise machine for sleep, sounds carry easily throughout the house.

Basically this is an excellent rental. However, many light bulbs were burnt out. Also, the blanket on the master bedroom was not very adequate so we took the one off the back of the sofa. Quite adequate, but quite dirty. We had to wash it before we could use it.

Took 10 clients up and stayed at 3 different TH on Williams way. This one was very nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Only issue was we had a different entry code but a quick call fix that. Otherwise a really nice place

This is a very nice property with many amenities. We had a brief glitch with the entrance code at check-in, but this was quickly resolved by a call to the property manager. The kitchen is a real bonus - especially helpful for us as we were preparing for a canoe trip on the Green. Thanks so much. We'd definitely rent again.

House was a great fit for our family. It was very clean with plenty of space. Our only regret was that we were so busy in Moab that we didn’t get to use the ping pong table or outdoor spaces.

Really enjoyed this house
This house is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It is spacious and every detail has been considered. It was very clean. We didn't want to leave after 4 nights and could have enjoyed Moab and this house for our entire vacation.
