Great location, the condo is well equipped, maintained and nicely decorated. The building itself is dated but there are plans for a total renovation. You are at the center of Lionshead nad can easily walk to Vail village or take the free intown bus (4 minutes) that is only steps away from the entrance.

Can’t beat the proximity to the lifts and the panoramic view. There are things we wished were different, like firmer mattresses, wider bench for the dining table, a soap dish for the master. But, the kitchen was the best outfitted vrbo I’ve had and the kitchen and the bathrooms have been updated which was nice. We also appreciated the fireplace heater thing in the main room. We would choose this property again, no hesitation.

The condo was perfect for our family. It's located right next to Gondola 1, hiking trails, restaurants, bike rentals and the bus stop. The condo was in an older building but the condo itself was updated and beautiful. Thank you.

This condo is great - spacious and feels homey. Everything is organized and stocked with nice things. The parking is super convenient (although difficult to find the building in the dark), especially the gate. The owner provides detailed instructions but the map is probably the most helpful for finding the parking. Our only issue was that the master bedroom bed is really high and shorter people and kids may struggle to get in.

The location can't be beat. Walk less than a football field to grocery store. Gondola right outside the parking lot! Epic.

Overall, very clean, quiet and convenient to ski lifts. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance gate at night. I suggest describing the gate location as being accessible from the bus stop loop.

Best location period
This location at the foot of the gondola in Lionshead made it extremely convenient to get to the slopes with minimal walking in ski boots and hassle free of getting on bus. The location also made it easy to hop on the in-line bus to vail village to explore that area for entertainment dining and shopping. The location also aided in pickup of rides at welcome center for transportation to from airport as well as other excursions.
The checkin process was super easy with reminder emails providing detailed info. The views were wonderful, the beds comfortable and plenty of cookware to handle all of our cooking needs .
Would definitely return to this same rental in my return visit to Vail.

The only thing I could say to improve the location would be to provide nonstick pans so that you don't need to spend too much of your vacation scrubbing pans clean and are able to actually make overeasy eggs. Also, if planning to fill a hydration pack, expect the water to turn hot coming out of the fridge even if it says room temperature. Even with these two issues, I would definitely stay at this location again when visiting Vail because of how great the location and layout of the unit is. It is also steps to the bus stop that takes you into Vail Village for more options to restaurants for dinner.

A terrific place in an unreal location! If you like Vail (and who doesn't) this is place is a can't miss. Great pool in a hidden spot, perfect for summer getaways.

Incredible location
This was the second time we stayed at the property. You cannot beat the location. The unit is well appointed and is very comfortable.

100% location
We had very high hopes for our stay and they were exceeded! We quickly discovered as we walked into the condo that we had scored one of the absolute best locations in all of Lionshead. The room was bright and comfortable and the views were amazing. At the end of the day we skied right up to the ski locker/condo. In the evening all the restaurant/shop attractions of Lionshead were just steps away. We also rented amazing equipment at Double Diamond, which was located downstairs in our building. Simply the best!

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. Beds were clean and super comfortable. Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Only complaint is the tired furniture in the living room. Micro fiber couch shiny it's so worn and chair worn out. Also I was under the impression that this condo was across from the gondola. It's a bit of a walk.

Perfect Location! True ski-in ski-out!
The location was perfect! We were able to ski in for lunch without hassle then resume skiing without worrying about hauling equipment around. The unit was cozy and comfortable. We will stay here again!

Perfect location
We loved staying at this home. The only thing to complain about is that our door lock code was changed a few days into our stay. We were not notified this was going to happen and luckily my husband just happen to be coming back from the mountain and saw the man at the door changing it and was given the new code when he asked what the man was doing. Had he had not seen him, we would have been locked out.
The condo was perfect for our little family of three and the large windows gave us a beautiful view. Being near the bus stop was ideal as we had to ride over to Vail Village daily for skiing.
