Beautiful Mountain Home With Amazing Views
Vous allez adorer cette maison de montagne surplombant un petit lac avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne. Son aspect spacieux est à la fois rustique et moderne et il possède toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin. Accès facile depuis l'autoroute et sur les routes pavées.
Au niveau principal, il y a 3 chambres: 1 avec lit king, 2 avec lits queen. En bas, il y a 2 chambres, 1 avec un lit queen et 1 avec un lit double et 4 lits jumeaux (2 lits superposés). Aussi beaucoup d'espace pour les matelas pneumatiques et il y a un canapé-lit. Il y a aussi un pack-n-play dans le placard.
Bien que nous pensons qu'il y a suffisamment d'espace pour notre famille et notre famille élargie, nous recommandons un maximum de 10-12 personnes et que vous appeliez le propriétaire pour discuter de toutes les questions sur la taille des lits, la disposition des chambres, etc. avant de réserver.

We loved our stay here in Tabernash. It was a perfect location if you want a little less business. You are close enough to everything. A Safeway 5 minutes away and restaurants. Most places we were going was within a hour or 2 drive. My boys loved fishing in the pond and the basketball court. The pool table was a huge hit as well! We want to bring the extended family back next time. So much room. Thanks!

Place was absolutely amazing… pond right off the back patio.. beautiful view.. enough beds for all my kids and grandkids and brother and his kids… friendly neighbors (we forgot butter at grocery store and had to borrow some) fire pit and snores in the evenings… would highly recommend to anyone ❤️

Great stay overall, listing was true to its word. Downstairs guest bedroom bed was quite squeaky and the deck furniture was a bit dated, but we really enjoyed the space for our party of 8 + 2 goldies!

The location of this property was great. The pond in the back and views were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The size of the house was perfect for our large family. We had some cleanliness issues but they offered to send the cleaning company over to fix the issue. In the end it was all ok. The house could use a deep cleaning but it all worked out.

This gem in Tabernash was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas with our family. Close to Winter Park and tons of outdoor adventures.

Perfect location which is always tricky with young kids. It was close to the major towns we wanted to visit yet nestled in a small, quiet neighborhood. It has stunning views from the back porch. It’s on a fairly flat lot with safe and spacious spots for our kids to play and roam. We went on many walks with the stroller and there are nice paved neighborhood roads. There is also a great neighborhood playground, picnic area and beautiful little lake with a path all the way around. These were big bonuses for us with three young kids and a dog! The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen is well-stocked which is usually a compliant from me when traveling since we are a family of 7 and mostly cook all our meals and most VRBO’s don’t have enough cookware for large groups! The only thing that could have made this better is the outdoor areas. We wanted to eat all our meals outdoors but there were not enough chairs on the upper deck or downstairs patio. It is such a great backyard with a view but didn’t feel like we utilized it enough because there weren’t enough chairs and tables. The upstairs deck just had a small table and a few chairs. There was no table on the downstairs patio and only a few chairs. There’s a great fire pit and we cooked s’mores and hot dogs and such but had all the food spread out on the ground because there was no table. With some attention to the outdoors, the back of the house could be really amazing. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

The property is located in a nice neighborhood and was very spacious for a large group of 10. We had a few cleanliness issues that were resolved when we contacted the owner. Peter was very responsive, concerned and ensured we were okay for the rest of the trip. Other than that, we had a great time and had fun at the property. Would definitely stay again!

Tabernash Wedding
Nice and clean. Had everything we needed to have a compfy stay. More that enough room for 7 adults to gather. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend the place and the host made it so simple and problem free from check in to check out.

Great property for our family holiday gathering. We went tubing, hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing & down hill skiing. We’ll equipped kitchen, great layout for a group. Clean & nice.

This property was amazing, period!
Views from all bedroom windows were phenomenal - unobstructed view directly to the snow covered mountains. In the mornings, you'd even catch a glimpse of a local fox who frequented often. The pictures on VRBO just don't do it justice - believe me - amazing views!
House was super clean. Bedding was very comfortable from standard beds, bunk beds, and wait....even the pullout sleeper were perfect. Pullout sleeper sofa had a memory phone mattress! All guests were very please with the comfort of the beds.
House had all the needed amenities: kitchen spices, pots/pans/slow cookers that you'd expect.
Fireplace was great, and added to a beautiful winter scenery. Cut logs were available in the backyard. I recommend buying starter logs for those of us who need extra help.
The property was big. Despite being there with a many people, it never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is very well laid out, and spacious.
Location wise - this place is perfect. Winter Park is right down the road. Other resorts, the grocery store, movie theater, bowling alley - all 10-15 mins away at most.
Communication with the host was great. Very prompt, professional, and understanding to requests.
All-in-all, I highly recommend this place. It was just perfect - and in all honesty I will recommend this to all my friends.

What a weekend!
Beautifully appointed and meticulously clean and organized home. Very comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is terrific, very attentive and responsive to needs and questions. Recommend this property without qualification. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect rental for group
Rented the property for our annual Women's Only Weekend. Home was as advertised, comfortable and plenty of room. Loved the location overlooking the lake in a quiet neighborhood. Owner had been in touch prior to our arrival to let us know about a potential maintenance issue which was handled. He was immediately responsive when we had a slight issue and had it taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend highly!

Great spot!
We enjoyed the home. Plenty of room and the pool table kept the kids (and adults) entertained. The view from the balcony is awesome and its a short drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Bank.

Could of been perfect
On arrival at the property cleaning, and King Bed hadn't been made or done. The pillows had NO pillow covers. Coffee maker had mold in it so it had to be cleaned before any use. The dishwasher was in need of repair or replacement bottom shelf could hardly be pulled out. When cleaning crew arrived none of the individuals could speak English so they had NO idea what we wanted done. They were supposed to return the day after check in, but never did. The cleaning crew arrived again the night before check out @ 6:30 pm.

Awesome Property With Picture Perfect Setting
Sometimes picking the perfect place out is hard to do from pictures, but this house didn’t disappoint. The setting is beautiful, having the lake right out your back door to fish, take a walk around or sit on the deck and just look at made it a perfect place to relax. The house was very nice with a mountain feel and perfect to celebrate our mom’s 90th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The patio and fire pit in the backyard were great to sit around as the sun went down.

Family reunion
It was a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the cabin, it was a great place for my family to stay. The lake in the back was so much fun. Would highly recommend this cabin to everyone . We will do it again!!

5 couples for the weekend
This house is very clean and lots of space. The deck overlooks the lake (which is bigger than the picture shows). We brought a card table and a few extra chairs to extend the kitchen table. Good communication with the property manager. Would highly recommend

Everything we Needed
We loved this house. It was cozy and beautiful. Tons of room. EXTREMELY kid and baby-friendly. All our baby needs were covered and made it so nice not to have to haul it from Texas. I hope this house is open again when come back someday! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Thanksgiving Trip
Stayed for three nights at the house with a large group for thanksgiving. My family and my girlfriend's family all stayed and there was a ton of space for everyone. Would certainly recommend the property for a large group. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Short drive to Winter Park which was of course great as well. Great spot overall and would stay again.

Lovely week in Tabernash
Your vacation house in the Rockies was perfect for our group—consisting of grandparents, two sets of parents, and three kids, including a baby. The five bedrooms gave everybody space & privacy. The kids loved the room with the bunk-beds!
We especially appreciated the baby essentials—pack ‘n play and high chair—available at the house They were clean and ready to use, obviating the need for us to schlep them, rent them, or otherwise wrangle them up.
We appreciated Peter's gracious hospitality and availability to answer questions as they arose. He generously stocked the house with cleansers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
All in all, the house was a lovely base from which to venture out into Rocky Mountain National Park and other hikes and adventures. Then, returning in the evening, we grilled dinner, watched the moon rise, and even used the house's lovely fire pit.

Wonderful home
Amazing house on a beautiful little lake. My kids had so much fun playing in our kayaks on the lake. There is a walking path and a lovely playground too. House is beautiful and so well stocked. Kids enjoyed the pool table the most! It is a short drive to winterpark or grand lake.

2 balconies give you twice the options to relax and enjoy the mountains and lake. The neighborhood offers a walking trail perfect for jump starting your mornings. Great layout and plenty of room for our family of 11! We’d love to come back - and sooner than later!

Beautiful Home near Winter Park Skiing
We had a wonderful stay! Everything we needed, such as kitchen and bathroom necessities, washer and dryer, as well as pool table and other family games. There were 14 of us who slept comfortably w plenty of room, never feeling crowded. Definitely recommend to all!
