We were in town for a golf tournament at Pole Creek. Location was great. Property was clean and and comfortable and views were amazing! Three full bathrooms were nice to have for the group. Thanks to the hosts! We would definitely stay here again.

The property worked out perfectly for 5 adults on a short ski trip. A 15 minute drive to Winter Park and we were on the slopes. The property was spacious and very clean. Plenty of towels were available especially when we used the hot tub. The kitchen was appropriately stocked as we were able to cook breakfast and dinner. The coffee beans that were supplied were a special treat.

This place is gorgeous! Wonderful location in between Tabernash and Granby, and it was the perfect spot for me and my bridesmaids to get ready the morning of my wedding! The host was accommodating, letting us check in early, and the place was clean and everything we hoped for! Thank you so much!

The house was comfortable and big enough for 8 people. The kitchen had nice appliances, dishes and pots and pans. The house and hot tub were clean.

Lovely home with comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen for making meals at home. We had a few issues with the hot tub when we arrived. Owner was easily accessible and very responsive. We went on a cross country skiing trip. There were numerous cross country skiing facilities within easy driving distance. Would definitely rent this house again on a return trip.

Very Comfortable
Well maintained. Very clean, very quiet. Beautiful main floor, deck, and hot tub view of the mountains. Very short walk to lake and new playground. Child safe. Lots of in town amenities. We were 3 couples 2 children. Very Happy. Great price.

In the middle
This location is in the middle of a few cities. You can go to granby or winter park in almost same amount of time. Be sure to reserve your skiing equipment long before you show up. Grocery shop in early morning during busy time.

Nice property
Nice and clean property at a quiet location. It was fully equipped with necessary amenities. The property owners were very responsive.
Our recommendations/ Suggestions.
1. During summer time the house gets really hot and would like to add at least one tall fan for each of the bedrooms similar one tall fan in the living room or a ceiling fan. It’s get really hot during late afternoon as the setting sun brings lots of heat.
2. The living area in the second level and kitchen needs a brighter light.
3. The water drainage from water softener(I assume) make a constant noice which makes it difficult for the 2 bedrooms in level 1 to have quite night. You feel like you are sleeping near a waterfall. This needs a immediate fix.
4. The door stopper near the main entrance meant for the mesh door(not there anymore) needs to be removed as it constantly trips you with lots of pain.

Beautiful, incredible views of the mountain ranges and stars at night. Spacious home that featured many comforts. The kids especially enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the local lake and park was well-tended. The home aided in our having a wonderful vacation in Tabernash.

Our family enjoyed staying in this home which was centrally located to many of the winter fun and activities we wanted to enjoy in the Colorado mountains. The home is well equipped and has everything we needed. We especially enjoyed getting into the hot tub at the end of the day!

So Beautiful!!
The property was beautiful and scenery breathtaking! There were some issues with cleanliness from the previous tenants, but the homeowners were prompt and very helpful in resolving some of the issues. The garbage wasn't removed from the garage trash cans so the unpleasant smell permeated the home when the garage door was opened, but other than that, we had an awesome time!

Nice Tabernash retreat
We enjoyed a two-night stay at this beautiful home. It's interior finish was very nice and the entire place was very clean. The wrap around deck had great views of the surrounding mountains and the hot tub was in a great location to relax and take in the scenery. The property owner was responsive and made the check in process very simple. Thank you for this wonderful retreat!

Shenanigans
Our first time to Colorado and came to Tabernash which is 8 miles from Winter Park. This beautiful home did not disappoint! They were soo accommodating and the pictures do not lie. We came up with our 3 girls (11,7,6) and they Could not get enough of the snow. Perfect place for a family. We will definitely be coming back!

Comfortable for two families!
This house has a perfect layout for two families. The kitchen and bedrooms are well stocked and the location is very convenient for skiing at winter park. While the property looks nice on this site, it is even better in person. We would definitely stay here again!

A Great Way to Celebrate the New Year
My family, sister and her family and my parents gathered for the New Year and to ski Winter Park. First off Margarita and Kyle were wonderful to work with. So accommodating and communication was superb. The house is very comfortable. Instead of pulling out the sofa in the 4th bedroom we blew up the 2 twin aerobeds which was perfect for the kids and very comfortable. The living room couch and chairs were so very comfortable and we did most of our hanging in the kitchen and living room. The kids enjoyed the Xbox and the Netflix that was available through the tv. And lets not forget the hot tub. It was a huge hit and so wonderful to sit in after a long day of skiing. Distance to Winter Park was also fantastic. About 15 minutes and only about 7 minutes to the Safeway in Fraser. The only improvement I would mention are the closets. We found that each of the closets was very full so it was difficult to store our stuff.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Had a great time in the area and it was in a perfect location to easily get to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as back in to Winter Park. The home was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the mountain views. Couch bed in 4th bedroom was not great to sleep on, not that comfy and very noisy. Other than that had no complaints and would recommended this place. Thanks!

Cozy House
A cozy house with a terrific hot tub view of the mountains. The location is a stone throws distance from Winter Park Resort and we enjoyed being off site for the boys weekend. The owners was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Everything I hoped for!
What a great place! You'll get everything you hoped for with this rental with a perfect balance of cozy and lavish. Everything is updated, but they managed to keep the charm of a mountain cabin. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, and lounging around the house on the comfy sofas in front of the fire. House is complete with a garage, wrap around deck, and of course a hot tub! Good location as well. We could easily get into town for restaurants, sledding hills, and the ski slopes. We will be back!
