Donna (owner/host) was very communicative before and during our stay. There was a major storm that hit on Friday and wiped out the lifts at Mammoth for Saturday and Sunday and our flights were canceled on Sunday. Donna gave us a good rate to stay two extra nights which enabled us to get those ski days back on new snow! Very accomodating. The place was the perfect size and amenities for our group. Thank you!

Home is perfect for larger families. There is plenty of room to hang out and entertain. The downstairs area with the pool table, media room and fire place was a great spot to relax after an adventurous day.

My group and I had such a great time staying here a couple weeks ago! The house is amazing and comfortably fit our group of 10 who visited Mammoth to snowboard. The house was very clean, the amenities were fun, and the host was very helpful. A couple questions came up about the house upon arriving and the host quickly answered everything. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

I’ve been going to mammoth every year since I was a child and seen all types of properties. This one I can easily say trumps all the rest. Everything you could possibly want, this home has. Great price, amazing layout, perfect location. Fit all 10 of us very comfortably and helped make our stay so much better than expected. It has all types of entertainment and spaces for all ages. If you like the village, it was a quick 10 minute walk as well. Donna was very quick with every response and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone and planning on going back.

Communication with owner is great. Loved the location- it was great to walk over to the festival grounds. The media room, pool table, and hot tub were enjoyed by all! The only thing that may be an issue for some are all the internal stairs. We didn't have a problem, but it may be a consideration for others.

Smooth and easy. Everyone loved the house from the kids to the adults.

Host of the property was top notch, stayed in touch easily and accommodated our needs quickly and answered questions right away. Home is immaculate with so many amenities, we were constantly entertained and comfortable. Definitely one of my favorite experiences for vacation home rentals.

This house is a truly special place for a winter getaway. Donna was an amazing host and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was very understanding and helpful when weather moved in on our last night. The house was extremely comfortable and helped us to feel same and cozy during the blizzard. An easy walk to Eagle Lodge, this was the perfect weekend getaway. Would love to stay again and highly recommend you do to.

The property was perfect for my large party. We had enough beds to sleep in and it was very spacious. We were bummed we couldn't use the hot tub but there was severe weather so there's not much the host could've done. Perfect location and walking distance to Eagle Lodge. The house had everything you needed! 10/10 would stay again and the host was super helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great house with lots of amenities. Close to eagle lodge. There were three families totaling 12 people. We opted to drive to the lodge each day instead of carrying our skis but if you have a cart it would be walkable. House with clean and the property owner was very responsive to our needs. Honestly my only complaint was the heat lamps were broken by the bbq (it was cold when we were there). Definitely a 5 star property and we would come back.

This was a beautiful house. We used the movie room and spa every night. The owner was very responsive and communicative. Liked all the rooms and loved that it had so many bathrooms. The different levels were great so we could put the kids one place and have adult space as well. The kitchen was great to cook in as it was very spacious. Loved that you could park in the garage! All in all a beautiful stay.

We had a great time and appreciated Donna’s communication and responsiveness. Great for a group and had everything we needed. Unfortunately and it wasn’t the owners fault, but the people before us didn’t leave enough water in the hot tub so we didn’t get to use that but Donna was very helpful in trying to get someone out to help and we let her know it wasn’t a big deal for group. Overall it was great.

We just got back home from this lovely vacation. We had stayed there for four nights and truly this was a very nice and great choice out of all others we were looking into. Donna, who is the owner, She is very easy to talk to and communicate. She made it a very easy to check in, and anything we needed was just a text away . Her cabin/home is incredibly beautiful and well-kept and clean , all amenities were in good condition , kitchen bathroom and rooms are well equipped with everything you may need. Most important ,the kids loved it and we did too. We are waiting to get back there for our next vacation home in Mammoth . Thank you Donna for making it a memorable and a great stay. Kfir

I love this property. It’s ion the 4th hole of Sierra Star Golf Course. It has everything you need and more. My buddies and I go to Mammoth every year for a golf trip. This place is perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for all of us

If you truly want to treat yourself, book a stay at Crooked Pines. I've stayed in dozens of home rentals and this home was perfect. It's a fully custom home with super high end features. Its right on the golf course with beautiful views! It has plenty of comfortable space, a kitchen overstocked with gear, very comfortable bedrooms, overstocked bathrooms, a huge terraced media room with projector for movie nights, pool table, jacuzzi and so on! My family appreciates a nicely appointed rental! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home that is quite huge. Master bedroom is incredible and the other large bedroom is quite nice as well. Bunk room worked great for a large group and plenty of little nooks to stretch out throughout the house. Our group of 9 had plenty of space with our own bed for each. Kitchen is really well equipped for home cooking and hot tub, pool table, and home theater provide plenty of things to do around the house. Shuttle stop is just down the block and walk to Eagle lodge takes less than 10 minutes. Would absolutely stay again.

I have been traveling and renting in Mammoth for 20 years and this was the best place I have ever stayed in! The place is clean, spacious, and provides endless entertainment with an amazing bottom floor hang out space. It is also centrally located and minutes away from everything you need. If you are reading reviews you must ignore the November 1 star report as that person is 100% lying and should not be rented to. We had 9 guys on our annual ski trip and everyone agreed this was the best place we have been to.

The home was a perfect 10 for our father/son ski trip (4 Dads, 4 children). The host was incredibly responsive and made the trip a pleasure. The house is in a great location - a minute away from Eagle Lodge- and was very clean, up to date, has all the amenities you could ask for (2 car garage, hot tub, pool table, tvs, fully stocked kitchen)... Can't wait to go back.

This home was terrific. Looked just like the pics, large bedrooms, well kept and well appointed. Very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Owner was extremely responsive/communicative

There was dust all over the place. The Showers were challenging to control the on-off position and kept spinning in circles The shower door handle is loose in the master bedroom The Fireplaces were not working in the dining room and master bedroom There were rats in the ceiling. The ivory carpet is dark-colored in the family room from being filthy and dirty. Hot tub water is unsanitary (awful smell) and did not heat up properly All Sonos speakers are not functioning -only two zones worked. The oven was filthy, and we had to clean it before using it. The couches were filthy: family room sectional has feathers and dog hair coming out everywhere. The movie room recliners are torn. Pots and pans are not safe to cook with, and we had to purchase some at Vons, which we left behind The microwave does not work correctly. Only the minute option worked to power it on Master bedroom main double door entrance does not lock nor stay closed and offers zero privacy Dog hair on the family room rug and sofa Dark drink spilled on the wall in the top bedroom left side above the bed. The carpets and rugs were filthy. The towels have bleach marks all over them. The showerheads need to be cleaned, so water flows / lousy water pressure and hard to control hot/cold dial. The owner refused to communicate when we tried to discuss these issues and ask for a reasonable discount. We were very frustrated and embarrassed with our guests. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! SO NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ARE ASKING.

Plenty of space throughout the cabin. Kids had fun playing pool and the theater was awesome. Easy communication with Donna. She was very accommodating and answered my questions right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in Mammoth. This multi-level home accommodated our family of 8 adults and 7 children (ages 13-11 months) beautifully. The backyard allowed us to play badminton and enjoy the walking paths of the development. Hiking, kayaking, and the shopping areas were close bit.

I never submit reviews but felt the need to submit this review to warn others. A deposit is required by the owner that was not listed in the description when we reserved the house - this was a red flag that I wish I’d foreseen. We reserved the house 5 months in advance and the owner asked me for a separate deposit to be mailed to her 2 weeks before our trip. I didn't feel comfortable about that so the owner processed the deposit through VRBO as a payment - NOT a deposit. I didn't like that but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. She later took a processing fee for that even though VRBO said they don't charge a separate fee for that. During our trip, I was very upfront about everything. Owner had a huge list of rules so we were scared to do a lot of things to avoid our deposit being withheld. For example, we wanted to use the spa but since the owner kept stressing that the lid was new and fragile (which meant we would have to pay if it broke), we didn't even bother with it.One of the thermostats was broken so we allowed the manager to come fix while we were gone (big mistake). He came in, inspected all the rooms (without our permission), and took a picture of one of the rooms (we felt violated) where we had moved a bed over a couple of feet to make room for a blow up bed. One kid wanted to sleep in the same room as his parents vs sleeping on a bed outside the room. I checked and double checked - NOWHERE on the contract, rules, or emails did it say that we couldn't move beds/furniture. The owner told me that we shouldn't have moved the bed (I’m surprised it wasn’t in the contract and list of rules) - even accused us of having more people than we stated. She wanted to revolt(??) the bed frame even BEFORE she or the manager inspected it - she took away part of our deposit for that. My husband and another dad moved the bed and I know they were VERY careful. There was no damage even though the owner said otherwise. She showed us pictures of damage. She can say all she wants but we suspect these pictures were pictures of previous damage. We are a very honest and respectful group. If we really had broken the bed, we'd gladly pay for it and even feel bad about it - but we didn't. Because the owner processed our deposit as a payment, she only gave us part of the deposit back and we could do nothing about it. We have rented property at least once a year for the past 15 years and this was the worst rental experience ever.

We all loved this home, it's five levels and four stories. Unfortunate situation with dead animal in walls which required a heavy deodorizer to mask odor. But all in all our family loved our stay in Mammoth.

Can't wait to go back. Great everything.

We had a great weekend skiing and hanging out with friends and family. The house was in the perfect location near the chairlifts. We really enjoyed our time at this is house it is beautiful.

We really enjoyed the home and overall would highly recommend with some minor comments. The home is not necessarily walking distance to Eagle lift as advertised especially for kids with skis and boots. Originally we were going to have 8 dads and 8 kids as the property says it accommodates this number. While technically correct, the home has 3 very nice bedrooms and the rest are sofa sleepers if that. I had to have both my children sleep in our bedroom (not so bad, very nice room). We ended up having 4 dads and 7 kids which worked out well. Anymore and it would have been overwhelming. Also come to find out the property charges $50 per person per night over 12 people. From a value perspective fiund the property to be expensive. When we received the welcome letter, the owner had more rules to abide by then I could possibly remember and had to reread daily to make sure we were anding by them or we would be docked $. From the deposit. Don’t get me wrong the property is very nice but having stayed at lots of properties as well as renting our home out, I would suggest reading the fine print.

Large enough space for 12 people to stay. We had 16 in our group and we managed make ourself confortable. Nice location and view is good. Good heating system with fireplace that heat up whole house.
