This place was perfect for our group. Not all of us ski or snowboard but we always had something to do as bethel is a cute town with local cafes. It was so close to Sunday River for those who spent the whole weekend there. More than enough space for 15 people with our gear. Perfect to spend nights in together as a group to keep us entertained. Jess was also very responsive to any needs that came up. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Fabulous huge home with all the right touches for a great ski getaway. Our family had a wonderful time skiing, cooking and dining in the giant great room, and playing billiards and foosball in the game room. Has everything you would want for a ski vacation.

Great private, large property with tons of things to do for large groups. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, games in the finished basement and large yard for corn hole. The extra large dining table was perfect for family meals and playing cards. Our group enjoyed our stay.

We held a family reunion here and had plenty of space for 3+ families. The home is very spacious and offers a lot of entertainment options - game room, hot tub, pool, etc. More importantly, however, Jess is awesome to deal with - whether it was seeking recommendations for local activities or responding to a quick message about the property she was always very responsive, pleasant and helpful. We would definitely come back for another stay and highly recommend this property, especially for large groups! The massive dining room table was the center of group dinners and board games!!! This place was idyllic! Very beautiful home in a stunning location. The house had everything we needed for adults and kids alike. It was set up perfectly for groups to hang at the large dining room table or on the deck or by the fire pit. Nice drive to swimming holes and rivers and Sunday River fun. Jess was super responsive and gave great recommendations. He even pulled a fire permit without us asking! We also had some of the best food in downtown Bethel including Butcher Burger and Mountain Social Kitchen. All around a wonderful stay - we could not have asked for more.

We were multi generational family of 10. Home is large enough for all to have their own space, dining table was where the magic happened …huge table! We live all the activities in /out of house. Our own playground and the pool & hot tub were prefect . Someone even came during the wk to clean it and the hot tub. ! Family meals with huge stove & grill! . Went rafting and to the spa at Sunday River . Both recommended ! We did have rain but lots to do indoors Beds comfy , decor lovely , all pots pans dishes that we could possibly use ! Host was delightful to deal with ! You will enjoy this property and this area of Maine . Thank you so much for our memories 💜 oh in Bethel there is a Hannaford market and a Walgreen’s that sells liquor ! Dunkin too , movies too!

We had a wonderful time with our family here! There was plenty of room! We especially enjoyed all of the games provided for rainy days. The kids also LOVED the pool. Would recommend to anyone looking for a large family gathering or a relaxing friends getaway. There is lots to do - hiking, bowling, ice cream and mini golf (to name a few) within a 15 min drive.

I recently stayed at this property for 6 days with my family, my parents, and my brother and his family. The house was clean and beautiful. The views were amazing! We made use of almost every amenity, and had no issues. We would definitely return to this property. Thank you Jess!

Our group had a fantastic stay. . House was awesome. It fit all of our needs. Sunday River is a giant resort that spreads out the crowd with multiple lodges and very small lift lines. The house is 15 minutes from slope side parking. Thank you Jess we had a great time.

Our group really enjoyed this property! The owner was very accommodating and responsive which was very helpful. The property itself is very large and exactly what we expected from the pictures. There was plenty of space for our group and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. We loved the hot tub, poker table, and pool table. Great place to relax after a long day skiing! Very clean well stocked home. First time in over 20 years of renting that we didn't have to run out and get trash bags.....or dish soap. Family of 16 very comfortable all week. Pool was fantastic. Happy there were hot days previous to rental because pool is not heated. Hot tub is large and enjoyed tremendously. Pool company checked pool and hot tub mid week. That's also a first. Would rent this home again and everyone in my family agrees with me. All are fighting for dibs on extra apartment that can be included with whole house rental.

Property was as pictured and was absolutely perfect for our family of 11 (5 adults, 6 kids ages 4 to 15). It was the perfect space for us all to be together and separated when needed. Everyone had their own spaces but we really enjoyed the shared spaces, living room, game room, kitchen! The table in the entry was perfect for puzzles and the dinning table fit us all for family meals and lots of game time!!! We enjoyed the pool, everyday!! It was the perfect start to our day and the perfect end to a day of hiking! The fire pit was a blast too, making smores and just hanging out! Jess was awesome, so attentive. She got back to us quickly if we had a question. Our only disappointments were we didn't see a moose and the time went so fast. Our family can't wait to go back but this time for two weeks!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 golfers. We enjoyed every aspect of it including the pool, hot tub, yard, fire pit, grill and poker table. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in and out process was clear and smooth. We had one issue with the refrigerator but once again the host responded quickly with a solution. Thank you! We would definitely book again.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. Very clean, wonderful home, awesome pool and hot tub, very spacious, and the communication with the host was flawless. I recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway with a large group of family or friends. We will for sure be back to visit!!!

Our group of three families rented this for a long weekend off-season getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The house is roomy and thoughtfully laid out to accommodate a lot of people and different ages/interests. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house has a lot of small details that really make it comfortable, a well-equipped kitchen (paper towels, dish detergent, good knives(!), good coffee maker, etc), plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, towels and linens, playing cards, games, books, etc. Everything was very clean and in good order too. The house has nice privacy and lovely mountain views. Our group would rent this house again without question.

This property was great for our large group of friends! It had everything we needed including a large hot tub- perfect to relax in after skiing. The game room in the basement was a bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Everything about the house and our stay was amazing. Clean, roomy, plenty of activities; just a great time. I had booked this location approx. two months out and all my questions were answered almost immediately right along the way. The owner was extremely helpful in every way, ex restaurants/things to do/any issues. The house was very spacious and well prepared with a booklet of what is in the area. There was more than enough entertainment right at the rental to the point where we found ourselves staying there more than exploring our surroundings. The property was cleared of snow and a 10 minute or less ride to the town. Any time I had a question Jess the property owner was easily accessible, I also explained that if we were loud at any point to please contact me right away. Sometimes it is difficult to stay on top of a large group of people that have not seen each other nor vacationed in a long time and Jess seemed extremely understanding to that. Thankfully there were no issues there. Cleanliness was a little rough in the kitchen, however it’s stocked with every cleaner so it wasn’t a problem as well as the fact that we brought plasticware too. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and sheets were clean and comfortable. I intend to stay here again and recommend it to those who are looking for large group getaway.

We just got back from our New Years trip up north. This year we picked The Retreat at Harmony Row for our annual trip with 18 friends and family. We have stayed at some amazing places over the last decade, but everyone agreed this year may have been our best home yet. The home was large, warm, clean, and ticked all our boxes. The hostess Jess was also amazing to work with and allowed us to check out late when we needed to get kids some breakfast before a long ride. THANKS! We will be back. The home is well equipped to handle our crowd ranging from 3yr olds all the way to 55yr olds. Lots to do for everyone! Basement: there is Foosball, Table Pool, a Poker table (great for board games too) and a large TV area. This was the best game room we have seen so far.. all top notch quality tables etc. Outside: There is a very large, clean and beautiful hot tub under the deck. There is a large fire pit area with ample seating, and a weber grill. The property has a very nice hill and we were able to make a bob sled path for the kiddos all the way from the. driveway to the street way down below. This was a highlight and even the adults joined in. Inside Main Area: A HUGE dining table that seats12-16 adults. This table rocked. We have a professional chef in our group.. He was very very comfortable in this kitchen and we had some incredible meals as a result. We did bring our own knives.. It's a chef thing, but the kitchen is well appointed. He said this was the best range we have seen in all our rented homes. Next was the seating. The main floor sofas are supple and comfy soft leather and we used the fireplace all 4 days. The views are incredible too. A great place to unwind with a book. There was also a Christmas tree so we brought up the gifts that the different families exchange for the kids and had a belated Christmas morning. Pretty cool. Bedrooms: There are 6 bedrooms with a mix of different bed arrangements. This was perfect. Plenty of bunk beds for kids and big beds for the bigger people... and the mattresses.. very very nice.. We slept like royalty. Area / Access: Access to the home was easy in and out. Great location and very quick to Sunday River. We had 4 families skiing and the location allowed us to make a day of it together on the slopes. Garage is included which was great for skis and boots. BTW. We never heard or really saw the other seasonal renters. Other reviews complained about that.. This was a non-issue.
