Luxueux Jupiter Bay deux chambres à coucher, 2 unité de salle de bains avec terrasse fermée donnant sur un trail running et le parc. Belle plage est à seulement 400 mètres à pied. L'unité a été récemment rénovée et dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles en cuir, de carrelage au sol, de moquette dans la chambre et d'une baignoire et d'une douche en granite.
La communauté de station dispose de deux piscines, d'un bain à remous et des courts de tennis. En soirée, promenez-vous sur la plage ou autour du magnifique lac et de la cascade de la propriété. Le parc attenant a couvert des cabanes avec des tables de pique-nique et grillades en plein air. Des courts de boccie bien entretenus sont également disponibles sur la propriété et dans le parc Carlin attenant, ainsi que des courts de tennis éclairés et un amphithéâtre.
Tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin est à quelques minutes: commerciaux, des cinémas, un centre de remise en forme et de théâtre en direct! Pour les acheteurs plus intenses, le centre commercial Gardens et le centre-ville sont à quinze minutes.
Vingt-cinq minutes, vous trouverez le West Palm Beach et l'aéroport City Place, un centre commercial, un restaurant et la vie nocturne quartier très populaire. Love that is is near beach and all the restaurants

Jupiter Bay is a great location to escape from the cold of winter. Mark’s unit provided the comforts of home and more. We loved the park view from the lanai. This location is central to all that we enjoy while in Jupiter. We appreciated Mark as a host as he was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The unit is a perfect beach getaway. We hope to stay there again.

Was in town for a week long baseball tournament and what a great option to a week long hotel room stay! Everything was as advertised, couldn't ask for anything more except time...

Arrived at the property which was not cleaned by the service. Contacted the owner who promptly found out that the unit was accidentally skipped over but that the cleaning service had already left the premises. He quickly found me a unit in the adjacent building which I occupied until Monday when the cleaning service was back on site and then I moved back into the original property. The owner gave me a $60 credit. I thought he handled the situation well and to my satisfaction.

The condo is exactly as pictured and described. It was clean, in a great safe location near the beach and right across the street from the pool. I would recommend for families and couples alike.

The rental looks out onto a walking loop at a park. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We saw lots of beautiful birds in the park and played in the surf at the beach. Nearby, was more good birding and lots of good restaurant choices.

Good space for our family, comfortable beds, supplied well. Location was excellent, easy walk to beach-pools and restaurants. Would definitely rent again-thank you we had an enjoyable month at your place.

We had stayed at this condo before and have stayed in the complex several times. We just booked it again for the same week next year. This condo is a great size for our family with two bedrooms and two baths and a large sectional in the living area that is plenty long for sleeping and has reclining sections. This is a new addition since we stayed 2 years ago and the large tv in that area is also new. Also a new mattress in master bedroom that was very comfy. Great updates! Nice furniture and beachy decor and the location on the first floor with a close walk to pool and beach is very convenient. This is our favorite area in Jupiter--lots of great restaurants within walking distance and the beach here is really nice and is less than a mile away through Carlin Park, which is a lovely walk. Mark is a great and responsive host.

Only issues we had were with the nasty condo association parking witch. She was rough and wouldn’t issue a parking pass for first 5 days! Otherwise great spot owner Mark was very easy to get a hold of!

Houston We Have A Problem..
When we arrived , there were some major issues with the unit .. . These were unforeseen! I called Mark and he got on it right away. The AC was not working and the repairman stated that he would need several days to pressure test / diagnose .
Mark immediately made other arrangements and put us into another unit. The unit was beautiful and an upgrade in my book. Mark even compensated us for our dinner for all the unforeseen troubles.
We had a great vacation!

Walkable to the beach, Publix a block away, and so close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you need! This trip I had the chance to use the pool, it was very nice and relaxing, not busy! The place is well stocked with everything you would need, including a well stocked kitchen, and again, if there is something you need, publix is a convenient 2 min drive away! Lastly, Mark is a great host, easily reachable via his cell if there is anything you need.

Great space in a wonderful location
We enjoyed our stay. We were there to see family so did not spend much time there and didn't utilize the pool. However, we enjoyed being steps away from the walking/running path, a short walk to the beach, and a very short drive to a Publix. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. Mark was quick to respond to my questions. We will certainly be staying again! Only suggestion I have for improvement is to provide some towels for hands and to have a couple extra shower towels, as well as maybe providing beach towels, with the beach being so close! Thanks!

I enjoyed my stay here and would come back again. Mark was a responsive host and helped when I had questions or needed a problem addressed. Some minor repairs are needed to the property but everything was functional. The location was outstanding. Thanks for a memorable stay.

The condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The screened-in lanai was also an added bonus. The condo is in a great location, close to shopping, Publix and restaurants. Mark was very nice and easy to get a hold of if needed. I would stay here again without hesitation.
