Runaway Bay est un complexe de villégiature de 13 acres complète d'équipements pour vous et votre famille de profiter pendant vos vacances. Il est situé à Bradenton Beach sur Anna Maria Island en face de la plage.
Anna Maria Island est une île de barrière située dans le golfe du Mexique. Quaint magasins et restaurants locaux, avec 7 miles des eaux bleues et des plages de sable blanc, font partie du paysage ici. Ce complexe dispose d'un terrain de tennis, jeu de palets, pétanque, un centre de remise en forme, grilles de barbecue dans tout l'établissement et un quai de pêche situé derrière notre condo, juste au-dessus de la baie. Il y a un tram gratuit qui vous emmènera tout autour de l'île. Runaway Bay a un arrêt de tram couvert situé à l'entrée de la station.
Bien entretenu et plein de commodités, ce condo est situé dans un quartier calme du complexe avec une vue paisible de la baie de se réveiller à partir du lit de maître. Nous sommes Condo # 238. Profitez de la vue sur le lagon de la station ainsi que d'une fontaine d'eau tranquille pour écouter et regarder depuis votre balcon privé projeté. Il y a une table de pique-nique et barbecue situé directement derrière le condo sur la baie. Tenez-vous sur le quai surplombant la baie tout en profitant de votre tasse de café le matin.
Ce condo est constamment maintenu, mis à jour et bien approvisionné. Avec tous les nouveaux meubles ajoutés en 2012, les deux salles de bains ont été entièrement mis à jour et l'ensemble de l'unité a été fraîchement peinte. Serviettes, draps, couettes et même les oreillers sont constamment changés tout au long de l'année pour faire en sorte que chacun de nos clients ont une maison propre et confortable, tout en restant comme nos invités.
Même si nous employons un service de nettoyage, au moins une fois tous les deux mois nous voyageons à l'appartement entre l'arrivée de nos clients, de faire un nettoyage en profondeur dans les coins et recoins qui sont parfois plus regardé. Ce souci du détail rend cette unité un des plus propres disponibles. Mark et moi travaillons dur pour nous assurer que notre condo est vraiment une destination de vacances idéale pour vous et votre famille.

L'unité est entièrement meublée avec une cuisine spacieuse et bien équipée. La chambre principale dispose d'une grande promenade dans le placard, une salle de bains privative et d'un grand lit confortable. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de lits jumeaux qui peuvent facilement se convertir à un lit king, si nécessaire. Le condo a un plan de chambre partagée pour plus d'intimité.
Le salon a un canapé canapé-lit, de sorte que le condo peut dormir 6 confortablement. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le condo. The condo was in a perfect location and an ideal spot for a quiet and restful vacation with your family. The beach is a short walk and the pool was well maintained and had plenty of chairs for all the guests as well as areas of shade and umbrellas. The condo had plenty of room and stocked with everything you could ever need. The owners have a very efficient process to welcome you to their condo and ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. Will definitely rent from them again. We had a wonderful time!!

When I say the owners thought of everything, I’m not exaggerating!! This place feels like home when you walk in and is so inviting. Everything you will need is here including beach & pool toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, coolers, fishing gear, pickle ball paddles, etc. Just cause we were unsure of what was there and being partial to our own things we did bring our own chairs, cooler, and beach cart, but it was nice to have extras to use. The kitchen includes everything you will need to make your own meals. There is plenty of linens such as towels, wash cloths, extra pillows, and blankets. The complex itself is also nice. The pool is large and there’s plenty of chairs and tables around it. The pickleball courts and shuffleboard courts are nice. There’s grills and picnic tables planted throughout the grounds. The beach access is right across the street and about a 5-7 minute walk away. The unit is in the back of the complex so it is a little bit further of a walk than if you were in the front, but that just means it’s quieter with no street noise, and the walk is not bad at all, especially since the beach is not just huge like other beaches. You also have a view of the back bay and the pier from the lanai. Mrs. Donna provided excellent communication from the time of booking to the time of our arrival and departure. Anna Maria island is beautiful and quiet! I highly recommend this place if you plan to visit! Thank you Mrs. Donna for everything!!

We stayed Memorial Day week even though the island was crowded the beach across from condo was not bad and could easily find a spot. Beach and trolley access is in front of complex entrance. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay a great girls trip. All beach accessories are there to use with plenty of towels. Condo is within walking distance to Bridge Street, but recommend a car or trolley to get to the north end of the island. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Donna provided excellent recommendations for food and entertainment. We had an issue with one of the toilets and Donna came to fix it the next morning. Could not have asked for a better response. I highly recommend staying at this condo. We will be back again.

We had a wonderful time at Donna's condo. I never had to wonder where anything was. She had the entire condo extremely organized. She was very receptive to questions and clear in her responses. The location of the condo is perfect. Having two bedrooms with their own bath is perfect. The separation is enough so that there was privacy for guests. The Gulf is right across the street from Runaway Bay. The decor made you feel like you were in a little beach house. The condo has a large washer and dryer, which made things easy. The restaurants were great and close. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea. We would recommend this unit to anyone. If you decide to rent this unit on AMI, you won't regret it.

Beautiful Condo and great location on the Island! Everything needed for a great day at the beach is provided – beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach wagon, water toys and more. The condo has easy and walkable access to a pier overlooking the Bay where we saw beautiful sunrises along with dolphins on a couple of occasions. The beach on the Gulf is a very short walk from the condo and the sunsets are breathtaking. Donna was a wonderful host and was always available for questions.

This was our first time staying at Runaway Bay. I was surprised at how quiet the grounds were with the amount of condos. This place is right near the bay which was so convenient to walk to and watch for dolphins. All the beach equipment you could need and felt like “home.” We had a wonderful time!

First timers to AMI and we couldn't have picked a better location to stay for our needs. Communication and ease of booking with Donna were fantastic. She is super responsive to any and all questions and has thought of everything to make life easier at this lovely condo. From the well equipped kitchen with all the spices to all of the beach gear; wagon, cooler, beach towels, toys and umbrellas you could possibly need. This is the perfect place to relax & unwind. It's quiet, quaint, and clean. Just like the whole island. Thanks for sharing your place with us. It truly felt like home. 💗

Donna's condo was perfect for our vacation on Anna Maria. It was our first time on the island and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The condo is centrally located, making it easy to get to either end of the island. And if you don't want to drive, you can just hop on the trolley which stops at the entrance to Runaway Bay. Beach access is right across the street. The condo was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the well stocked beach closet that had every supply we needed for the beach. My children also loved going to the pool at the condo complex. Donna is great to work with. She sent us all the necessary information about the condo as well information about the island and what to see and do. For first timers to Anna Maria, it was very helpful. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return!

This was our third visit to this Donna's condo at Runaway Bay. The condo is the perfect size for our family of 5, and the location is wonderful with close access to the pool and the beach. Donna is wonderful to work with, and the condo is very clean and beautifully decorated! We will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Runaway Bay. Donna's condo was perfect, all you needed was your clothes. They provided everything else chairs, umbrella, wagon, you name it they provided it. Highly recommend renting from Donna. She went above and beyond!!

Christmas of 2022 and we had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. The owner, Donna has this condo well stocked with all the things you would need for your stay including beach accessories. Donna was also very on top of our reservation and made a point to keep us very informed of all the condo instructions. She also went above and beyond by sending us an email with all the things to do on and around Anna Maria Island as well as their links. I would highly recommend staying in this condo and working with Donna on any future trips to the island.

Great condo, location, amenities, cleanliness! This condo had everything we needed for a great, week stay: blender (ahem, make pina coladas and take them to the beach across the street!), coffee maker, toaster oven, blow dryer, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.
We went to the BBQ place next door for numerous meals-YUM! One night, we brought our food out to the dock and ate our dinner there, watching the boats and drawbridge.
The pool was very nice and was a nice option at the end of a beach day. Thank you for a great place to stay!

We stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. This property is in a great location and super clean. The condo had everything you need. Donna, the owner, was great to work with. She answered the phone and responded to emails promptly. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank You Donna!

My husband and I had booked two weeks at this condo. We arrived late on a Sunday night and had a great day at the beach on Monday. We were evacuated because of Hurricane Ian on Tuesday. Donna and Mark were wonderful about communicating with us and keeping us updated about the information we needed to know about AMI. We were able to go back to the condo and enjoyed our time there. All the things that you need for time at the beach was available to us at the condo. There was no need to pack anything for the beach - it was all there. Communication with Donna and Mark was great throughout the whole vacation time. They were quick to respond to text messages or voice mails. We can't wait to go back and spend more time there. I would highly recommend this condo!

The location of this place is GREAT! Super close to the trolley, so very convenient to get anywhere on the island.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation to AMI. It's clean, cozy, fully stocked and just a short walk across the street to the best beach on the island. Donna and Mark couldn't have been more friendly and helpful leading up to and during our stay. Can't wait to go back!

Donna was very kind and easy to work with. Her condo is as advertised - very spacious, well stocked, and clean. I particularly enjoyed the screened in deck so that I could listen to the nearby fountain without insects. The complex pool is probably the largest in AMI with plenty of seating and access to restrooms. The location to the beach is also wonderful as it’s right across the street. This was our 3rd year visiting AMI and Runaway Bay was The best located for our family. Donna was very communicative and checked in on us, which was appreciated. My sons, 17 & 8, had plenty of room to give each other breaks. :)

Thanks to Donna and Mark for helping us to have a great time! The condo was clean, had everything that we needed for the condo and great things for the beach as well. Close enough to the pool and the beach where we could walk and the free trolley being right outside the resort was very convenient. Donna was incredible to deal with and her communication with us from start to finish was amazing and we would happily stay with her again.

The condo had everything we needed and more. (Beach supplies, beach toys, beach towels, kitchen items, washer and dryer, etc.) The beach was an easy 5 minute walk. The condo community was safe. Donna had excellent communication throughout our planning and stay. We would recommend this condo to our friends and family as well as would stay again! AMI is beautiful!

Donna’s condo has everything you need for your vacation. The outside closet was stocked with beach chairs, fishing equipment, pool noodles, a cooler, and sand toys. She has beach towels stocked in the laundry room. So perfect if you are traveling from far and have limited space for packing.
Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking needs including spices. My son decided to make French Toast for breakfast and he found cinnamon in the cabinet!
I loved the floor plan because each bedroom was right beside its own bathroom. The master was even separated off on its own hallway. I loved the large closet right beside the master. We really appreciated the tower fan in the master as we like to sleep with a fan.
We really enjoyed our time at Donna’s condo.
Traveler Tip: Order groceries from Walmart on Cortez and schedule for pickup first thing in the morning. It was not a far drive and then you don’t spend vacation time grocery shopping.

Our family of four decided to travel to Florida for the first time to celebrate our 20th anniversary and birthday milestones. Mark and Donna made our trip to Anna Maria Island very welcoming and gave us great information and links to help us plan our trip. The condo is beautifully furnished and very relaxing. The kitchen is adequately furnished to make meals in and the condo is stocked with board games for a great family night. Mark and Donna's condo has you covered for a great vacation. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again. This may have been our first trip to AMI but will not be our last. It's truly a home away from home.

Great Family Vacation
Our family of four decided to travel to Florida for the first time to celebrate our 20th anniversary and birthday milestones. Mark and Donna made our trip to Anna Maria Island very welcoming and gave us great information and links to help us plan our trip. The condo is beautifully furnished and very relaxing. It is well equipped with everything you need for days at the beach to fishing in the bay. The kitchen is adequately furnished to make meals in and the condo is stocked with board games for a great family night. Mark and Donna's condo has you covered for a great vacation. We highly recommend and look forward to staying here again. This may have been our first trip to AMI but will not be our last. It's truly a home away from home.

Beautiful condo right across the street from Bradenton Beach! Very clean, beautifully decorated, stocked with TONS of beach/fishing/picnic supplies, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, etc. - even a wagon to wheel everything to the beach! Communication with Donna was amazing, she was on the ball with absolutely everything! Thank you for an amazing honeymoon week in paradise! <3
