The apartment was comfortable and well located, directly across the street from the beach, with direct access to beautiful sunsets, or a quick swim in the ocean without the hassell of finding a parking spot in what is a very busy beachtown on the weekends. Fun places to dine with a lively, but early nightlife, with things closing at 10 or 11 pm.

Only 1 parking space is allocated to the unit, though the unit can comfortably accommodate four adults, and there appears to be sufficient space available directly behind the designated space for the unit.

I arrived very late at night and the property managers made it so easy for me to gain access. I found it a lovely, modern property, very comfortable and safe. The location is astounding, literally steps from the beach and a short walk to Bridge Street! I used Doordash for some basic's (coffee, cream, bottled water and a couple snacks). I absolutely loved my stay there!

Would have been nice to have even a little packet of coffee for my first morning, but not vital. And this is a mere suggestion, I'm very short, so it was hard to use the bathroom mirrors for toiletries/make up application, and a full length mirror would be a nice touch for us single travelers that need to make sure our attire is put together appropriately :)

Excellent location just across the road from Cortez Beach and close to the bars & restaurants on Bridge Street and Bradenton Beach in general. Decent size unit which really only comfortably accommodates 2 people (and definitely not 4 as advertised). Two very good sized TV's and cable choices to match.

The bathroom door has come off its runner and would not close, therefore not providing the level of privacy one should reasonably expect. This issue is a long standing one judging by a number of earlier reviews. No tangible effort was made to resolve our particular concerns despite repeated requests to do so. In addition there are major construction works ongoing right in front of the condo (major water/sewer replacement programme) with construction traffic and noisy works commencing each morning just after 7am. We had not at any time been advised that these works were in progress. The unit is advertised as being excellent for beach holiday yet, most unusually and disappointingly so, no beach equipment (eg, beach chairs, parasol, etc) was provided at the unit. We actually had to buy our own. Finally the unit is in need of upgrading -old outdated furniture and furnishings dominate, depriving the unit from having a light, modern, "beachy feel".

Nothing worth a mention

I booked this thru Booking.com because I am a 3rd tier member and found out it was passed on to Vacasa with no notice. I will never book with either anymore after that experience. I asked several times for the address and never got it. I don't use coordinates. I finally reached someone at Vacasa and said we were sitting in front of the place and she would not give us the code to open the box to get the key! The place was decent, but old and cheaply repaired like the very wobbly stairs going up to the front door. Overall the booking companies were a hug disappointment AND impossible to reach AND why would they have the answers about a place in FL when they re in the west!!

Vacas and Booking.com I tried to reduce the stay by one day and it cou;dn't be done with Vacasa or Booking.com. Eventually I reached someone by miracle at the Suite who immediately canceled the last night and immediately sent me a refund. For the next month I continued to get emails from Vacasa and Booking.com with the incorrect date of checkout which you still show at the top of this form!!!

Location. Close to beach and shops and some restaurants we liked or would eat at. Different porches to enjoy views. Shower water pressure good.

Unstable flight of stairs up to unit. Really need to address this. Confusion on where we could park since other tenants were in multi unit. Bed pillows needed replacement long ago. Inadequate amount of towels in bathroom. The dark decor wasn’t to our taste for a relaxing beach time. The sink counter was quite high and there could have been small towel racks or hooks to hang things in bathroom.

We loved the place, everything was clean, the location is perfect and they've really thought in everything, so we had a great time and nothing to complain. I'd definitely look forward to book another place managed by Vacasa so we make sure we'll not have any bad surprise :)
