Perfect location … Perfect accommodation for our needs

We stayed for the 4th of July holiday and it was great. Really close to the court house where all the festivities are and really quiet and comfortable.

Great location and property! Thanks! Would love to stay again.

We felt very comfortable in this place. Also a good location for us.
4.7
The house was walking distance to everything. Had everything we needed. Some of the blankets/bedding seemed to need a wash and cleaned up some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms. Both easily remedied, but reason for a 4/5 on cleanliness. Overall would recommend and would stay again.
4.7
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Abba house! Quaint, cozy, comfortable and close to historic downtown. Quickly became "home" away from home. Owner easy to communicate with. I'll stay here again!

Good location. Well kept property

Close to downtown Prescott, able to walk to courthouse for Christmas Parade and Lighting.

No surprises! Just what we expected.....better even. We enjoyed everything about this cute little abode. It is a quant, small house, not fancy, perfect for a nice little get away. Very happy with our experience.
4.7
Wonderful location. Wish the heat could be at least at 70 especially with how cold area gets. Otherwise house was clean kitchen has a good setup. And was easy check in and check ouy.

Enjoyed it so much! Clean, comfortable, close to downtown!

Stayed two nights and liked the location close to Whiskey Row.

This house is in an excellent location if you want to be close to downtown Prescott. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. The owner is readily reachable if there were to be any concerns/questions.

Abby House is very clean and close to the Plaza. It is a cute home and has ample parking. The owner is very helpful and nice. We have enjoyed staying there for 2 years during the car show in Prescott.
4.7
The ABBA house was quaint, comfortable and very well equipped. Great location - convenient to the Square.
The owner is easy to work with and takes pride in her property.
Only constructive feedback is to include in the written description that the property has evaporative cooling, not air conditioning It’s easy to overlook this fact in the expanded details.
Recommend this VRBO listing.

Check in was easy. Furnishings are a bit worn and could use a cleaning. All appliances worked and the AC was great in the unprecedented heat wave. Beds could use new mattresses. Outside areas were great!
4.7
Awesome house we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy.

The location was great. We were unable to check at the designated 4 pm. House has not been cleaned. Called host and got a quick response from her but had to wait till 6:30 pm to check in. Issue with tub-shower. Unable to locate lever. Called host and left message, she texted 4 hours later. Beds were very uncomfortable and linens and towels were old, stained and torn. Host did allow us to check out at 11 rather than 9.

It was a Cozy little place nothing fancy but clean and nice it was just what we were looking for.
I see where it would sleep 4 comfortably.

Our first time in the area. Super clean and cute cottage. Walking distance to a block of Historic registry of homes and also downtown Prescott

I e have stayed at this numerous times and have always been very happy with everything.

It was a great stay. House was super clean, very homey, lots of personal touches throughout. The only thing I would say negative, is the king bed is very very uncomfortable; way too soft, roll right to the middle, can hardly get out. Much too high with the mattress topper (which was very uncomfortable). Mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, the place was great. Will return.

This house is close proximity to walking downtown to restaurants and walking dog to town square and trails on Granite St. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Courtyard on side of house is a plus. House was converted from swamp cooler to AC while we were there - bonus for future guest, noisy for us while there. My only compliant was not being notified in advance with AC conversion until contractor was walking on the roof.

Such a cute little home!! We stayed for my daughter’s bachelorette and were able to walk to Whiskey Row!

I can only say amazing things. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We would definitely stay here again. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outside area is also very clean and well-landscaped. It is located very close to the downtown, just a few minutes walk from Whiskey Row.

We were disappointed. The place hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. It took over an hour to get in touch with the host. The cleaning lady had a family emergency. We waited another hour, because the cleaning lady was going to be there by 6pm. She still hadn't shown up. So we opted to just leave and the host gave us a refund, which was nice. We were disappointed.

Great location. Perfect for our needs to visit family in the area, and also as a base to travel further afield from.

Place is a great location and beautiful place to relax and enjoy the town, first time in Prescott and can't wait to come back

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend in Prescott to do some canoeing and hiking at Watson Lake! This sweet little home was perfect for us and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown. Would recommend it to couples or family for sure!
4.7
Very cute home. Just as described. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy nature. We were in Prescott for the Art/Craft fair and the rental was only a few blocks away from the Yavapai Courthouse. Easy walk to fair location, restaurants and shops.

We stayed 3 nights. The house is clean and cute. It’s an older home but had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Loved loved loved the location. Quick walk to town to numerous shops restaurants and bars. House was small but pretty well outfitted. Could use better lighting in the back bedroom and a full length mirror somewhere would help. Also more hanging hooks everywhere which is one thing I’ve noticed is always lacking in all rentals places. I would go back for sure.

The Abba House worked just fine for us while we were in town dropping our son off at ERAU. No major complaints; the host's description is pretty accurate and the proximity to Whiskey Row for an easy walk was great. Someone mentioned having to walk up and down a big hill but that is only if you take the street the house is on. If you take the street on the side it is a fairly flat walk. The house is obviously old but everything functioned as intended. Because of some of the reviews we were expecting a little more quaintness and charm. Again, to be clear, there's nothing wrong with the home we just wanted to share our observations for future guests. The neighborhood was fairly quiet but a little run down. The neighbors are very close and the upkeep on their property wasn't great during our stay. As people mentioned, parking is in the dirt on a little hill on the side. We had daily monsoons so the driveway and the sidewalk were always muddy which got in the car and the house but not the end of the world. We had different expectations for the interior based on the reviews but that is not really the host's fault. I would not use the terms cute, cozy or spotless. It is more like your first place out of the dorms or staying at your 'no-nonsense' grandparents house. It is all seems very thrift store chic. The living room chairs were OK, the couch was a little broken down. The master bed was fairly comfortable but, as mentioned, it gets flooded with light in the morning, which is rough. We tried the other bedroom the second night but found the mattress very uncomfortable, all of which is personal preference. Bathroom is small but functional. Plenty of towels and linens for us. Having laundry is great although it is in the basement which is accessed via an external staircase. Took quite a while and an engineering student to get the TV to connect but once we did it we had no problems (The host may have been able to help, we didn't call). Note: People apparently never sign out of their apps so we had a ton of options. Kitchen had the basics, we didn't do a ton of cooking. Some dishware was a little dirty but that can happen anywhere. We only turned swamp cooler on once as weather was fairly mild but no issues. We only used the carriage house once for lunch but I can see why people would like it. Again, the house served its purpose for us. It was cheaper than a hotel, especially near Whiskey Row, and gives you much more room. Consider giving it a shot.

This home is super cute and has a nice outside area to enjoy during nice weather. It does have a swamp cooler and not a traditional AC but as long as the weather is nice it kept the home nice and cool. I recommend this home if you want a quiet home within walking distance to Whiskey Row
