The property was great for the entire family from grandparents, adult children and grandkids. The property was everything that was posted and the pictures were accurate. We were there for an entire week and our stay at 1 Capri Lane . The living space was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was definitely the hang out area from sun up to sun down. The ocean was so close in proximity so we were back and forth multiple times a day. The only thing for sleeping that would have made it better was better shades on the bedroom windows. Our family of 16 would recommend this property for everyone.

The house was perfect for the 12 of us. The pool was wonderful and we also took the very short walk to the beach daily. We rented bikes and visited Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining and way too much ice cream. We would definitely come again.

Excellent. The property was just as described, it suited our group of 14 perfectly. Jim, the host, was excellent in answering questions and communicating before, during, and after our stay. Top notch in every way. With the beach access, the pool, and the location it was the perfect setting for celebrating our 50th anniversary with children and grandchildren.

There were 13 of us - 8 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well stocked, the linens were a nice quality and the decor was beachy and lovely. There were extra beach chairs and the second refrigerator was a bonus! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. It is a short, easy walk to the beach. The property manager was very attentive and we received a nice welcome note from the owner. There was plenty of room for family games and loads of dining seats at the bar, round table and long table. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs. We all really enjoyed our time here and will be back next year!

We loved our stay at 1 Capri Lane! The home was perfect for our group and we had lots of room for us all, since we were multi-generational. My mother-in-law loved having the elevator so she did not need to navigate the stairs.
The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved that since we actually like to eat in meals often. Also, the living space was comfortable and we especially loved the screen porch area.
The walk to the beach was perfect and so easy and that was our favorite part! Having the wagon there to use was a huge help for carrying our beach supplies to and from.
Also, Jim was super responsive to all of our questions, so that was wonderful!
Overall, the accommodations and location were perfect for our needs and we had a great time! Hope to return to 1 Capri Lane again!

Our group of 13 found this home to be very comfortable for the 5 family groups who came together for a great vacation on an island we've been to many times before. Spacious accommodations, nice pool and spa, the elevator made it easier to haul suitcases up a couple of flights, and the short walk to the beach was popular for all.

This home was wonderful, from the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen and family room where we had plenty of room to gather all together. The pool was just right after a day at the beach when the kids just wanted an little extra water time without the sand and mess. It was comfortable and cool and the mosquito proof screened porch was perfect when the bugs came out in the evenings. We loved it.

Capri 1 was the perfect home for our group’s vacation! The home was beautifully decorated ,spotless and well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable! Located near the beach and shopping area it was by far our best vacation and our group voted to return next year We have been vacationing to Hilton Head for many years and this is winner!

It was a wonderful experience. The home was super comfortable, updated, very clean, had all the necessities, in a great neighborhood that is steps from the beach, a wonderful pool and we would definitely stay there again. It did not let us down and we are pretty spoiled. We will stay again.

Our family vacation for 2023 was a wonderful week staying at 1 Capri Lane, Hilton Head. We had a fabulous week. There were 19 people and the house worked so well for everyone. Lots of room to gather in the living room, dining area and kitchen. Beautifully furnished and well equipped kitchen. Great breakfast bar to gather around. Sleeping arrangements also worked well and everyone had their own bathrooms. The pool area and deck and screened porch are spacious and did we enjoy the pool! Lots of teenagers and young adults in our group and they were never bored with beach, pool and game room. Walking to the beach is easy. Just a very short walk to a beautiful stretch of beach. The house is centrally located to activities in Hilton Head. We enjoyed this home and highly recommend it for a large group.

The property is ideally located. We had 8 adults and 8 teenagers celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. Our teens enjoyed biking to Coligny shopping and getting shaved ice and fishing on the beach. The beach is so convenient, just a 3 minute walk. Easy to run back to the house. Both the property owner and manager were easy to work with and quick to respond. One suggestion is to bring eye shades. Each room has windows with no coverings (small ones above the larger windows) that let in light at all times. For our early risers it was no problem 😊. I would highly recommend staying at 1 Capri!

Well maintained, spacious rooms and dining areas, well stocked kitchen, wonderful pool area and nice to have a second refrigerator on lower level . Easy walk to the beach, especially with the wagons to assist to carry chairs, etc. Property manager responsive to any questions and pleasant to work with. so happy to have chosen this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren!

Everything from the well-decorated home to the cleanliness to all the additional amenities were great at 1 Capri Lane. We had 14 family members for the week, ages 2 1/2 to 75 years old. Everyone were very happy there and had a wonderful time.

We had our entire immediate family for a fun family week long beach vacation. This included Grandpa, Grandma, their 3 daughters, the 3 daughters husbands and a total of 10 children age ranging from 14 down to 1.5 yr olds.
The entire family really enjoyed the property, its location, and the space in the home.
There was a small issue with a bathroom leak that started before we arrived and after a visit from the plumber all seemed to be okay.
The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and cozy. The pool was on the small side but plenty big enough for what we wanted. Unfortunately the Hot Tub comes at an extra expense so we passed on the use of heating it.
The ping pong table was a fun evening activity, though the paddles were in bad shape, for a place this nice I'd like to see nicer equipment, especially since the table itself is nice.
The location was great, we stayed in the same area in the past so we had an idea of what to expect, but shops and gas station are within a short bike ride, the beach is a short walk with private beach access.
The owner and property manager were both nice, great communicators, and for the most part accommodating. We weren't able to get early check in which is something we usually look for, especially in Hilton Head where getting on the island in the afternoon can be difficult.
Overall the entire family was happy and had a great time at 1 Capri.

Our family stayed the starting Saturday, August 13th. The house is very nice and was very clean. The kitchen was spacious and had a lot of seating for eating. The one exception is in a couple of the showers there was a little mold around the shower doors/tile but otherwise we loved the house. Lots of rooms and areas to spread out and the pool/spa area was very nice. We definitely will consider staying at this house again.

We had the BEST time on our first trip to Hilton Head staying at 1 Capri. The pool was absolutely perfect for our group (which included 9 kids ages 2-10), and the bedroom setup was great in allowing the adults to socialize after the kids went to bed without worrying about waking them up. The access to the pool was our one worry going in, since we didn’t know the setup, and we were so relieved to know the kids had more than just one door to exit before being able to reach the water (main door, screened in porch door, AND pool gate). With some mischievous toddlers, we were definitely a bit concerned initially but it was perfect. A few minor issues we had during the stay were resolved quickly as Fred and James were both extremely responsive. With the large family that we have this is the first time we have been able to have a vacation like this all in one house, and we made some amazing memories. We have already talked about coming back!!

We come back because the property could not be more perfect….the beach, the pool and hot tub, the deck and lots of space for gathering or having quiet moments. And Fred, the property manager could not be more responsive when needed.

This property is wonderful! So much space for our group of 17 people. Perfect pool and so easy to get to the beach! All the things for the beach are so helpful. The kitchen is also nicely stocked! Our foodie crew enjoyed having some of the extra things in the kitchen that don’t always come with a vrbo. We are already trying to find a time to come again!

We had a great stay at this house. Lots of room for family and friends to sleep and hangout. Very close walk to the beach and nearby Sonesta resort for events. House had all the items we needed during our stay including an elevator that was great for getting heavier items upstairs. This property was well kept and was the perfect location to the beach and Coligny Plaza! Jim was very responsive with any questions I had and throughout the booking process. The amount of beach toys and chairs were very helpful as well. My only complaint is a house this size should have at least one pack and play already at the house for guests. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely come back!

1 Capri was a great place for my family reunion. There were 11 of us and the home allowed great times together and times apart. Location was fantastic, an amazing beach was just a few minutes walk. The house supplied all a group would need for a day at the beach. The pool area was neat and clean. Plenty of chairs and recliners. We enjoyed having a screened in porch. I look forward to our next visit to 1 Capri, it didn't disappoint!

Our family has been to Hilton Head numerous times and this home was perfect for our now grown children and their spouses. The lay out of bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. The owner’s stock of beach chairs and umbrellas was very much appreciated. We did pay for pool and spa heat and the system works really well. Just follow the instructions and it’s super easy. We had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of promptly with no further issues. Sure the living room furniture could use a refresh, and I guess it’s time to update the kitchen cookware, but neither of those 2 things take away from my 5 star rating. It would just make the home seem fresh again.

Capri lane is a swamp we had several nights with downpour
rain and had to wade through mucky mudding water to get
to the beach. one more negative the grill we fully
expected to cook out but there was no way I would
ever cook on a grill that was filled with greasy gunk
