The Grand Panama Beach Resort - L'une des plus belles stations balnéaires de Panama City Beach. Le Grand Panama Resort est dans une classe à part! Ce complexe unique en son genre a ouvert ses portes en août 2007 sur le sable blanc cristallin du golfe du Mexique à Panama City Beach, en Floride. Ce complexe se trouve sur 35 hectares de plage immaculée.
Le Grand Panama Beach Resort présente une architecture de pointe, des hébergements luxueux, des plages de sable blanc, un spa à service complet et de fantastiques piscines. Nous avons un lit king size dans la chambre principale et un lit queen size dans la deuxième chambre. Il y a aussi un ensemble de lits superposés en taille réelle, ainsi qu'un canapé-lit. Ce magnifique condo peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat. Ce condo est situé au 6e étage de la Grand Tower 1 (unité 605). Vous pouvez profiter de la vue sur l'océan depuis le balcon, le salon, la chambre principale, le coin repas et même la cuisine. D'autres bâtiments n'obstruent pas la vue sur l'océan. Vous avez une fabuleuse vue panoramique sur l'océan depuis ce condo! Cette unité comprend également des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur dans le condo. Vous pouvez également commander des locations de DVD gratuites sur place et en profiter sur les lecteurs Blu-ray avec chaque téléviseur!

It was a great location .
When we got to our room found it hadn't been cleaned and no sheets for the beds the floors were dirty and gritty with sand and dirty towles on bathroom floor. We paid good money for this condo and expected good service, contated the owner on sunday morning didnt hear from him.so called at 1pm said cleaning crew was coming at 2pm to clean everything. Well we back from beach and all they did was put sheets on master bed and left towles , the 2nd bed and buck beds weren't touched and floors still not cleaned , we were on vacation and shouldn't have to clean up after other ppl. This is the only complaint .

8 days. Most high rise condos have long elevator waits but this was probably the least waiting we’ve had to do. Great location. Nice clean unit.

There were 8 adult family members staying in this condo with sleeping room for all. The full sized bunks were a nice addition and I was told they were comfortable. The mattresses in the bedrooms were sagging in the middle so it took a little getting used to but wouldn’t prevent me from a return visit. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions and that was a definite plus! Location was good and the two pools were both wonderful!

Way smaller than it appears in the pictures, wait time for elevators was ridiculous and most of the stay, there was always one that wasn’t working, parking sucks if you have a full size vehicle or truck and the thermostat was locked at 70

This beachfront condo was the perfect place for our family of 7. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The view was awesome with plenty of balcony space. This condo was updated and modern, very clean, and the kitchen was spacious with plenty of room to cook meals and eat. There was plenty of room, and no one had to be crowded. The bathrooms are large. The location of this condo is close to the elevators, and the balcony overlooks the pool area and beach. We were less than 200 yards from the ocean, and could see the pier from the balcony. Check in and out process was easy, and the property owner is super personable. We have already began planning our next trip to stay here.

Grand Panama was wonderful!! The condo had plenty of room for our family of 8. The condo has been updated since photos and was more than what I was expecting. Pool and beach access were great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy as well as loading and unloading. Condo had all the starter necessities and plenty dishes. The Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom could use updating. It squeaks with every move and the mattress is not comfortable. Overall, the condo was wonderful and we would stay here again.

The condo was a little dusty .. I had to knock off a lot of dust in the return duct in the master bathroom.. the mattress in the spare bedroom sinks in the middle so really good for one person .. but overall it was a good visit More communication on how they pcb resort can’t help with you with any condo info only parking .. I had to call to see how I was to be told the room code and the response I got was you will get it right before 4 at check in .. wasn’t expecting to check in any sooner but I have always been down there at other places and they will allow you to go in in the condo if the room was ready .. and I never received an email stating any check in procedures

There was construction right outside our door starting at 6am. Condo was filthy. Brochure indicated heated pool and on prem restaurant but no such thing. Furniture was damaged and in poor condition. I definitely would not recommend this condo.

We stayed at this resort last year but in a different condo so we knew what to expect. This unit absolutely met our needs, was clean and the ocean view from the kitchen sink is awesome. We had a minor maintenance issue with one of the two toilets and I emailed the owner in the evening, after business hours. He responded almost immediately and we had someone to correct the problem the next morning. The maintenance guy that came in was competent, trustworthy and considerate. The owner also checked back with us several times to be certain all was corrected. Very grateful for the attention to resolve the isse. Kitchen was well stocked. TV's have cable and ROKU. We will definitely consider this property/condo again if we go back to Panama City Beach.

Check in was very easy, we were able to check in early which was great for the little ones. View was AWESOME!! Only issue was the tiki hut bar, was closed alot (could've been due to weather) and the girl working it isn't very pleasant. Other than that, we will be back!

Was a very nice condo. My only issue was sliding door in living room VERY hard to open/close. Parking for large trucks on this property can be difficult. Deck isn't designed for them. Lots of space in unit, had everything we needed. Only 2 of us but easily can handle 6.

Amazing!
Beautiful condo. Plenty of room for my husband, our 3 teens, and I. The condo had everything we needed. Live music nightly at the Tiki Bar was great. Tiki Bar had great drink and food selections with evening entertainment! Very clean condo and amenities. Our condo was right in front of the elevator, so it was so easy. We will be staying again!

Excellent for the price!!
We absolutely loved the condo!! It was beautiful and spacious. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is time for a new mattress in quest room and time for new living room furniture. Other than that it was perfect. The master bed was amazing and bunks were very comfortable too!! We would definitely stay here again.

We were notified by the property owner a couple of weeks before arrival we would need to pay an additional $20 per vehicle for parking and wristbands to use the onsite facilities. I found nothing in the ad for the property to indicate this. When I spoke with the property owner, they stated it was for wristbands only and not parking. Even though the email they sent very clearly stated it was for parking as well. Upon arrival, it was actually $30 per vehicle for parking and wristbands. There was no free parking available onsite and you could not use the pool or hot tub area without paying this extra fee. Very disappointing.

Great location but could be updated
Location and property were great! It had some beach chairs and toys in the unit, which was beneficial. Condo unit itself could have been cleaner and updated. Vents were all dirty and dusty. Rugs and couch were worn and ripped. Balcony table was rusty. Bring your own pillows for better comfort. If the property had just a little more attention it would be outstanding. I would stay again at grand panama but maybe try another unit.

The condo was very clean and it was in a nice location. We got there a little early and they went ahead and allowed us to get in. Very easy to communicate with immediate response we give this a 5 star all around!
