Breakfast line. Long and crowded

Beachfront with balconies was great. The pool was heated. Staff was friendly. Great for kids.

They are renovating right now. So, I expected some issues. Breakfast was plate and go and an extremely crowded wait. Beds were clean but very firm and uncomfortable. Cleaning service for room was not provided during our stay, and we were not told this was not happening.

It was all great. I went in the wrong time of year. That is okay my fault. Great veiw, the room was nice but hard for a handicap person to get around in. It should have had only one bed. Breakfast was great. Will be back in the summertime or early fall.

Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights Roaches in our room, they had paper holding up shower handle, they changed our room, and our view was blocked by a tree. Sand in our already made bed. The food was awful 😖 no housekeeping, but gives towels and takes out trash. It's not worth the money. Very large roaches outside the doors on our lower lever.Our room did not match our reservation for handicap room, suppose to have 3 queen beds had 2 queen beds, and a pullout couch. The bathroom was dirty and had other people's bags in a drawer. Sand on floor all over the room.

The pool area was awesome, the location was quiet and great, convenient.

The breakfast was okay.

I prefer staying on the upper floor all they had was the 2nd floor available. It was ok.

I personal liked everything .The staff was Great ! Along with the service ,food, location ect..

What i didn't like Is that my room had Roaches but the room next door didn't have any..

Not amble parking. Snuck in extra fees. Rundown. Not worth the fortune it costs to stay here

The room was split for added privacy. The room had comfortable beds. We loved the full sized refrigerator. The balcony was nice. The pool was great. The guards, mermaids, housekeeping, and breakfast ladies were AMAZING!!

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. The staff at the front desk didn't seem happy.

The fact that I ask for higher level and always end up on the 2nd floor. If they are doing with on the higher level rooms they should make that known on the site.

My personal experience was unpleasant, excessive noise (music) the room was no what I was expecting , no updates are visible, not enough TV channels and breakfast is not good at all..

The breakfast was lumpy grits, biscuits, and eggs, cereal, and fruit. I didn’t enjoy it.

I didn’t want to stay the second night, apart of the room was very old and the bathroom was disgusting. It made my skin crawl. I had to go buy cleaning supplies to relax.

Reason we keep coming back! Breakfast and location.

Wish there was a couch or loveseat in the room.
