L'entrée est privée et séparée, sûre et éclairée. Vous avez votre propre parking hors rue assez grand pour 2 voitures en tandem. Entrez dans une cuisine spacieuse et ultra moderne et entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les plats de cuisine et de divertissement. Il est ouvert sur un salon chaleureux et accueillant avec une grande télévision à écran plat, des sièges composables en cuir, une nouvelle cheminée chaleureuse et un espace de travail. Les portes coulissantes s'ouvrent sur le patio avec bain à remous et un jardin en terrasse où nous cultivons nos légumes et nos fleurs.
Chacune des 2 chambres est meublée d'un lit queen et dispose d'un immense placard. Le bain est magnifique avec une douche surdimensionnée. Vous aurez accès à une buanderie commune.

The place is super chill with great views and an incredible array of vegetables and plants around. A couple of dogs made their debut. They were all nice. The place was clean, neat, and in a quiet neighborhood. My partner and I both felt very safe.

The unit is very nice! Has everything you need! Excellent shower with great water pressure! Thr beds are comfortable. The hot tub was perfect after a busy day of exploring. The hosts were great and very reaponsive!

The hosts were great! Very accommodating to anything we needed and easy to talk to. The unit was perfect, it matches the photos. Nice parking spot in the front, walk down a few steps to a walkway that leads to the door. No stairs inside the unit. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night we were there. I set up my workstation on the desk behind the couch and worked remotely just like I do from home. WiFi worked great for that and all of our devices.
Arvada is an awesome piece in Denver and a great home base while visiting. Old Town Arvada has all the food and shopping and is a neat little place to walk around, or hop on the train to downtown in 20 mins. We enjoyed breakfast at George’s nearby and many other restaurants nearby. We did a lot in the week we were there: Golden, Lookout Mountain, Idaho Springs, Boulder Falls, Estes Park, RMNP, Butterfly Pavillion, and ended the week with a concert at Red Rocks! One of the best vacations ever!

This was our first time visiting Colorado and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was within an hour to hour and half drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were super nice. The house was amazing, amenities were great, bed was comfortable and we used the hot tub every night. Russel and Carolyn were beyond amazing and caring and were great to talk with and they gave us plenty of advise on things to do and offered help with anything we needed. If we stay near Denver again, this is our spot. I definitely recommend it for anyone choosing there next visit to or near Denver.

This lower unit in Russ and Carolyn’s home was perfect for our short stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the unit was clean and comfortable.

This property is very nice. They supplied everything you could possibly need, and probably a little you hadn’t even thought of! Finishes are high-end, it was spacious, roomy, and exactly as advertised. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We so enjoyed our stay this past week. The home was beautiful and the kitchen very well appointed. The backyard was amazing and coffee or meals on the patio were a delight. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a full day. Perfect location and the Carolyn was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this year. The place is roomy and comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. The hosts are really great, they are there if you need them but never intrude on your privacy. The location is central to a lot of the area, with most places 20 to 30 minutes away. I highly recommend this place if staying in the Denver, Boulder, Golden area.

I highly recommend this rental. It was newly remodeled, very comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space! The hot tub was wonderful, and there’s two tables and chairs, one covered and one, in the sun! Their flower and vegetable gardens were beautiful and tasty, our hosts shared both! Carolyn and Russ gave us great suggestions on where to go, and what to do, where. We will be back!

Very clean. Was in town for 4 nights for a celebration of life. Was nice to have a "comfy" place to come back to. Cleanest vrbo I've ever stayed in. Beautiful garden. Great shower pressure. Would definitely rent again. Well stocked kitchen utenzils / seasonings. Was nice to be able to cook breakfast at the "crib"

Colorado Adventure
Property was ready for our use - very clean and set up to move in. Property managers were there to help with moving in and answering any questions and then left us to enjoy our vacation. Everything we needed was in the property and the property was located in a nice neighborhood with access to the many activities available in the area. We would definitely come back if we have the opportunity.

Wonderful stay
Our hosts were super-attentive and gracious; the space was conveniently located to a nearby grocery store, downtown, Red Rocks, and a jaunt we took to go rafting in Idaho Springs; super-clean and had everything we could need. The backyard/garden and hot tub were lovely, too. Thanks so much! We'll be back if we are in Denver again!

Perfect stay!
We were visiting family in the area and our stay at the Scenic Heights home in Arvada could not have been better. The description and reviews are all entirely accurate. The hosts were friendly, the accommodations were super clean, and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. We even had fun hosting our family at "our place" for dinner one night. The backyard is a beautiful oasis and coffee on the patio was a peaceful start to every morning. Thanks so much Carolyn and Russ!

Amazing Stay!!
Our experience could not have been better here with our hosts! The check in was easy, they provided everything we could if needed! Gorgeous views of Longs Peak and nice patio for relaxing- hot tub was wonderful, clean and easy to use.
I would recommend this property with a 10 star rating!!!

Perfection
Everything about this property was top quality. It was extremely clean, the location made it easy to get to Golden (our requirement for this particular trip) and the hosts were welcoming, available and very patient with me during the one operator error microwave scenario! Would highly recommend staying here and will plan to do so on future trips to the area.

Excellent Arvada Apartment
This Arvada apartment is a gem! Russell and Carolyn, are perfect hosts ensuring you have all you need, making sure you are welcomed from the first moment you arrive.
As we stayed for the Christmas period, we even had a beautiful Christmas tree to welcome us!
The property is located in a central position to downtown Denver, or the mountains…we chose it because it is only 4 minutes from our family’s house, so very convenient.
It is a basement apartment, so there are some steps to head down to the private entrance - this may be an issue for some people, but we found it no problem.
The layout is very amenable; a cozy living room area with plenty of couches, big screen TV, and a gas fireplace that warmed everything almost instantly.
There is a desk for those that may have to work, and the wifi speed is great, with no dead spots.
The kitchen area has all the appliances you should need, with a small table and chairs. There is a large pantry stocked with essential equipment, and you have all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you need in the kitchen cabinets.
The two bedrooms have queen beds which are both very comfortable, and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
The shower is spacious and the water pressure is fantastic!
There is a large outdoor area, plus a hot tub, although we did not take advantage of this as we stayed over the Christmas period.
Overall, it became our home away from home, and we will be staying there again when we return for family visits! A final note for these days of Covid; the entire apartment was spotless and is cleaned ahead of every visit to the owners rigorous, high standards. We cannot emphasize how impressed we were on first walking through the door!
If we could give it 10 stars we would…but 5 will have to do!!

We had a great time at the house. Carolyn and Russell were great hosts and so accommodating throughout our stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and the location is easily accessible to the mountains and downtown Denver. We loved the hot tub and fire pit especially! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know coming to Denver.

Best hosts
In addition to it being in a great location for our purposes (fast and easy to the airport/Denver and Red Rocks) this place is cute, clean and comfortable. We had travel snafus that were eased greatly by our hosts' offers of food and rides, and one morning we were brought fresh cantaloupe from their garden, followed by a ride to the airport for a car rental pick-up. Great folks, great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was well appointed with plenty of space, plenty of outlets and comfortable furniture. The hosts were readily available but not intrusive. The unit was near any kind of store and restaurants you could need. It's kind of central to visiting Denver and the surrounding attractions like Red Rocks or Golden. It was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable to lounge around on. There's a full kitchen that is stocked with plenty of cookware. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the place and the host.

Comfy and clean!
Access was super easy- loved that there was a separate walkway to the back of the house. Super clean and roomy! Plenty of room to spread out. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the beds were AMAZE! Owner was very friendly and accessible. Location was perfect, in a nice low key neighborhood. Would def recommend and stay again!

Very nice spot close to Denver
Had a great time in Denver, the owners were super nice and even told us about the train station near the house. The house itself was great, it had all the appliances needed. Truly felt like home away from home. 10/10 would stay again.

Arvada rental
The online information is accurate and the owners were very accommodating. The outside area was a nice surprise although there is a busy road a half a block away so there is traffic noise when sitting outside but inside was quiet with the windows closed. The unit is very comfortable and we slept well in the comfy beds. The kitchen is well stocked. We would rent again but would definitely rent a car since stores and restaurants are not walking distance- at least in the summer heat.

Great location for us
The basement apartment worked out well for us, as it was close to our daughter's family and an easy commute. A large park is within easy walking distance, if you want some exercise. The appliances were higher end, and the owners provided lots of nice extra touches. They were friendly, but respected our privacy. We would stay there again.

Basement Apartment - Not Executive Apartment
The hosts were very nice - but they live above the apartment and you can hear everything. They are very helpful if you would like that but if you expect privacy and quiet this may not be the best place.
Accommodations were clean and well-stocked. Very comfortable.
