Une télévision de 50 "à l'étage avec un lecteur DVD Blue Ray, une télévision de 42 'en bas et une autre de 42" dans la suite principale King Master, et une télévision à écran plat 32' dans chacune des chambres King Master. Il y a aussi une télévision dans chaque chambre. Quatre chambres principales, une salle de jeux avec table de billard, Playstation, Internet sans fil, ordinateur, piscine (avec chauffage) et bain à remous ne sont que quelques-uns des équipements fournis pour votre plus grand plaisir.
Notre maison se trouve du côté de l'océan sur la route 12 et se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de l'accès à la plage. Draps et serviettes de bain fournis. Notre maison est adaptée aux enfants et tous les meubles sont fixés au mur pour protéger votre enfant. Pack and Play (2), chaise haute, poussette, porte bébé et autres articles de première nécessité pour enfants, fournis pour votre commodité.
Le niveau inférieur a une salle de jeux avec une nouvelle table de billard et des appareils électroniques, une chambre queen, une chambre avec deux lits superposés, une salle de bain complète et une laveuse et sécheuse.

The stay at the house was great! Check in was quick and easy and communication with Carri was excellent. A couple of minor issues while we were there, but Carri responded quickly and handled them efficiently (which I truly appreciated).
I will definitely recommend to friends and families in the future.

The property accommodated 16 family members easily. Pool and hot tube were a great bonus. Only a short 10 minute walk to the beach. We really liked the area as well.

Great place to have 16 people. There was enough space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was a very easy 10 minute walk to the beach. It was nice being close to shopping and eating also. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great location. Nice home layout with plenty of bedrooms and fantastic large kitchen / Family room. Pool is amazing and secluded! Pool table was fun. Other really good amenities! A great week!

We had 11 adults and 7 kids (age 5 and under) staying. The walk to the beach was easy and we went often. Pool was great for the kids to swim in because ocean swimming and pool swimming are different, especially for young kids. The top level AC did not work for the 1st two days but the owners got someone over as soon as they could and it was fixed. The house was as expected from the listing and pictures. This was our first time vacationing as a large family and overall it was wonderful!

Wally & Carri were very accommodating no matter when I texted her she responded back immediately. We had a last-minute emergency one of the friends that were coming with us Their dog sitter backed out, and there was no room in the kennel for there dog.Carri said that wouldn’t be a problem to bring the dog they were so happy they got to come on their vacation and didn’t have to say home with Luna.Our friends were very appreciative that she could accommodate them at the last minute.We loved the property.We arrive in OBX early that day and we just trying to figure out what we where going to do until we could check in to the house. With in minutes my phone went off and it was Carri letting me know that we could check in early which was a Hugh help to all of us Thank you Wally & Carri for letting us rent your house this was the first time we went though Vrbo and it was much easier then using the rental companies the keyless entry was perfect and the lift for the suite cases and groceries was a Hugh help so we didn’t have to carry them up 3 flights of steps. Thank you again for everything.

We had a fabulous week, the house was perfect for our family reunion with 19 people! At no point did we feel crowded in the house with all the decks large rooms and pool area. The short walk to the beach and shops was prefect for our group. Also, Carrie was very quick to respond with any questions I had along the way. I will definitely look to book with them again.

House had everything you could want. Only negative not very clean, vents, ceiling fans extremly dirty. Kitchen counter, stove and table sticky and dirty.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The place was as described and had lots of space (and fridges which was a plus). Close to the beach. We enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub after our time at the beach. This home was tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Lots of new memories were made here. Can’t wait to get back to OBX.

Perfect house for our family of 17. Walk to beach is a little long but doable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The added lift to get food and luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors was a lifesaver.

The house was exactly as described, clean and felt like home. Absolutely beautiful. Short walk to the beach and close enough to town that we could walk. When we got there the lift to the second and third floors broke and the homeowner expedited the process to get it fixed for us asap. Highly recommend staying in this home and with Carrie. 10/10.

We definitely enjoyed this house. We had multiple families with ages from infant to 60ish. The walk to the beach was easy, the pool and hot tub were great and the house was clean and in good shape. Contact with the owner was good. I messaged her a few times with questions and got prompt replies. It was a really good experience.

The weather didn’t cooperate with our outside plans but it was great to catch up with cousins.
A couple of house issues needed attention and they are being addressed. The owners responded quickly to us.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would rent this house again.

We rented this house for a week. Good location. Loved the privacy of the lot. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty big for our group of 11. We enjoyed the open layout upstairs for our nightly family dinners. Would recommend staying here.

Home has great amenities. Lots of bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were clean and great. But home was filthy. The kitchen and living room floor are on third floor. This floor was not mopped in a long time. My 2 year old grandson walked on floor with barefoot when we got there. Looked at his feet a short time later and his feet were black. Bathroom floors and mats were not cleaned either. Overall we had a great time but everyone was not happy with cleanliness.

We had an amazing time! The house provided enough room for our group of 14 (7 adults, 7 children) to enjoy some well needed time together. The beautiful beach was a perfect distance to get the kids easily back and forth throughout the day and the pool provided nice relief when they were tired of the sand and waves. The house is also within walking distance from shopping / groceries / games. The house was clean, comfortable and, more importantly, safe for kids! Highly recommend booking time at Funk N Treasure!

Just returned home from an amazing week long vacation with my very large family in OBX! We had a group of 13 adults and 2 little kids. We absolutely loved the house - the pool & hot tub were a big hit, the game room was a great place to hang out after the kids were put to bed and the walk to the beach was much quicker/easier than I expected! Carrie was always quick to respond whenever we messaged her (leading up to and during our trip) and she & her husband went above and beyond to help us when we had an unexpected issue with the fridge (things happen). We'd love to come back and stay again!

My family had a wonderful experience at the Funk n Treasure house. It is a beautiful and one of the cleanest houses we’ve ever stayed in. There were 11 adults and 5 children aged 15 months to 7 years old. This house was perfect as each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The pool was large enough to accommodate all of us and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. With little ones it was nice to know that all the furniture was strapped down. Carri Funk is quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. The only drawback to my family is that it is a walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who has a big family. We all enjoyed the space there.

Our family of 17 used this lovely home for our bi- annual family reunion. We traveled from California, Washington, and Virginia to experience the lovely Outer Banks, and were not disappointed! This home was more than large enough to accommodate all of us, with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare huge meals, and space enough to gather for them. We loved hanging by the pool, watching movies in both living spaces, and the short distance to the beach and shops. Such a great home! We highly recommend it for ANY large groups!

The only complaint I have is that our stay went by so fast. My family and I visits OBX once every year. We have to say that this was the most relaxing stay by far. The home was clean, beautiful, welcoming and Carri was in touch with us as needed throughout the stay. We love it and would love to rent again.

The Funk n Treasure house had lots of room for all ages to enjoy the property. The 7 bathrooms made life a lot easier. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/dishware/cookware. Distance to grocery and shopping was 3 minutes in each direction. Would rent again.

The house was clean and inviting. There were no starter rolls of toilet paper or soap of any kind when we arrived— which was really inconvenient with kids from a long ride. We left tons of both, so hopefully the next guests were provided for and we also replaced the gas for the grill and clean it pretty thoroughly. I’m sure The cleaning team is very busy, but a quick check on these little items goes a long way. The hosts were friendly and responsive and we had a lovely time at their home— the child safety items were greatly appreciated since we had a toddler running around. There is construction right next door, but when we turned on the pool speakers—- it wasn’t a distraction. Overall, the nicest rental We have stayed in.

My family and I (12 people total) stayed for a week and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and in a nice quiet location close to the beach. Carrie (host) was very responsive and addressed all questions promptly. I highly recommend this unit and would certainly stay again!

Excellent experience with the property and hosts! We were grateful for information provided prior to our stay that helped us adequately plan for our large family group. Child safety features were much appreciated! Comfortable rooms, spacious kitchen and dining areas, and plenty of place to gather inside and out. The pool was the perfect size and used daily. The 10-minute walk to the beach access was fine for most in our group.

Overall, a good experience. We have stayed at several Corolla properties and this one is well suited (cul de sac location, heated pool, well stocked kitchen, etc). Owner response is timely and corrects any issue. While the listing does state linens are provided, the guest is responsible to put them on. A nice property though and can accommodate many families needs.
