I feel the outside sitting area could have been a bit nicer and definitely needed a power wash to the pavement, our feet were always very dirty

Amazing position - close to the beach and lovely restaurant within 100 yards!
Very clean and new! Pool was lovely.
Bed was very firm - had difficulty sleeping! We like a firm bed but this was too firm.

Bei unserer Floridareise war diese Unterkunft der Highligt. Check-In war völlig problemlos. Der Zugangscode wurde mit der Nachricht, dass das Appartement bezugsfertig ist, zugesendet. Wir hatten das Appartement im 1. Stock zur Meer/Straßenseite. Parkplatz befand sich direkt vor der Tür. Das Appartement verfügt über einen riesigen Wohn-/ Essbereich mit großen Fenstern zum Meer. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist toll. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit Herd/Backofen/Mikrowelle/Spülmaschine/Kühl-/Eisschrank und ausreichend Geschirr. Handtücher inkl. Starterpaket mit 2 Tabs/Spülmittel und Cewa. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Lage des Appartements ist auch perfekt. Man kann zum Strand (Bean Point Beach) laufen (ca. 15-20min), oder zur gegenüberliegenden Seite der Insel, dort gibt es eine tolle Beach Bar. Check-Out war auch problemlos, kurze Nachrichtl das man ausgecheckt hat. Das wars.
Die Klimaanlage hört man in dem Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett schon ziemlich laut. Daher hatten wir die Temperatur nachts immer relativ hoch gedreht, damit die Klimanlage nur sehr wenig lief.
Es schaute für uns so aus, dass das Appartement früher mal über eine Veranda verfügt hat, diese aber dann mit in den Wohn-/Essraum eingebunden wurde. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Wäre toll wenn es hier eine Verande gegeben hätte, wo man morgens seinen Kaffee mit Blick aufs Meer genießen hätte können. :)

Property was clean and well decorated as well as only 4-5 blocks from the our favorite beach. The door code made it easy to come and go without worrying about a key. The pool area was clean and the water was refreshing.
There seems to be a person living on the property above the room we were staying in who was up all hours of the night with what sounded like sanding furniture. The beds were very firm for our liking and somewhat uncomfortable.

Close to ocean
Was not located where Booking.com advertised! I asked for physical address, not sent! Just sent code to get in door(still no address!). I called phone number given (local) she tried to help and gave us information to get to the Vacay agent. He was not happy to see me, he was with a couple who were looking at housing. He gave me address( poorly seen from road). The code would not open the door. Had to call and have the agent come out to rental and open lock box with key! So, about 1-1.5 hrs after “finding” apartment we were able to get in! Room was nice, but not in location advertised! I will never “book” again with Booking.com!

The unit was in a very pleasant location just across from the beach just to the south of Waterside Restaurant. It was very clean.It is a ground floor unit with a pleasant porch with some very welcome shade and a good place for a mobility scooter. There are plenty of cupboards for groceries .
The location pin shown on Booking .com site was in the wrong place. It was shown to be on the water to the north of Pine Avenue. It makes me very wary of using Booking .Com in future especially as there was no address. I had to phone Vacasa to get the actual address. The real address was very pleasant but it was annoying to be misled.
The pool was not heated. In the folder in the unit there is a page about the pool which states that the pool was heated to 80degrees. There is NO heater. We and other renters were very disappointed.
There could be more miscellaneous cooking items, bowls etc.
