Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de la chambre principale. Avec plus de 1 750 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!

This was a wonderful property with lots to do for the kids! We were able to see dolphins almost every day from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to a lot of different shops across the road example cvs, Starbucks, DQ and much more. We would for sure stay here again!

This condo had all we needed. Beachfront, Lazy River, Pool, large balcony, the right kinds of beds to fit our family's needs, a great kitchen, beach toys, kitchen appliances -- it was a great time for our family. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was great. Sand was all over the floors when we arrived and dishes still had food on them in the cabinet but other than that it was awesome!!

The entire family loved this condo! It was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We also loved the proximity to the beach, making it easier to get all of beach equipment out every day for beach days.The views from the balcony were amazing and being at pelican flight level was a bonus. loved the property and unit, but is it too much to ask for more than one trash bag? i think one per night of stay or even one for every other night is reasonable. just annoying to have to buy something so basic... feel like trash bags are in the same category as toilet paper!

We had a great time at this location. Beautiful view and great location. Spacious room and for the most part very clean. Our only complaint was that the floors desperately needed to be washed better. Our feet were dirty just from walking barefoot. Very minimal supplies to start too you’ll definitely need a grocery order for supplies.
Besides those two things, we absolutely loved this building, easy check-in easy check out and the view was just Wow!!

Phoenix Rentals made it super easy to reserve & stay in this beautiful condo in Orange Beach. Our group really loved the space, the large round table for gathering and the balcony offered plenty seating. The minor issue with the ice maker was addressed with one phone call. We were very pleased. We did find the lazy river in need of cleaning but it was off season so maybe that’s why it was not attended to while we were there. Would recommend.

This was our 2nd year staying in the Phoenix Orange Beach but the first time in this particular unit. We LOVE the location, views, and access this property provides. However, our family felt this particular until was not as clean or well-maintained as the unit we stayed previously. Once we got into the unit, we noticed a few things: there was a bag of dirty linens or trash left on a side table in the living room, a lamp was broken in the primary bedroom (still functional though), and the floors felt somewhat grimey. We also noticed that the couch was quite worn (and not the most comfortable) and the rug and some of the furniture looked dingy. The other callout from our family was that a couple of the mattresses were extremely hard/firm. Overall, the unit was OK. The unit we stayed in previously was one of the most well-maintained properties we've ever stayed in so our expectations were very high. However, I think better/updated furniture and a better cleaning crew could really elevate this property.

We had a great stay at this condo! If you're looking for a great place 1603 is the one you want. We enjoyed seeing Dolphins swim by every morning and watching the fishing boats set out for the morning as well.
If you're looking to relax and enjoy every moment then this place is it. Will stay here again!

The condo was perfect. Enough room for everyone, the kitchen has everything. Time on the patio provided great conversations and daily views of dolphins and/or sharks. The lazy River was so relaxing and one of our favorite things to do. We’ll be back!

Phoenix Orange Beach was the perfect location for our family trip. It is on a beautiful beach. The balcony was perfect for watching beach life or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The grandkids loved the lazy river and water slide. The zero entrance pool was perfect for the littlest ones to play in. Conveniently located so we could walk to the store for groceries or other supplies.

The actual property, The Phoenix was amazing! Our “hosts” on the other hand…AWFUL! Take pictures of everything right when you walk in the door, they accused us of breaking a chair that was already broken, damaging the linens, and trashing the place. The male host called me 30 minutes after leaving the property yelling that we had trashed the place. We’d taken the trash out, did the dishes, we swept the floor. We paid a cleaning deposit when booking and they are now trying to charging us hundreds for “damages.” I have not received an invoice or anything explaining the extra charges. 100% do NOT recommend booking with these hosts. Awful experience

One of the best condos I have ever stayed in - everything was clean and ready on arrival. Three couples staying together for a week and we all had our own bedrooms with attached baths. The living room has one of the best views EVER. Panoramic ocean views complete with pelican fly overs. This condo was larger than my home and the open concept and balcony allowed you to converse ir sit and read. Everything was easy from check in to check out.

We just love this property!! The condo is beautiful and spacious for our large family. The water slide and lazy river is great for the kiddos who don’t always like the ocean water. The chair and umbrella service is fantastic and worth it. My mom comes with us and always gets to know the security and cleaning crew and they’re all so wonderful! The location is perfect and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants and the publix grocery

We would definitely choose to stay here again. The biggest reason this isn’t a “perfect” rating, is because of how absolutely disgusting the floors were. They “looked” fine but we quickly found out how in dire need for a deep clean the tile and rugs were. If we walked around barefoot at the condo our feet would be black!! We had to wear shoes or socks just so we didn’t have to wash our feet multiple times a day. Could use a good deep steam clean of tile & shampoo on rugs and that service kept up on a routine basis is.
Also, there IS a need for maintenance to fix the door stop to the main door as it does not stay up and we had to tape it. Parents, who are older, we’re having to bend down and try to hold it while they door shut and it often was a hassle as it was not easy to maneuver, especially for them.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. Close to some awesome stuff. No issues. Quiet. Relaxing. We will be back!

Every year we take a family vacation with our two grown girls and their spouses and we always stay at VRBO’s. This one was by far the best one we have stayed in. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, the kitchen was so well stocked that we didn’t need to use any of the items we brought with us due to not having them in previous rentals and the view and lazy river were amazing! The only thing we wished we had were a couple of beach chairs.
Definitely will recommend to other family members who also do yearly family vacations.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at
Every year we take a family vacation with our two grown girls and their spouses and we always stay at VRBO’s. This one was by far the best one we have stayed in. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, the kitchen was so well stocked that we didn’t need to use any of the items we brought with us due to not having them in previous rentals and the view and lazy river were amazing! The only thing we wished we had were a couple of beach chairs.
Definitely will recommend to other family members who also do yearly family vacations.

This condo is simply stunning and everything we hoped it would be! It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook with. The beach views were gorgeous and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony, we could even see some dolphins and sting rays! The condo is within walking distance to some stores and restaurants. There is a grocery store right across the road to purchase all of our groceries for the week. We happened to be there during Mardis Gras so our kids got to experience the parade in front of the condo as well. The outdoor lazy river was pretty cold but we enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub quite a bit. Overall we had a great vacation and would definitely stay at this condo again!
