Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous au même étage que le condo !! Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! This place was just what our family was looking for. The kids had a blast on the lazy river and the water slide. When we arrived at the condo everything was ready and very clean. The code to the door was sent to me a few hours before we arrived which is great timing. All the rules and information was sent to me as well. I had to contact the manager only before our stay to make payments to this place and he always answered or called back promptly. I had no issues at all with this place. I definitely recommend anyone with kids and a family to stay here. And the beach view was great.

The location of the property was great. We were across the street from the grocery stores. We were walking distance from the Coastal restaurant. The views from the balcony were great. Being on the 6th floor was awesome as we could park on the same floor as condo.

Perfect views and location! Parking right outside our doors! Easily walkable to restaurants, the beach, and shopping. The view!!! We saw dolphins while we relaxed on the huge balcony! The furniture is a little dated, but we were hardly in the condo due to all the amenities.

Our family just left 601 Phoenix and wanted to let you know we enjoyed our stay but as noted by several of the people in your reviews the place could use some TLC. There were many holes in the walls and a few things that just were in need of repair. We tried to use the jets in the masterbath several times and it just spewed black moldy plastic. The carpets should be cleaned or replaced, the first 2 hours we were in the place we all noticed our feet were filthy. The tile was immaculately clean but the carpets were just horrible. We also could not get the remotes to the television in the living room to work. We had to download a universal remote app to watch tv. Not sure if that was us or a remote error. Also, the pots in the kitchen are pretty scrapped up with the non-stick coating flaking off. We however chose to weigh the pros against the cons and enjoy the beach and facilities. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we are now big fans of the area. We hope to return and stay in another Phoenix condo. Hope this list will help you make some minor tweaks to the place for the next visitors.

We went the week before Labor Day when the AL schools had started. We enjoyed the fact that we had no wait time at bars, restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded and sand was clean. We had a few days of red flags but utilized the lazy river. The condo was sufficient for 9 adults. Needs some TLC on things like drapes, ceiling fans, etc. we would go back. 6th floor was perfect. Property is as listed. Great location, easy parking with this unit, and beautiful view. We had a family of 7 with ages from 17-75, and all enjoyed it. Great bed and bathroom setup. Pool area is for sure more for kids but that would be only concern if you wanted a nice pool area. Not a concern for us as we stay at the beach. Would most definitely stay here again

Everything was great with the condo. Beautiful and spacious balcony. The indoor pool was over dosed with chlorine. Both of my grandchildren developed mild chlorine poisoning. No hospitalization but was sick for a few days. Maybe better ventilation in that area would help. We did really enjoy the outdoor lazy river.

Additionally the cleaning lady came in at 9:30 instead of 10 am which was our checkout time.. These were minor issues and didn't affect our overall stay or enjoyment but seemed noteworthy due to the high caliber of the rest of the condo. I would highly recommend and would consider renting this condo should it still fit our needs.

Charlie was very kind to check in on our stay and had someone immediately take care of a small issue with a faucet once reported. Ms. Woods at the front desk was wonderful to deal with and helped us secure an extra parking pass when needed. The lazy river is a favorite for our family and Ike’s rentals took great care of our beach set up for the week. Wonderful vacation. We will definitely be renting this unit again in the future!
