Oceanfront Condo with Pool
PENDANT LA SAISON PRIME, NOUS RÉSERVONS UNIQUEMENT DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI SEULEMENT - AUCUNE EXCEPTION. LA PREMIÈRE SAISON EST JUIN, JUILLET ET AOÛT. Condo Ocean Front entièrement rénové en avril 2018 avec de nouveaux planchers, de nouveaux meubles, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine et un nouveau comptoir de quartz de cuisine, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, un nouveau wet-bar, un nouvel éclairage et une nouvelle télévision à écran plat! C'est beau!! Nous avons également de nouveaux sommiers à ressorts et matelas dans la suite principale ainsi qu'un nouveau couvre-matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme pour un confort supplémentaire et une télévision à écran plat supplémentaire dans la suite principale. L'unité comprend également un coin superposé parfait pour les jeunes enfants. La suite principale dispose d'un bain à remous. La salle de bain a été «vidé» et refaite avec une douche en céramique qui a ajouté plus d'espace. La douche a un ordinateur de poche et un jet de douche séparé pour plus de luxe. L'évier et l'armoire ont été remplacés et rehaussés. Le condo a également des moulures couronnées partout. Deux nouveaux sèche-cheveux ont été installés, un dans la salle de bain et un dans le maître BR. Un miroir de maquillage est également installé dans le BR. L'unité a Internet sans fil privé. Terrasse privée avec de nouvelles chaises et table Bistro (2018). Cuisine entièrement équipée. Linge fourni sur demande. Non-fumeur. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. The location is great. You are near everything. The condo was very clean, modern, organized and accommodating. The host was very easy to talk to if I any questions. I would highly recommend this condo.

Very clean & updated Condo stocked with everything we needed to include quality towels and linens. The bed and couch were super comfortable and the balcony was furnished just right to enjoy the oceanfront view. The owners personally ensured that our stay was perfect. We will definitely book again and so should you!

Our friends were renewing their wedding vows and staying in a large home just down the street with a lot of people in it. My husband and I decided we wanted to have a little getaway ourselves. This condo was perfect for both of us! Condo was clean and cozy. We like to get up early and watch the sunrise every morning. the beach in front of the condo is beautiful and close to the pier. We had a wonderful weekend and we will be back. Thank you, Francis for being a wonderful host.

This place is such a gem! Very easy to communicate with the owners who sent us such detailed directions ahead of time. The place is so amazingly furnished - very modern and comfortable. Being able to sit on the couch and see the ocean is just priceless! Everything was clean and there were lots of extras available (coffee, spices etc). I wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay again. And just a few steps to the beach! Can't be beat!

My daughter and I had a lovely relaxing weekend at Frances' condo on the water. Listening to the crashing waves from the deck was the best! Frances made everything easy and was so accommodating when we requested a late checkout. Thank you for a wonderful first experience at Ocean Isle Beach!

Once again, Frances and Dick provided such a quality, comfortable, relaxing environment! OIB is now firmly entrenched in our hearts and we will be returning every chance we get…even considering a Christmas/New Year’s trip one year. We had a very good time at this property, perfect view of the beach from the balcony. I was able to reach the owners with no problem and I got a response very quickly. The Condo was nice and clean when we arrived, lots of places to shop and eat around the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable unit in perfect location on OIB. The kids loved the bunk beds in the wall and we loved have the privacy of our own room at night.
It was just enough space for a family of 4 - kids loved playing monopoly, walking to the pier in the am to fish, getting ice cream within steps and having the pool and the beach right there is awesome!
Francis was great upon check-in and even accommodated us early.
Don’t forget beach chairs and finishing rods - not in unit.

The condo was inviting, charming, and a comfortable home away from home. We really enjoyed staying here! It was very clean, and I really appreciated not feeling like I needed to clean the fridge or cabinets before putting away our groceries. Frances was very responsive, and I can tell she takes pride in her condo and wants every detail, no matter how minor, to be brought to her attention so she can address it and make her guests’ stay as comfortable, pleasant, and stress-free as possible. She truly cares. I was impressed that the children’s bunk nook even had blackout curtains so my children could go to sleep around 8pm and then not be disturbed by the light in the kitchen as I was cleaning up or by our walking past the nook, as I think they also helped dampen the sound. There is great use of space in the condo and more storage for our things than I expected. The complex itself is very quiet despite its location. I was pleasantly surprised. If we decide to vacation again in Ocean Isle, we will definitely check for this unit’s availability first!

This is our second stay at this wonderful beachfront condo. Francis was very thorough with her directions and responded very quickly when I had a question. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and the view from the balcony is fantastic. We look forward to returning.

Communication with owner was very efficient. Place was well furnished and clean. It had everything we needed for a 2 day stay. The view of the beach was stunning. Walking distance to shops, coffee and ice cream. A quick drive to many restaurants. I definitely recommend booking.

Frances gave us detailed instructions for everything we needed to know from our stay. Communication was clear and host was hospitable. She followed up after our stay to ensure we had a good stay and asked if there was anything we needed that wasn’t provided. We had everything we needed but it was nice that she asked.

This is a very nice and well kept property. We love Ocean Isle and love being right on the beach! We were able to do everything we had hoped to do while there, including cook a few small meals and our laundry.
