Nouvellement construit mi ranch siècle dispose de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains avec un king size divan-lit dans le grand salon. 6 couchages. Accueil est de 4 blocs de Newport marché et 10-15 minutes à pied en centre-ville Bend. Il suffit de marcher quelques pâtés de maisons vers le bas de la colline et vous serez sur Newport Ave, où vous pourrez profiter de nombreux côté ouest restaurants préférés de Bend et de cafés.

I have stayed in roughly 20 short term rentals. This home is in the top few in terms of the quality of the house itself and everything inside. Great shower in MBR, kitchen very well supplied, wonderful outdoor sitting area for our morning coffee and evening wine. There are several walkable restaurants as well as the Newport Market as long as you don’t mind climbing a hill back up (we did not). Paula is an excellent host who was quick to respond and gave us great recommendations for hikes and restaurants. Loved her place and Bend in general.

This home is a 10/10! Has everything you need, is beautiful, clean, very comfy beds, responsive hosts, walking distance to so much! Within 10 min walking you can be at Newport market (great for everything but especially the premade stuff, back porch coffee, Nancy P’s bakery (we went daily), and a bunch of good restaurants… park nearby too if you have kiddos. They also had things for the kids like toys, high chair and pack n’ play. They have the rental set up beautifully so that it’s super kid friendly but if you don’t have kids then all the kid stuff is stored away! I’m ready to move in lol! Will for sure stay again!

My family stayed at Paula’s place for several weeks this summer, and it contributed to making our trip a wonderful and comfortable one.
The home is bright, comfortable and pleasant to be in, well stocked, and well located.
We enjoyed our time there, and would highly recommend it.
We slept well on the bed, but would say that it is the one major incongruous part of the home. The home is modern, well built and furnished, but the mattress lags in comparison. It has a topper that is slightly smaller than the mattress, and is fairly comfortable, but not exactly up to snuff.
Screen doors would be helpful to keep the bugs out. Hot water does run out in the shower.
Overall, 5 stars, and we would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and loved the house. It was well stocked with amenities. Close to the downtown district and grocery store. We like to prepare our own meals, so staying in a place with a nice kitchen was great.

Due to surgery recovery cleanliness was the most important thing we looked for in a place to stay. We appreciated how quiet and relaxing the house was. four deer came to visit in the backyard. this was extremely relaxing to watch through the big beautiful windows.

We were just impressed with this property as we were last year when we made our annual visit to Bend. The layout/design are impeccable as was its cleanliness. Perfect for 2-4 people wanting an upgrade in their vacation home experience. The outdoor space, while not vast, is private with comfortable seating. Downtown Bend is a bit of a hike but it’s a short and easy drive. We highly recommend this property if Bend is your destination!

We loved our stay at Paula's beautiful home. Check-in was a breeze, the house was exactly as described, and amenities were great. We loved the private patio and gas grill. The home is well-appointed, comfortable, and had everything to make our 6-night stay feel like home. The snacks (water, coffee, trail mix) were an added bonus. Close proximity to restaurants, grocery, and outdoor activities. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this wonderful home and I would literally move in if I could. Everything about this vacation rental is ideal - it is beautiful and well equipped beyond most, spotlessly clean, and the owner is great to work with. Our party was my husband and myself and our daughter and her husband. We skied all week and cooked dinner and relaxed here in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Although the pictures of this home look fantastic, the actual home is even better! Very, very impressed with the design and the location of this property. Almost everything was within 5 min drive. Beautiful in Bend
Our host has an exemplary property. It is situated within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, beautifully appointed outside and in, and we were greeted with snacks, seltzers, coffee, and a bottle of wine. The pictures of this property do not lie, this is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Exceptional property
Perhaps the best vacation house we've ever experienced. The craftsmanship/construction of the house is extraordinary for one built on-site (vs pre-manufactured) which enriches the experience. The back yard offers attractive natural landscaping and enough room for seating options for all hours of the day. Note that there are only 2 bedrooms, which wasn't a problem for us but could be for larger traveling parties. There are no black-out shades, so be prepared to get up with the sun! We stayed during the peak daylight time of year so we got a particularly early start for the day to enjoy the many hiking opportunities. The only downside is the distance from Old Bend (downtown, 20 minutes or so). This might be a bit of a hike for some folks, through some busy commercial and residential streets. But that didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay. The design of the kitchen-living room combination is among the we've seen in any house! We'll definitely be back!

The Perfect Property!
I cannot thank Paula enough for this wonderful experience. Not only is the home gorgeous and very clean, but the extra touches made it perfect. I appreciated her kind and helpful communication along with local toiletries in the showers, well-stocked cupboards, and eco-friendly cleaning supplies. We cooked at the house one night and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies and cooking oils. The refillable growler was also a great touch as we took it to a brewery for a fill. I could certainly go on, but will suffice to say this was an exemplary VRBO experience.

Thanksgiving Holiday
We spent Thanksgiving with our son who lives in Bend. The house was walking distance from his apartment which was perfect. We hosted Thanksgiving for him and his friends. It was perfect! The house is lovely and very comfortable. We’ll be back!!!

This house is in pristine condition and has everything you need. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen had snacks, coffee, drinks. Even the shampoo smells amazing. We will be back.

Moder House In Bend
This was a great property. One of the nicest VRBO houses we have stayed in. Every detail was perfect. The house was well stocked, comfortable, modern and in a perfect location to explore Bend. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. A key point for us is always comfortable bedding. The mattress was perfect and the sheets were luxurious. Will definitely be back.

Calm and modern but warm aesthetic. Feels like a retreat!!
This property is a treat ... from an eye for design to all the extra details in the toiletries and coffee beans provided. The linens are comfy and beautiful. The entire space feels like home and a special treat at the same time. Even though the road it is on is busy, the property is quiet and peaceful and the backyard patio is lovely. I have nothing but good things to say about this property and we will definitely rent again when the time comes.
