Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 1,950 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse, nouvellement meublée et nouvelle sur le marché de la location!

Everything was very good. The owners may want to upgrade the mattress in the master bed room. It is worn, lumpy and uncomfortable. The complex needs to step up and replace and increase the number of chairs by the pool and lazy river. There are way too few for the number of guests. We first stayed at rhis resort in 2011 and we can say that over allit has been well maintained.

It was a beautiful condo! In the Master Bath, there was a horrible high-pitched humming sound in the ceiling. We believe it was coming from the condo above, maybe their HVAC system because it would be mostly on, but sometimes quiet. We had to keep the bathroom fan running & door shut to try to drown it out. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our family. Management didn’t check wristbands all week, then on Friday morning as I was going to put chairs out, a very rude older man would not let me enter the pool area w/o my band. I said it’s one thing to say no, but there’s no need to be rude & he smarted off to me again. Ironically when I came back down with my wristband, no one was monitoring the gate for the remainder of the day. 😂 They decided to maintenance elevators during the peak use time (4 elevators for 27 floors) which created long wait times. Without those 2 negatives, all would have been 5 stars.

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental and our only complaint was that the floors were absolutely filthy. After walking around barefoot in the condo our feet were literally black with grime. Everything else was great and no other cleanliness issues. Condo is spacious and has all the comforts of home. The grandkids loved the water slide and the beach was great!

Check in went smooth. Room was ready about 3pm!! We were able to purchase extra parking pass! Unit on 5th Floor..were able to park on 5th and go straight to room from garage.Unit clean and fresh. This is the second time we have stayed in 503. We love it there. The condo is clean and comfortable for our family. This year the owner left a welcome letter and gift which was unexpected, but really enjoyed . We hope to be able to stay there in the future.

Phoenix West
We love the Phoenix West, been going there for years. The issues we had with this particular unit was that the floors were filthy, our feet were black within minutes of being there. We had to swifter them numerous times, bought the supplies to do so. Also, this unit is in desperate need of new beds and sheets to fit them. Could also upgrade their tv’s. Had an issue with the washing machine and after calling they came and fixed it. Please upgrade kitchen knives!!!
We’re use to the 4 bedroom units but the 3 worked well with less family this time, and if your use to having a pantry get a 4 bedroom unit. All in all we made the best of it and had a great time with beautiful weather.

Even though this was a great place for us we found it to not be clean at all. We had to wear our shoes at all times or our feet would be black. Also one of the blankets had a spot of which seemed to be food. When we washed it the spot came out. There was trash on the floors when we arrived. We've never stayed at a place this dirty before.

Had a great week at the Phoenix West. This is our 2nd time staying here but first in this condo. Love all the phoenix resorts. Condo 503 needs a little TLC. Painting , holes fixed, couch cleaned and a good cleaning...the door to the furnace unit was covered in dust. I had to clean that it was disgusting and all the vents in bathrooms need to be cleaned. I took picture of prints on wall (thought one was going to come out of wall and I wanted proof that it was like that when we got there). TV in bedroom on left didn't work (no batteries in remote) and the room is very dark. Need a mirror in the bedroom do to the small bathroom. All in all it was a great week and condo but just needs a good deep cleaning and TLC

Everything was great except the 2 car rule in the garage. Our room slept 12 people, I'm not sure how they expected all 12 people and luggage in 2 vehicles. So we had a major parking problem for 1 of our cars.

Property was excellent! Great location and amazing on-site staff. We came down for a quick "Girls Trip". Condo was clean and just as shown in pictures. The only negative comment that I have is please leave instructions for guest on how to work the TV's. We were unable to get any of the 3 to work during our stay.
