We enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with. Property was easy to find, close to services but off the path enough for a quiet stay.

It was a nice place overall. Very clean. The location wasn’t quite what I expected.

It looked like the ad very quant easy to get to.

Communication with owner was timely and very accommodating to my special request. Well appointed rental. Very quiet and exceptionally easy check-in/check-out process.

Accommodations are excellent and the location allowed us to explore Anchorage and Palmer.

We throughly enjoyed our stay with Tomas & Lanett! Their VRBO is in the heart of Eagle River in a nice peaceful setting. They were very attentive and asked several times if we needed anything. Their place was stocked with everything we needed, and having laundry on-site while on vacation was a bonus! I would not hesitate to rent their VRBO again!

We arrived in AK for a week of hiking and a friend’s wedding. We needed a clean space to rest our tired feet and get a good night sleep. This was the perfect place for us. It had plenty of long days of hiking North and south of us. The home was conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, coffee and activities. It was VERY CLEAN and we were Very happy. It was dark in the bedroom and easy to get a good nights rest. We lacked nothing. Coolers are available to take a picnic/drinks in the car. The internet and Roku worked well. Thank you Lanett and Thomas. When we are back in Anchorage area I would definitely rent this apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was a perfect home away from home and the location was perfect, close to the mountains but near stores and food. Five stars!

We have stayed in Lanett and Thomas’s VRBO several time. They are wonderful host, very communicative and have a comfortable, cozy unit that we love staying in whenever we come to town. Highly recommend this host and unit.

Property is perfect, all you could need or ask for. Lanette and Tomas are wonderful, caring,, friendly and super host. Apartment is clean, and organized for any need you might have (literally). Totally enjoyed chatting with Lanette and meeting Tomas, left feeling we had new friends. Outdoor property is very well kept and very welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at this property, it was a pleasant experience. The property was immaculately kept and the unit was just as expected. We were able to make breakfast and dinner in the kitchen; everything needed was provided. We enjoyed sitting outside with our glass of tea/wine in the afternoon. Will definitely be on my list of properties to return to. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The owners were wonderful! Lanette was there to greet us when we arrived & show us the unit. She answered all of our questions & really made us feel welcomed. The unit was spotless, cozy & beautiful! Then we met Tomas who was also very friendly & welcoming. They truly go above & beyond to make sure their guest are taken care of. We can’t thank them enough & will definitely stay there again if we get back to AK! I highly recommend them for your next visit to Eagle River. Thank you so much to Tomas & Lanett for everything 😉

Good experience at this rental. Nice and quiet and liked the outdoor sitting while I drank my coffee. Close and convenient to town. This unit was very clean and had everything you need, including a cooler and ice packs, twin aerobed if needed with sheets and a blanket. Kitchen provided good coffee.

What a great place! So comfortable with easy access. It was a great place to return to after drives up North or down South!

We had a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic, and very convenient to activities in the Eagle River valley, Anchorage, and points north. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed. We especially liked the kitchen and bath areas, good blackout curtains for summer stays, and meals on the back lawn. We enjoyed the take out menu from Pete's BBQ and would recommend it to others. Also the Sleepy Dog coffee shop just down Coronado. The mattress is extremely soft. Consider this based on your preferences. Tomas and Lanett went out of their way to be available and offer help. The booking, check-in, and check-out process were very smooth. We would happily stay again.

We love staying at Lanett and Tomas's VRBO. It is very cozy and loved all upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Very quite unit away from main roads and Landlords are great to communicate with.

Tomas and Lynette have a well appointed apartment and were great hosts. We were able to prepare and enjoy meals with our newlywed son and daughter-in-law on several occasions during our stay. The bed was quite comfortable. We will be sure to keep this property in mind when planning our next trip.
