Beautiful surroundings. Didn't understand the "electronic" keypad 'appears' only when a certain icon to touched--couldn't get in at 2:30am--so had to call the Vrbo people. He had no idea how to help us. We eventually accidentally touched the right spot on the keypad and was able to make the keypad appear. Crazy that this wasn't in the instructions. Otherwise, beautiful, well appointed, great kitchen, clean ande lovely stay!

Super clean! Really cute and updated! We loved it and had a wonderful stay. Close to grocery and gas stations…about 20 min to Anchorage.

Dawn a New Day # 1 is an awesome place to stay. I stayed alone for a few days and felt safe and comfortable. When my guest joined me, we had plenty of personal space. The rental is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and it’s so close to everything we wanted to do. We saw an eagle from the back porch perched on a tree and it flew by us. Thrill of a lifetime.

It was a great space for our family to be together abd have space. Loved the organization and labels for the kitchen. It would be nice for them to have bedside lamps in the rooms.

We came down last year for our hockey tournament trip and stayed here. Its nice and comfortable. I would only say that when arriving we found garage door not latched to the belt, so we manually opened and closed it all trip. I also think it should be noted that there are neighbors that live downstairs. Its hard to tell but we kind of figured it out this second time around. Hard to stay quiet with crazy hockey boys!

Remodeled, kitchen was fully furnished with everything you need to cook meals. Comfortable beds

After traveling/flying for 16 hours you just want to unload and get some rest. Had to call property manager to request a plow and was told since it was so late they couldn't get aomeone until the next day. I had trudged up the drive and could not locate a shovel in the empty garage. I had to borrow a snow shovel and dig through a waist high snow burm and shovel the knee high snow in the driveway to get the car out of the street. Next day after fetting additional snowfall, had to call and request a plow service again since they had not arrived. Next day had to get up and spend 2 hours shoveling the driveway because plow service still hadn't arrived after 3 days at the property. Snow is not new to Alaska and property managment should have had the property cleared for my arrival and maintained while we were on property. We also lost internet service several times during our stay and had to call property management and took several hours to come back on. Our office had the same internet provider, was a mile away, and it never lost service so it was clearly an issue only at our VACASA rental. It made it difficult to try and work from the rental and we had no tv since the rental only offered streaming service and no local tv antennas. As for the rental itself it was very bare, no bath mats in the bathrooms, no bedside lamps, very sparse furnishings and cold. Due to lack of amenities and poor property management I will never rent from another VACASA property and don't recommend.
