It's a lovely studio in a conversion of an old property. The entrance, staircase and hallways have the potential to be lovely and grand but at the moment are quite tired and feels like a neglected construction site, but once in your studio everything is very fresh.

Nothing to dislike. "E9" on the first floor is a lovely choice of studio apartment, facing the side street with the front door, and has a small separate kitchen area as an extra bonus. There is even a miniature ironing board and mini-iron (if you need a proper iron with steam, then you'll need to bring your own, or maybe it can be arranged, I didnt try and made do with the small travel iron provided.

Propreté de l'appartement, l'emplacement est excellent, les échanges avec les loueurs très bons. Pas de souci particulier rencontré.

Placé à l'angle de deux rues piétonnes, c'est plutôt calme, sauf quand une benne passe très tôt pour dégager les objets encombrants dans la rue.

Very smart and clean interior, especially the bathroom. Not far from the port, which is a nice area (although we found the area around the railway station to be slightly less so).

Room was large, comfortable and clean.

Appartment had no lighting we had to open our phone's flashlight to get into the room. No problem other than that.

The space was already cooled by the air-conditioning. The shower was really nice and had modern facilities, the location is excellent and the apartment was spacious. There are plenty of towels at the location and a few pods of good coffee. It was a small kitchen but with all basic tools. The apartment was quiet and calm, with no noise from the street.

There were a lot of dead mosquitoes on the walls, some things were very dusty, the drain of the shower seemed to be clogged.

The communication beforehand was great. The room was big, conveniently located and modern. We would love to stay here again!

Nice apartments in a convenient location for most tourist attractions. Host is very helpful and welcoming.

Amazing location, clean and modern room, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was a big rainfall style delight, perfect for a short walk to the port, restaurants and shopping. Will be back here when I marseille again!

Only the stairs up to the first floor, but super minor

The location is excellent and the apartment is very nice. It is very well kitted out with a great shower. Air con worked really well as was v hot outside.

Getting access to the building was really difficult. The owners didn’t email me the code as promised. I called three times, emailed, texted and finally almost two hours AFTER I was promised access, on the fourth phone call, they sent me details of how to get in. Until then I was left standing on the street. It made the whole visit very stressful and would put me off staying there again. Also the entrance hall is very shabby.

Location was great. It is very close to all turistic places as well shopping points. There are a few super market and patisserie nearby.

Kitchen and bath staff are not so clean and enough. also I triyed to connection about our needs with owners but I couldn't get any reply.

The hosts allowed us a very early check in, since the facility was available. I was happy not to worry about the luggage and instead we were able to explore the city.

The WiFi network was strong enough that I could pick it up from the front door. This was tremendously helpful for calling ride-sharing services. The bathroom facilities were particularly appreciated. The view isn't much, but the hosts have put up a screen on the glass that protects your privacy from the neighbouring buildings. This was really very much appreciated.

Some streets around the area were not accessible to cars. This presented a huge problem when I needed to call a bolt to Rue Saint-Ferreole, and around 10 drivers cancelled on me. It was only later that I found out I could set the pickup point to where Rue Venture meets Rue Paradis. I think this information is critical and should be made clear. Also, the area under the bed and around the bedside tables could have done with some dusting. The TV placement is allright, though you have to have your head perpetually turned to the side to watch it. This is unavoidable due to the layout of the room, so to compensate the TV is extra big. The apartment building itself looks rather old and run-down, and when you enter it seems downright scary, like you expect to get mugged. But once you get into the room itself you can rest easy, as it all looks properly modern, lit and inviting; and the door also locks on the inside.

Almost Everything! the colors, the location, the self-check in and self-check out, the easy communication, the location (yes, it’s so central!)! I received wonderful service when I called to explain about my allergies and the need to have the apartment vacuumed again. Thank you for that! the apartment also stays warm despite the cold season! lovely!

the kitchen lacked basic things such as oil, salt etc.. in the kitchen. would be nice to avoid buying these during a stay.
