Comfortable bed

The toilet is not fully functional, if you flushed once you have to wait for at least 10min for the next use of the toilet. The bidet in the bathroom is also has a leak between the pipe-line so we had to turn on and off the valve every use which is very annoying. We did ask for help but they was just there and told us that this room is just like this.😭 The bed sheet smell damp. We did not ask for change or anything since the reception was always looks busy and angry😬🥹 The room is much more smaller than we thought but it's fine.

進出新加坡的我個人覺得非常合適 住宿位置轉出去大概5分鐘就到馬來西亞海關 （不塞車的情況下 ）

房間沒有好像圖片當中的那麼大間比較小 停車位個人感覺有點不足 如果太晚回去停車位滿了的話 就需要停在他人的車後面 廁所比較小 個人建議 如果對住宿沒有什麼要求 一兩天的話 個人覺得市價比非常高

i stay in one of their small room queen size bed, i mostly solo travel for business, is very suitable for me to stay here. Simple stay for 1-2 night is good.

although they don't have any facilities like other hotel since is a guest house, it is still good. the caretaker might not always at the small reception front desk. so you are either knock the glass door or you could try call the number where he put on the glass. you can try press the door bell, im not quite sure is broken or he turn off purposely for not disturb the guests. Still he is a friendly caretaker elder.

Close to KSL mall and easy access to most places by grab. 10mins walk to many eateries. Value for money! Provides the basic necessities for a room. Guesthouse has a security system after check in.

Relatively small room. Small bathroom. But complaining much for the price tho. By walking have to go pass a up slope & down.. gets tiring sometimes haha.

This hotel painting is very good. it's not scary and dark compared to other hotels but it's very dirty, there is no staff only one uncle and he doesn't like to be bothered. If you are a solo traveller. Got a small cockoach to accompany you, don't worry. And not to be mentioned, I'm not sure if they even change their bed sheets,

If you book a room from them, make sure to have patience waiting outside the door as no one will open it for you. There is no receptionist. I waited for 2 hours plus, and my handphone wasn't able to call their number as it was overseas and not activated. Luckily, I got one person who also wants to check in and manage to call the uncle, and he is very unhappy about disturbing him.
