Hair dryer is broken..realized it at midnight..cotton in the pillow is clumped already..a bit not comfortable to sleep

All equipment and facilities worked well. Our suite was clean and well-furnished. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Airconditioning worked well. Showers were nice and spacious with plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet was a decent spread, sufficient for our family with simple tastes. Pool was small but clean, next to the roof top bar with lovely sunset view. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is getting old and the interior furnishing / lighting in the hallways is quite old fashioned. multi-storey carpark was small and narrow. Kitchen had provisions to make hot drinks, but no means of warming up food. Lifts were a little too slow. Overall, nothing we couldn't live with.

Towel was stained. Only 3 small pillows were provided with one discoloured pillow case. The chair was stained and dirty. There were cracks on the wall. The door latch was broken. Air con unit were noisy and we did not have a good sleep. Wallpaper was peeling. Room smell of soap was overwhelming.
