EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT! Emplacement spectaculaire, sur le 10e fairway à Oxmoor Valley sur le sentier RTJ, à seulement 175 mètres du club-house! Notre maison (OSTER GOLF HOUSE "Palmer") a été récemment construite spécialement pour les groupes. Nous combinons l'intimité d'une résidence personnelle avec les équipements de première classe des beaux hôtels. Nous avons 3 maisons de golf Oster sur la même rue, pour accueillir des groupes de toutes tailles!
Nous avons conçu notre maison pour les groupes, il y a donc de nombreuses commodités spéciales, notamment: 4 suites parentales, chacune avec une salle de bain attenante et deux lits queen-size (8 lits au total). Les grandes douches à l'italienne sont finies en travertin italien et les vanités ont des comptoirs en marbre. Le plan d'étage ouvert offre une grande salle avec une télévision à écran plasma de 60 pouces, une table à manger / poker avec des sièges pour 8 et une salle de billard séparée avec une table de championnat Brunswick. Chaque chambre dispose également d'un téléviseur HD 42 pouces.
La cuisine entièrement équipée est suffisamment spacieuse pour de nombreux cuisiniers, ou vous pouvez engager l'un de nos chefs personnels pour préparer des repas pour vous. La terrasse extérieure, donnant sur le 10e trou, est parfaite pour se détendre, siroter un verre de vin ou faire griller des steaks. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée et aucun détail n'a été négligé.

This house has anything and everything you need for a golf trip. We had 8 guys who all had their own queen beds. There was plenty of amenities to keep us busy when we were off the course. We will be back!

My family had to scramble to find a place to stay to get together for Christmas after our parents came down with COVID and we could not stay at their house. Truly the perfect place for our extended family. Plenty of space to stretch out, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, very clean and easy check-in. I highly recommend!

Ricks house was absolutely beautiful and in a stunning location outside of the city of Birmingham. It was comfortable, clean and safe. Parents and coaches had the opportunity to golf on the beautiful course in the community and was an easy commute for us and our players to their games. I’d stay here every year when in town for the event!

Great House with plenty of beds and bathrooms for your golf trip. The house is right at the entrance of the Oxmoor Valley course a short drive to Ross Bridge. Everything was very good except the grill. The grill was old, beaten up. One of the grill grate was broken and the grill was very dirty.

The Oster Palmer House was exactly as advertised with a great location; our group had a wonderful time on our annual golf trip. The house is very spacious well equipped and clean. It had plenty of room to accommodate our group. Rick was very accommodating and easy to communicate with and addressed my concerns very quickly and to my satisfaction. When in the Birmingham area again or in Prattville we would definitely stay at one of Rick’s houses.

Sibling Gathering
This was the first time all 8 of us stayed under the same roof since we were kids. Our ages are 59 to 68. It was fun. We played games , watched movies, went into town and just chilled around the house. It took us back to our growing up days. It was fun. We are talking about doing it again next year. We are talking about maybe coming back. If not the same place, it will be in the same area. Being able to wash our clothes before leaving was a good bonus. This place was awesome. Thanks for a great vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was perfect for our family, great size, good amount of areas to sit, all bedrooms with their own bathrooms so we could all be together or have our own space. Great space for a big crew
This house was wonderful for our family to stay in. 4 Master suites each with its own bath made it easy for my adult children with spouses and my husband and myself to all stay under one roof. Large open living area with well-stocked kitchen, a pool table, and a lovely screened porch that was comfortable with a fan even during a hot July stay. We were in town for our daughter's wedding as opposed to golf (although one son-in-law took advantage). Easy access to all things Bham.

Perfect stay
The pictures are actually what you get. The house is fantastic and our group had a great time, especially sitting on the screened in deck on Sunday morning with coffee overlooking the golf course.
The beds were very comfortable and LOTS of space for everyone! If we ever return to Birmingham, we will stay again.
The owner communicates very well and I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Buddy Golf Trip House
Our eight man group does an annual late spring golf trip every year, trying different venues each year if possible. We stayed at Rick Oster's Palmer Golf House in Birmingham recently. Wow!! Talk about logistical perfection for a guys' golf trip. Having already done Pebble, it may take a Bandon Dunes, Kohler, Pinehurst etc. not to return here every year. Given Rick's attention to detail in building these houses specifically for this purpose coupled with the tremendous golf of the RTJ, we will probably also throw Rick's golf houses in Plattville into the consideration mix as well for future years.
The Palmer House is as advertised. Watch the video tour. No surprises. Great places to eat and hang out. No need for trips into town. Make one good trip to the grocery to stock the fridge for your trip and you're set. Great grill and kitchen, comfortable and roomy accommodations. Its a very short walk, about 150 yards to the Oxmoor Valley property clubhouse. You're literally, right there.
The RTJ courses at Oxmoor Valley were in outstanding shape and the day at Ross Bridge, just a three minute drive away was perfect. All great tracks, but make sure to pick the right tees as the options vary dramatically. Cool elevation changes and nice variety amongst the four courses.
Simply can't say enough positive things about the Oster House golf experience if you're planning a buddy trip to play the RTJ courses in Birmingham. Thanks Rick. We'll be back.

Golf Getaway
8 of us were extremely happy during our 3 night stay and golf getaway. The house was immaculate and very easy to get around in. It had all the amenities a group of golfers could want. We all would highly recommend this to everyone.

Superb Stay
House was exactly as advertised. Everything was provided from paper towels to soaps to shampoos to trash bags etc. Seems trivial, but did not have to run to the store for anything. Location cannot be beat - right on the course. Home is new - first class all the way. Wopuld stay here again. Rick was easy to work with, and responded quickly to any notes.
