Notre copropriété a toutes les commodités de la maison pour faire un séjour confortable et pratique. Le parking est juste devant la porte. Un nouveau lit king size, un nouveau four micro-ondes et un nouveau poêle installé pour une nouvelle mise à jour 2019. Notre condo est un 1 chambre à coucher, 1. 5 unité de salle de bains avec un plan concept de salon et le plancher de la cuisine ouverte. La chambre principale a un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme Serta. La salle de bain principale adjacente a une grande douche à l'italienne avec un siège.
Dans le salon, vous trouverez 2 canapés-lits queen. Il y a 2 télévisions à écran plat, une dans le salon et une dans la chambre, chacune équipée d'un câble HD de base, d'un lecteur Blu-ray, d'un lecteur DVD et de fonctions intelligentes vous permettant de vous connecter à votre Netflix et à votre Youtube, entre autres applications. Nous fournissons également un accès Internet sans fil.
Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée pour préparer des repas pour la famille. Nous fournissons un mélangeur pour faire votre boisson préférée congelé! Il y a aussi une machine à café, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, et de nombreux articles culinaires pour votre plaisir de cuisiner! Nous avons aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour vos besoins de lessive pendant votre séjour.
Nous avons beaucoup d'espace de stockage à la fois dans la chambre à coucher et salon de sorte que vous ne devez pas vivre hors de votre valise. Sentez-vous libre pour décompresser et se détendre! L'ensemble du condo est décoré avec un thème de la plage. Vous saurez que vous êtes à la plage, même lorsque vous êtes à l'intérieur!
En dehors de l'arrière coulissantes en verre doubles portes, vous trouverez une zone herbeuse super pour les enfants à jouer. Profitez des 2 grands fauteuils de capitaine pendant que vous grill sur la terrasse arrière. La promenade en bois menant directement à la plage est à quelques pas seulement. À la plage étonnamment peu fréquentée, vous trouverez 2 chaises de plage et un parasol réservé pour vous tous les jours!
Sur la porte d'entrée, vous trouverez un autre grill et pique-nique qui est juste à côté de la piscine privée. La piscine dispose de nombreuses chaises longues et des tables parapluie pour vous d'en profiter!

The property was exactly as listed. Very clean, steps from the beach, close to anything we needed, very private. Property owner could be reached if we needed anything, very attentive! We will definitely return for another vacation!

Lovely beachfront condo. Accurate description. Looked exactly as pictured. We cooked all but one meal, and were so impressed with the completeness of kitchen supplies (pizza pan/cutter, blender, baking dishes, etc). Beach service was nice and the unit was so close to the boardwalk, making it incredibly convenient. Perfect size for our family of 5!

Clean, nicely decorated, affordable condo on ground floor just steps from beach access. Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Loved the exterior storm door going into condo that allowed easier access to unit especially when hands were full. Quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet unpopulated family oriented beach. We loved our stay here!

I do wish they had left more trash bags and dishwasher soap. Would also recommend bringing laundry detergent.

This is our second stay in Steven’s condo. It was just as great as the first time! They even updated the boardwalk to the beach so that was a nice surprise!

Something that stands out is the pillow options, usually you have maybe 2 standard basic pillows. Put this place had 6 pillows from soft to firm.. you had the best options to choose your comfort level.

We absolutely love staying in this unit! This was our 4th trip to Okaloosa Island and we refuse to stay anywhere else. The owners are wonderful to work with. This unit has everything you need and truly feels like home to us now when we visit. We’re always sad to leave but definitely look forward to our next stay.

We had the best stay! This was our first trip as a family of 3 with our 18 month old. We loved the condo being on the ground floor and only a few steps to the beach since we have a toddler.
Steven was a great host with quick, helpful communication when needed!
Condo is in a great, quiet location and only a few miles from restaurants and stores. (we loved The Shack & Boshamps)

The condo is in a perfect location! 45 second walk to the beach, sliding back door heads straight to the bridge to the beach. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived, Steven communicated with me at all times, prior to the trip, answered all of my wife’s questions and reached out as soon as we arrived to check on us to make sure everything was as we wanted. 10/10 recommend staying here, I have already asked Steven when he is opening his books for next year so we can book our stay again!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in this unit. Steven and Kelly have been excellent host. We are always surprised in the updates when we come down to keep the condo up to date and to make it easier to keep clean. You can't ask for a better place to stay right on the beach.

Loved the chair service on the beach each day (2 chairs included with each room). Beach was great white sand and water was very warm. Kitchen had enough pots, pans, and utensils for cooking and eating. Bathroom had a hair dryer and nice fluffy towels.
No beach towels were provided and the clothes dryer took 2 or 3 cycles to actually dry clothes but other than that, everything was great!
Very convenient to the bridge over the dune to the beach. No ocean view but also no stairs or anything in your way of the beach.

We had a great time in Fort Walton! The condo was clean and comfortable. 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice. So convenient to access the walkway to the beach! Photos are accurate. Looking forward to coming back.

Loved everything about this condo! It was perfect for my husband and I and our two children. So close to the beach and the pool was never busy! We loved having all of the restaurants and shopping so close by! The condo had everything we needed! Everything was super clean and we will definitely be back to this condo again! Thanks!

Amazing Vacation
This was our first time using VRBO and everything with booking and payment was a breeze from start to finish. We loved the condo it was nicely decorated clean and had everything we needed and more. The shower in master bath was expecially nice. Loved the location on the ground floor and only steps to the beach with chairs already set up for you each day. Less crowded than most places with great restaurants near by. Dishwasher was loud but definitely didn't ruin our vacation. Would definitely stay here again.
