Cet emplacement de choix dans le village de Snowmass est à quelques pas de Fanny Hill et du nouveau village de base. Spacieux 2 chambres plus deux salles de bain complètes à la maison est au cœur de l'action. Récemment rénové tout au long avec la cuisine en acier inoxydable cuisinier, tuile d'ardoise naturelle, des lits confortables et des draps, * New King lit et le matelas *, nouveau canapé en coupe, en duvet d'oie couettes, salles de bains modernes, nouveau système de chauffage, romantique cheminée-ce lieu est magnifique à l'intérieur et dehors. Beau balcon privé, face à la piste avec beaucoup de soleil. ** Nouveau spa à quelques pas du condo installé en 2017.

This was the perfect property for our family of 5. The bunk bedroom is excellent for young kids. We made several meals in the well-appointed kitchen. It's easy to access the ski hill from the location and its beautifully landscaped. But most impressive of all is the communication and accommodation from the listing owner. They were so helpful with every question or unique situation I had. It makes all the difference in the world when you have someone responsive and willing to make your trip extraordinary. I would highly recommend a stay!

Very cozy//comfy, upscale finishings and appliances. Super comfortable beds. Great space for us to hangout together with some separation of sleeping spaces. Accommodated my 2 tall boys (over 6'3). Close to the Snowmassive slopes.

Great place with all the comforts of home. The unit was recently remodeled, it was well stocked with a lot of cooking utensils. We cooked most of our meals in the unit including a quick lunch breaks. Clarks grocery store near by and yes, a must stop at Tasters pizza of course. Beds and seating were clean and comfortable. Washer & dryer in the unit was a real plus and ski locker directly outside the door. Communication with Rochelle (the PM) was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay here again.

This spot makes it is so easy to get to Snowmass Village, the gondola which takes you to Snowmass mall, the Village Chair, and is so close to the nearest bus stop. The community hot tub is steps away. The condo itself has everything you need. Stayed as 2 adults, each using one of the bedrooms/bathrooms. The in-unit laundry made life even easier. Rochelle was responsive and helpful for when we needed her.

The apartment is very nice and modern. Sometimes a bit too modern & fancy as even turning on taps or the fireplace could be a bit complicated. And there was no booklet or any information about the place whatsoever, so nothing was explained (apart from the wifi). For example, there was no instruction regarding the communal hot tub / pool (they are locked). And the host is not always responsive (when I booked I asked if the pool was open in the winter and never got a reply -- note: it is open & heated during the winter).
The bigger problem though was the noise. The walls are paper thin, so it's literally impossible to sleep while the upstairs neighbors are still up and about, as you hear everything (footsteps, voices, etc.). There's also a piano in the upstairs unit and I got unlucky the 1st night with guests getting back to their unit late & playing the piano at 2am, which of course woke me up in a panic (it was so loud that I thought it was an alert on my phone). There are also lots of buzzing, whirring, and other building noises, which not much can be done about.
But if you're not sensitive to noise, then it's very comfortable, very close to restaurants and lift/gondola (5-minute walk, but not technically ski-in / ski-out, still very close & convenient). The parking is convenient and very close to the unit, and the host was very flexible with us regarding leaving the car in the parking lot a bit before check in and after check out, which was much appreciated!

Rochelle was a phenomenal host, greeting us at check in and making sure we were situated. The unit is comfy with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It took 2 adults about 5 minutes to walk in ski gear with skis to the lift. Great location!

My family of four had a very comfortable week staying here. The unit was very comfortable and very conveniently located. We easily went up to the Mall, went into Snowmass village and also caught the bus to Aspen. We skied seven days straight and had no issues with getting to or from Fanny Hill. Also, we hit the hot tub up regularly as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better week in Snowmass! Would definitely return. Thank you so much!!

This unit is all about location! Just a 5 minute walk to the ski school (without having to cross any streets) with 3 kids is as good as it gets for the price! This was our 3rd time renting this condo for spring break. Now my kids are old enough to walk back to the condo alone while my husband and I apres ski with friends, so it’s a win win! The unit is cozy and comfortable and a fair size for the price. There’s a big comfy and clean wrap around couch that can fit all 5 of us (my kids love lounging on it after a day of skiing). Parking is right next to the condo. Rochelle is always quick to respond on the app and gives detailed arrival and departure instructions. Definitely a great rental!

We had a great stay here! The condo was perfect for 2 couples skiing at Snowmass for the week. It was super close to the mountain, base village, and village mall. Rochelle was super responsive and great the entire time. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. The washer and dryer were really useful and there was detergent so we didn’t need to buy any for the couple of loads that we did. There was soap in the showers, but bring your own shampoo/conditioner/etc. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to others skiing at Snowmass!

We came out with our family of 4 for a ski trip at Aspen. This property was perfect for us. The location is awesome, and the house is well-stocked. The property manager was very willing to help when needed. I’d recommend it for anyone!

We just stayed her bc we wanted to hike the Maroon Bells. I think Snowmass is a better community for ski season or biking. The restaurants weren’t great and more of a drive after a long day than we wanted to drive into Aspen. I think if we were skiing or into mountain biking it would be a great place to stay bc of the location of the condo! But for us just wanting to hike the Maroon Bells I would have rather stayed in Aspen.

This cozy two bedroom condo is near nice spring skiing in Snowmass and is about a 8 to 10 minute walk to the Snowmass Village and Village Express Lift. The property could use a bit of updating but was comfortable and roomy for a family of four with two teenage boys. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this condo. Its just a very short walk to the ski school for the kids. It is in the heart of everything in Snowmass. All the mirrors were a plus for the ladies of the house. Very comfortable everything you need.

Everything was clean & as-advertised. Only a 1-2min walk to the Snowmass base, which was perfect for our skiing group. Communal hot tub is also very close & was very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo has a good layout with bedrooms on one side and living space on opposite end with comfortable furnishings. Beds were super comfy and loved having a king bed in the master. Washer / dryer in unit is a huge plus. Hot tub is an easy 30 second walk. It's a small 6 person tub, so with Covid we avoided being in the tub with anyone outside our group. Would just run outside and check until it was empty to ensure a safe experience. About 5 minute walk to the Village Express chairlift. Easy access on/off the slopes. The walk up the hill to the Mall is steep, so recommend driving up if you are getting takeout from any of the restaurants there. Only downside of our stay was a family above us that were very heavy walkers (cloggers????) starting around 7am. We were imagining they all had ski boots on and were doing Irish dance routines including jumping off a bunk bed (LOL). Great stay though and definitely recommend the condo.

Very nice unit. No master bathroom was not ideal but didn't make our stay less enjoyable. Sometimes there wasn't enough hot water to shower but other than that the location was prime and the place had all we needed. Thank you very much!!
