Charming, Clean And Well Maintained Home Walking Distance To Town And Beach
Profitez des vacances de détente dans un charmant vignoble deux chambres et deux salles de bain maison. Situé à quelques pas du centre-ville de Vineyard Haven, Owen Petite plage Way, et une balade à vélo rapide (1 Mile) de la plage Tashmoo, cette maison est parfaite pour une petite famille ou deux couples. La maison est de deux niveaux avec deux chambres et une salle de bain complète située au deuxième étage. Les chambres à coucher de taille égale offrent un roi de Californie et une reine et un célibataire dans l'autre. Les chambres ont des matelas à plateau-coussin, un grand placard. Toutes les fenêtres de la maison ont été remplacées en 2017 et les fenêtres des chambres ont été doublées. En bas se trouve un salon ouvert avec le nouveau canapé de taille plus transversale (nouvelle chute 2015) et deux surdimensionnés fauteuils qui sont assis dans une salle de la lumière inondée. Il y a une télévision 40in LED monté au mur avec câble / DVD et internet sans fil. Une salle de bain complète se trouve en bas, avec une tête de douche de pluie. La cuisine ouverte / salle à manger est bien équipée pour divertir avec des sièges à la table de salle à manger pour 6, le comptoir de la cuisine a une période supplémentaire de trois selles parfait pour un petit déjeuner rapide. Il y a une petite entrée avec de nombreux rangements et une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse LG 2018 surdimensionnée. Toute la maison a de nouveaux planchers de bois franc en bambou doré en mars 2014. Nouveau pour 2018 est un système de haut-parleur dans le mur offrant une connexion de dent bleue et des contrôles de volume dans chaque pièce en bas. Arrêt de la cuisine est un jeu de bonne taille avec terrasse comprenant des chaises de table et un grand parapluie pour se rafraîchir sur une chaude journée d'été. Situé à la sortie de la plate-forme est une douche extérieure avec une grande tête de douche pluie. La propriété a une grande allée de fer à cheval avec beaucoup de stationnement et un grand espace de pelouse. Un système d'irrigation a été installée au printemps 2016 pour garder la pelouse et les jardins belle apparence tout l'été. Il y a des chaises Adirondack et une chaise ciel situé sur la pelouse parfaite pour se détendre après une belle journée à la plage. La maison comprend 4 vélos de plage, 4 chaises de plage et un refroidisseur de plage. La maison est bien entretenue et propre, un endroit parfait pour passer des vacances reposantes sur Martha's Vineyard. Une borne de recharge de voiture électrique sera installée dans l'allée pour l'été 2018.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The home itself is clean and well-maintained, with a spacious living room and dining/kitchen area, comfortable bedrooms, and a nice porch area to sit outside and appreciate the fresh air. Beyond appreciating time in the house itself, we enjoyed daily walks from to the nearby main street that has cute shops and delicious restaurants. We also walked to Tashmoo Beach - it was a very peaceful, tree-filled walk. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Clean and comfortable inside and immaculately landscaped outside. Wild turkeys visited often and were entertaining. The only downside is traffic on Franklin can be busy but with the windows closed noise isn’t an issue.

We had a great stay, the house was a great size for our family of 4 and our four legged friend. Easy walk to Vineyard Haven for food and shopping, close drive to Oaks Bluff for more food and fun for the kids. Outdoor space was great for the kids to kick the ball around and get fresh air while relaxing. We would highly recommend the house and would love to stay when we come back in the future.

We very much enjoyed the walk through the lovely residential neighborhood
to the shops and restaurants in town.
The visits from the turkeys were extra added entertainment.

This was my first visit to the Vineyard - it was amazing- and this rental played a large part in making it such a memorable weekend. The host was extremely attentive and was a pleassure to deal with. The cottage was absolutely charming- shingle style with a deck, patio table & seating, overlooking very nice gardens. The inside furnishings appeared new - with the beds having excellent mattresses & bedding, lovely seating in the living room & large size dining table. The location was perfect & you could walk to a small, quiet beach. This home is a gem and made our weekend absolutely perfect!

This house is so charming and very well maintained! Corey was an amazing host who was prompt, communicative and generous! Very convenient location for exploring and relaxing. I would come back to stay the next time we are on the Vineyard.

Very clean, attractive, well-located, pet-friendly, well-equipped. Good walking opportunities for our dog. Negatives—uncomfortable and very high memory foam mattress in primary bedroom, no railings on stairs, no grab bars in slippery showers, and an extremely low sofa in living room all make this difficult for seniors or anyone with balance or mobility issues, even minor ones. All in all, we had a nice time, but it was not comfortable for us.

My husband and I stayed at this home on two separate occasions this summer. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is great for walking and the home is minutes to local beaches and Main St Vineyard Haven. The house was the perfect size for us. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our relaxing stay on the Island. The landscaping is stunning and we loved relaxing on the deck with our coffees in the morning. We were sad to leave. The owners were great to work with, very friendly and responsive!

Was even nicer in person than photos. Perfect for a family of four (or could do five). Our two teenage boys loved being able to walk to town on their own, and to fishing spots. Loved the backyard and deck. New furniture and fire pit made it a great outside spot to hang. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Well stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, etc. The AC was a nice added benefit for sleeping. Corey was a thoughtful and easy host to work with. The house looks exactly like it’s shown online. The gardens are gorgeous too!

My sisters and I did a girls trip to Martha’s Vineyard and had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property! From very first booking, the property owner Corey was fantastic with his communication and even recommended some great spots since this was our first time on the island. Upon arrival we were greeted by a welcoming yard full of beautiful flowers and soft grass. The home itself was very clean, well maintained and inviting with plenty of spots to cozy up or eat a meal. We immediately felt right at home! The location was also perfect for us. Situated less than a mile from Vineyard Haven’s Main Street we were very close to coffee, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the slightly less busy feel of Vineyard Haven, but we’re also perfectly situated near Oak Bluffs and Edgartown so nothing was more than a short drive away.
Staying here truly added to the enjoyment of our trip and I’d recommend the property to anyone considering. I know we’ll definitely be back!

The house was very clean and well maintained. The landscaping is beautiful and a great view while enjoying the deck. We only had a couple of days to get away this month and this property was perfect for us and our dog. We didn’t want to leave. It was so enjoyable that we decided to come back to the same house for a week at the beginning of September.

Our family absolutely adored this home. It was spotless and very comfortable. The host had thought of everything that a family could need. We didn’t bother renting a car for most of the trip and were able to find plenty to do within walking or biking distance. There’s a bus stop right at the corner (bus doesn’t come often, just be aware and plan accordingly) if you wanted to check out the neighboring towns. We wished we could stay the whole summer here.

We thought the home was nice. Good location. But the expectations set on us to wash, dry and fold linens and then put linens away before a 10 am check out was ridiculous. The fact that we had to get up early on our vacation to do cleaning was unreasonable. We have never experienced this requirement over many years using vacation rental homes. The listing and messages from owner on check out time was not consistent. Read all information carefully before booking.

I stayed at Corey’s place in Vineyard Haven over Memorial Day Weekend with my husband, two young children, and our dog. It is a gem!! The house is in a residential neighborhood and is a short walk (15-20 mins) to Tisbury Town Beach and the downtown Vineyard Haven shops. The house is meticulously clean. There is an outdoor shower which we enjoyed using after the beach. We were very comfortable the entire stay. We brought our car to the island and happy we did so. This allowed us to explore the entire Island. Our favorite beach was South Beach, but you would need a car to get to it. Corey was very responsive and is a great host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My partner and I (along with our dog) loved our stay at Corey’s house. The house was very clean and the outside porch provided a relaxing place to lounge at the end of a beach day. It’s an easy ~20 minute walk to the downtown area or under 10 minutes to Owens beach. Tashmoo beach was also a highlight. Corey was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house is adorable and cozy and an easy walk to downtown Vineyard Haven for shopping, coffee, dinner, and ice cream! our family of three (with our dogs) really enjoyed exploring the island again after being away for 31 years, and this was a great location to start from. The outdoor shower is a must and, enjoy the local fauna!

Corey’s property was truly beautiful and comfortable. My husband, parents, myself and our baby stayed the week and the house was perfect. We know the island well and felt it was close enough to all major amenities but tucked away in a quaint neighborhood to escape the hustle and bustle. The home was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Our dog being able to come with us made it that much more enjoyable. We can’t say enough good things about this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

The home is lovely and the landscaping beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked - we would have cooked in more but it was too hot! We were very grateful for the AC in the bedrooms but would have preferred it throughout the house. We had a heat wave while we were there! Our candlelit dinner on the deck was very special and we loved the outdoor shower. We were grateful for the pet friendliness and our dogs “loved” the feathered visitors😊 Cory was available whenever needed and was a very attentive host. We had a lovely stay!

This house met all our needs as a family of 4. We have two children (under 10), so the bed situation was great. The house was clean and easy to find. The location was close to Vineyard Haven and made it easy to get anywhere on the island. The communication with the owner was clear and prompt. We had no issues.

Corey’s rental was awesome! Fantastic location that made it easy to get in and out of all towns. The beds were the best we ever experienced at a rental, and the shower pressure in the upstairs bedroom made you think you were at a spa. In fact, after the first shower we googled the product and instantly bought it! The only thing missing was an ac unit on the first floor. Most days it didn’t matter because the ample windows made the first floor comfortable. However, on a hot day the first floor became overwhelming for much of the afternoon. We loved how we could bring our dog. Many dog friendly rentals have cheap furniture or handmedowns. We were so HAPPY that Corey’s rental did not sacrifice style or comfort on account of allowing pets. Our family would be sure to return!

This location was everything and more!! We truly enjoyed ourselves. This was our first trip to MV. Somethings to expect is to not have air conditioning downstairs which was fine because of the breeze and we are southerners so we were fine because there is no humidity. Also we were instructed to wash towels and linens before leaving this is a first for us because I thought that would be included in the cleaning fee. If you don’t have a mifi or a device with cellular service attached, WiFi is not provided. We couldn’t watch the local news because of the Roku TV set up. The location is beautiful and the owner allowed an early check in. The landscaped property made you want to lay in the grass and take it all in. Book today!!!!
